Yeah, I have 40 shares after the split that it will cost me money just to sell. Thats a 7.00 commision that is more than the stock is worth.

Well, for my money, if I was going to pursue legal action against a company that hosed me, it would be against a domestic one with capital and a clear paper trail that I could hand over to my lawyer.
I think these guys are fairly untouchable, and my due diligence was almost non-existent here (bought on recommendation and after reading news releases), so I won't be the one to start a case. That is not the case for my other two pending SEC complaints (SIRI & CBMC). I'll post on those boards if anything useful turns up related to them.


To the fella earlier asking if SNTZ was a good buy, I have 2 shares I'll sell you for $60 each. No takers?

Hey guys I just wanted to say bye to everyone. I sold the rest of my worthless shares a few days ago around .13-.15. I reinvested what I had left in 4 large cap companies on the NYSE, very small investments. No more pennies for me, been scammed for the last time.

Have a good 2009 guys, and please don't play pennies anymore, just my advice. Not worth the stress and loss of money. You may not make as much money on large cap companies short term, but over time if you keep investing a bit every month or so and average down or sell at a profit and reinvest as well as the divys, I think you'll find you can retire on a small fortune.

Good luck all, I may check back every so often. But please avoid pennies, the money could be going to fund terrorism or drug cartels in the bigger picture. It's not that far fetched.

Oh, they generated interest to get funding, and now they are gone. If their 3Q numbers are as good as the second, they can dump more shares, just not with this shell.

I sent a complaint to the SEC about this.
1. Where was my proxy?
2. How does a ball bearing company suddenly become a mining company. I didn't do my homework on a mining company...

I haven't heard anything back yet.

I filed a similar complaint for SIRI (heard about the recent split vote after the fact, no proxy despite being a LT shareholder of record). They're supposed to forward the company's response, and also advised me to investigate sueing them.

If anyone feels like initiating a class action, I'm game!

I know it's not funny to lose money,and God knows I took a few swipes at this bird,but all I ever ended up doing was to cut it lose.

I didn't even know it had reverse split until I was cleaning up some old board marks and didn't recognize the symbol.

Someone should tell the Chinese its impolite to do an RS on Christmas Eve,but then again,fraud isn't too nice either.

Thanx for the names. I keep a file on them along with the companies they get involved with. When I look at possible plays, if a name pops upthat I have run into before, it's time to run away. I leave a warning on a board like this but no one listens.
I sold the day before the R/S took my loss and won't look back. But I've got a long memory for crooks like these.

Clifford Postelnik and Robert Resker - two blokes who have been involved with this POS since it was Muller Media, their listed as CEOs and board members. I've seen the names posted here several months ago but no details, anybody have any info on these guys, maybe somebody in the states could reach them.

Legitimate questions. When no verifiable info is available you get into the real risk/reward gambling mode. Odds are better playing red or black, but if it hits, the payout is far more substantial. The odds against hitting are also substantial. Hence the market in pinkie stocks. Bottom line is if you can't afford to lose it, don't play penny stocks. You will have far more losers than winners. If you do play, cut losses quickly and let the winners ride as long as your gut can take it. Remember parabolas crash just as fast as they rise. In this arena you are up against some people that are very good at what they do, which is separating you from your cash. They include crooked CEOs, market makers, and the pump and dump crowd. And I don't know which is worse.

How does one do Due Diligence when there are no SEC filings or financials to review? My broker tells me these are not worth his time to investigate for me. I sent a complaint to the SEC, but I'm sure their response will include the fact that this was traded over the Frankfurt Exchange, not an American exchange. This has happened to me several times, although this is the first foreign stock. Previously, the companies had filed SEC paperwork, but it basically said: "we are going to do a reverse split and change the company mission; thank you for your money, please send more." It seems to me if you "invest" in a medical/hardware/tech/energy company, they shouldn't be able to take the market cap money and change the company mission to mining (all prior cases have gone over to mining for some reason). I completely agree with Al44 on finding legitimate DD sources, but it's hard when there is just no info out there except postings and a company website. Also, if anyone can explain how the bid and ask can be so far above my sell prices, with trade volume, yet I can't sell, I would appreciate it. My broker says those numbers are just plain false, yet their site keeps posting them. Who regulates those numbers? Respectfully, JB
