As far as I can tell this stock hovers around 0.02 and .04 with an occasional "break" to .05 and 06.

I won't sell off all my shares just yet. It's time to refund my account and get back to basics.

I bought it some 10 years plus ago, what I liked was the low float and the low price.

It took 10+ years of waiting for some knucklhead to set up a boiler room to scam a bunch of people and run it to 60 cents.

I had hope for something better than a scam.

Probably going lower than a penny. 7 million shares bought between 3 and 6 cent these people are new bag holders who going to cut their losses soon and sell. This company is basically an empty sack.

What attracted you to this stock in the first place? I'm new and am still learning.

Did you use some sort of screener? What was your criteria? Why do you still hold the stock?

Yup. That's the exact method they used on me. I was up a bunch of money and I was also promised warrants AND they used the same story about being shorted, except they used CITIBANK in my case.

The names they used were different for me. However, I think there's a John Slaughter whose name I found associated with one of those numbers.

On the positive side, maybe in another 10 years someone other than a scam artist will use the shell to bring in a legitimate company.

While they may have dumped 40 some odd million shares the OS is still 89 million, which is not bad.

Of course, the SEC could just halt it for years while they chase the criminals
