Now I even Can't Sell my shares with my Broker, I hope that will Change!

The name change was through the NV SOS, not through FINRA, so you can find the new name by searching on Silverflume, but it will still appear as General Payment Systems on OTC Markets (for now at least).

Watching for filings...I noticed a name change to SAEAN GROUP INC.at Nevada sos. Could be a real nice one IF what I've been finding through some research is correct! Time will tell. GL:)

It looks like that's the end of trading in the stock as most Brokers will not allow you to trade because there's not enough information.

In my opinion this is something that the SEC should have done 20 years ago

It's pretty sad they go years and years and years without even communicating with the shareholders, so I guess the shareholders are really a bunch of nothing.

but anybody knows that most all stocks on the OTC bulletin board if they're pink or just piles of garbage.... looking to sell stock for their payroll and keep their operations going.... every once in awhile just like the lottery you'll get one that makes it to the major exchanges to keep the scam going.

I had some of this junk a few years ago and played it and in fact made some money. Not much just a few K. At the time some notable posters here would pump it up, then down, flipping along the way. I watched and played too. But every game runs it's course and this one ended for all practical purposes years ago.

I was cleaning up the computer files and saw this forum so logged back on to see if anything was happening. Nothing as I expected but some of the old familiar names still here. Course some new ones trying like hell to "pump-n-dump" with obviously no success.

I've found in some of the past stocks I've traded that generally when new management steps in, there might be a plan in the works. This is such an extreme low floater that IF they do happen to come out with anything, it could make some nice cash. Lotto tickets for me:)

Idk. Years of poor performance would say otherwise. I’ve made a few bucks here. But it wasn’t worth waiting years for nothing to happen. If new Mgmt is as informative as old Mgmt everyone here is screwed. Has new Mgmt filed any financials? Any press releases? What’s their plan?

I'd think with the new officers that came in last April that they could possibly have a plan for this one. I've done a little research on the new officers and I'm not seeing a past association for this company/ticker.

It's worth a ticket with this low SS, imho.
