NOTE: SRMX HAS BEEN A TOTAL FAILURE SINCE EARLY 2018.

THE CEO HAS BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR 11 YEARS AND HASN'T DELIVERED ONE VIABLE PRODUCT THAT HAS GENERATED REVENUE.

IN JANUARY OF 2018, SRMX ANNOUNCED THEY HAD A DEAL WITH AT&T REGARDING AN SRMX PRODUCT, THE SKIQ, WHICH AT&T NEVER CONFIRMED. AFTER THE COMPNAY PUMPED THE SKIQ THROUGHOUT 2018, IN JANUARY OF 2020, THE COMPANY ANNOUNCED THE SKIQ WAS OBSOLETE.

PPS HAS DROPPED OVER 99% SINCE THE HIGHS IN MARCH 2018.

THE COMPANY PUT OUT OVER 40 SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES IN 2018 AND 2019, WHICH CAN ALL BE VIEWED ON OTC MARKETS. THE DD WILL REVEAL NOTHING BUT LIES AND DECEIPT FROM THE CEO, WHO HAS BEEN PROVED TO HAVE LIED TO SHAREHOLDERS, AND IS ALL DOCUMENTED.

IN OCTOBER, 2019, THE CEO ANNOUNCED THE COMPANY HAD SIGNED A 3 YEAR AGREEMENT WITH T-MOBILE TO BE AN IOT SERVICE PROVIDER, AND THE CEO PROMISED A JOINT PR WAS FORTHCOMING. PPS WENT UP TO .0007 IN THE DAYS AFTER. ALMOST A YEAR LATER, NO SUCH PR HAS BEEN ISSUED AND TO DATE, T-MOBILE HAS NOT MENTIONED SRMX IN WRITING OR VERBALLY, AND PPS HAS FALLEN TO THE .0001-.0003 CLOSING RANGE FOR ALL OF 2020, AND HAS ONLY TOUCHED .0004 TWO (2)  TIMES IN 8 MONTHS.

IN JANUARY, 2020, SRMX WAS ABLE TO LIST A DEVICE ON THE T-MOBILE WEBSITE. T-MOBILE DOES NOT PROMOTE THE DEVICE AND IN THE FIRST 5 MONTHS OF THE DEVICE BEING AVAILABLE, AS PER THE Q2 SRMX FILING, THE DEVICE HAD SOLD ZERO (0) UNITS. THIS IS THE ONLY PRODUCT THE COMPANY HAS FOR SALE AND IT SOLD NOTHING IN FIRST 5 MONTHS.

IN JANUARY, 2020, THE CEO ANNOUNCED HE HAD HIRED A NEW COMPANY PRESIDENT. IN THE 8 MONTHS SINCE, THIS PERSON HAS NOT BEEN HEARD FROM, HE WAS NOT LISTED IN EITHER THE Q1 OR Q2 FILINGS, AND THE PERSON NAMED HAS A LINKEDIN PROFILE THAT DOES NOT, AND NEVER DID, MENTION HE WORKS FOR SRMX.

IN MAY, 2020, THE CEO ANNOUNCED A "MYSTERY INVESTOR" HAD PURCHASED $250,000 OF TRICASCADE STOCK (TRICASCADE IS THE SUBSIDIARY OF SRMX AND TRICASCADE STOCK IS NOT PUBLIC AND IS NOT SRMX STOCK). THE CEO ALSO SAID THE MYSTERY INVESTOR TOOK A POSITION ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BECAME THE COMPANY SECRETARY. HOWEVER, THIS MYSTERY INVESTOR'S DEAL HAS NOT BEEN PROVED TO HAVE BEEN EITHER EXECUTED, OR TRUE, AS THE Q2 DOES NOT LIST ANYONE ELSE AS A DIRECTOR, AND DOES NOT LIST THEM AS A COMPANY SECRETARY, RATHER IT DOES LIST THE SAME COMPANY SECRETARY WHO HAS BEEN LISTED FOR YEARS.
