I think the only reason this has stalled and sold off is because of the all the people that bought over .015 all the way to .022 reevaluating whether or not they will get a profit off their holdings leading into the shareholder meeting with an RS pretty much guaranteed.

I realized I never answered your main question! No, I am not selling my shares. They may have been wrong with their previous and numerous PRs about filing timely audited financials. That sucks. But today's PR shows they are a growing business in a booming market. This is good.

Even though they are giving themselves shares as incentives and salary, its still pre split shares, and they easily could have given them shares post split. So it's a "we are with you" kind of gesture, imo. Remember that update at the beginning of the year where Hodge states that he and his employees and management have never sold a personally held share and want to bring value to their shareholders?

We shall see. This could work out big, or it could flop and go mediocre. But remember this: even crappy management can sell a great product and make money. Just as the best management can sell a mediocre product and make money. It's one or the other most times. Luckily their product suite sells itself.

Damn. You're not kidding. Guess I should have sold when this went over two cents after all! But, but, but, those financials were coming! They are the first in their history to be audited!

Sigh. This will really tank by the looks of things this coming week. My cost average is .0017/share and I hold 1.1 million shares. Sold 100k to get into another stock at .0125 weeks back. Guess I should have sold half, eh?

The thing is this: will they dilute heavily after the RS when they award themselves the last of the shares available? Or do they have enough money/making enough money from operations to start an uplisting process with the new investor (Patel) on board?

Too many unanswered questions and overall just not worth it for most. I have 2 grand in this. Many have much, much more. It will be them that make that choice, and it will be clear if sidelined investors who didn't want to buy above a cent jump in to take that risk.

Well, the whole CPSZ msg board is in an uproar over that 4 page post of the info for the upcoming meeting... any thoughts?
Are either of you thinking about getting out B4 the meeting? I can't say I'm happy about it.

The PR had stated that shrhldrs would have to be there in person or by 'proxy'....
does that mean that they can hold an impromptu vote on anything they want during that meeting and we won't know till after the fact?

Couldn't agree more. They raised 3 million over 18 months BEFORE they landed even bigger contracts and expanded outside of the jail system into city municipalities. It is a company that is generating income, how much profit is yet to be seen...hopefully there is some, I am not holding my breath, however.

What some investors don't realize for some reason is that this isn't the case of most stocks down here where the insiders need paid and the AS is maxed out, so an RS and AS increase is therefore necessary to keep the research, errr, income stream steady...aka: the selling of shares just to exist...not to get to the point of profitability with a real business.

I think many investors need to calm down over the R/S. Some cases, it is not the fire-breathing dragon end of a stock. They left wiggle room by not reducing the A/S accordingly, but that doesn't mean they'll use it, just like the A/S now isn't used or they would have had problems trying to do this.

Great to hear! I love how 50/50 the board on CPSZ has become. The doom and gloomers of DILUTION after the RS and RS's are always bad! And the investors/traders claiming amazing financials and mergers and new undisclosed major deals and etc. Just absolutely nuts. Potential investors have to be scratching their heads. It really is the only active board discussing the stock for that matter.

good, been testing the high all week despite the market and the looming R/S. No vote on this stuff unless they actually offer. But it does seem to help the pps, people don't want to be holding only a few shares when it happens, so prefer to accumulate, my guess anyway. It shook out those who hate R/S as doom and gloom, and those who didn't want to be sitting on a few shares of something.

It (CPSZ) never did drop to my entry point so I'm just fine here.
I don't know that the r/s is set in stone yet, I think we will know more about what they're thinking at the meeting, so I'm waiting it out.
Besides, doesn't that have to be put to vote? That'll take time.
These last few days in the market have caused me to get a LOT of yard work done...lol.
If things trade flat or down today, I'm considering taking over my dog's wading pool..... just me and a margarita!

Had a friend finally get in at 15, missed the first drop being on the road the other day. Told him last night, now that he finally was in, it would drop for sure, LOL.

Probably. I'm betting the auditing firm is just taking a lot more time than the best estimate (1st half of this year) management made. I really don't care how long it takes, I really like their business model and kiosks are a very profitable business to be in. If there is significant news as foretold in the PR, this will really be a winner, and even still in the short term. Sellers today are just the typical penny lot in terms of their reactions.

Did you sell? I don't care. Nothing in that PR was a surprise to me save for the outstanding share count. But in that case, they seem to be in private hands and not trading in the float right now. Sucks that the financials won't be coming as promised, though.

yes, yes, im not full on negative here...just cautious. i always get scared when people start claiming naked shorting, mm manipulation, and have lofty near term price targets. ive no doubt we will see more pps appreciation, but curbing some enthusiasm is definitely necessary.

Unfortunately I've also heard that too. And sometimes it happens, and sometimes it just keeps tanking. We really need a game changing PR or financials at this point. The larger market just can't trust them until that happens. And believe me, I believe in this company's growth and market.

Well, personally I'm just not gonna worry about it, we are both in the green here, the financials were promised and I think we will see them, because the company has obviously been making money and I think they may be at a point in their growth to actually be able to afford paying for those fins to be compiled and filed.

Problem is: walk downs only make sense when its a decent amount of volume (millions of shares in this case). This is just regular selling at this point. It hit .017 like it hit .017 last time, on negligible volume. I don't know, but I'm really just wanting the financials at this point. These PRs are great, and they really are great, but I feel they are being wasted.
