Fogc has not really switched, it has been R/M'd. As a 'shell' it is an easy way for a private company to go public. Manzo Pharma. has been 'aquired' by Focg, and Manzo has been made CEO, therefore, Manzo is now in charge of Fogc, and there will be a new ticker & name coming up, 'FOGC' will cease to exist and the 'new' company will continue be listed with few SEC hoops to jump thru.

I checked out FOGC...and the consensus with anyone tracking it is that it fits a scam stock profile wherein the RM taking place is questionable...at best. Of course, it is always strange for an oil company to shift direction to pharmaceuticals...a truly cut-throat and expensive, time-consuming industry to enter. Easier to just switch to gold mining..buy some cheap claims and pretend to mine!

Good Morning Imp, R-U still out there somewhere?

If so, I have a question for you.

A few years back I bought a penny that went no-where, big surprise, it ended up nothing but a shell. Yesterday however, there was an announcement @ 4:01 pm, that a R/M had taken place.

Having never had one of my stocks ever do this before, I'm not sure what I should expect to see happen; do you have any insight on this that you could share with me.

I rarely ever looked at this stock since it was in the toilet for so long, so it's a bit of a surprise to me, lol!

I'll take a look at AMMX, but frankly, my market has been 'flat' to say the least lately, so I'm trying to take a break from watching it for a while. And I don't see much happening with any O&G stuff now that the Keystone Pipeline has been put on the back burner.... AGAIN!
I had let myself start to get excited for a little while there, I should have known better. This current Admin is not friendly to my interests, can't wait to vote again.

Little update for you.

I'm all out of HRDN for a decent loss...didn't like how it was trading.

I added more UNGS up to 2 million shares. This will either be a big win or a crappy disappointment. I am hoping for the former.

I am all out of MRIB for now with a decent overall gain. Will revisit later this year.

I will be adding around 250k shares of AMMX ( do some DD on that one) this week, hopefully at below .04/share. I bidsat on Friday and only got 4770 shares the whole day sitting at .036 price range...and I was best bid!

I just snagged a million more shares of HRDN at .001 to give me a total of 2 million shares. It has popped, consolidated, popped, and consolidated some more. It is another MJ play, and I will be in and out of this fairly quickly or in a couple weeks, depending on volume and market activity.

Good morning Imp. . . Sorry for your loss, on DGRI, lol! Hey, $200, is still *UP*.

Yes, SIOR is showing as 'revoked', but the company was at a low financial point at that time and 'chose' to take itself down for a while. You actually could/can still trade directly with other sharehldrs. When it went dark, it was at .o3.

During the last 14 months, it has gotten it's act together, partnered with DEVON on some drilling on some of our very lucrative acreage, and taken on some smaller private investors on some of those wells, that opportunity is open to anyone.
I think that the investors buy-in's start at 10k, on which-ever well you are interested in, if I had the 10k, I'd be buying in. I could use some royalty checks!

Anyway, we have had the occasional peek at the new website over the last week or two as they tested it out, and now this week, it's up and running.

There are rumors that we are looking at a possible 'end-of-summer' time frame for going live again. Those rumors are coming from shrhldrs that are in the 'Gushers Club' (who invested into a well).

Hey MB,

Well...I didn't like the finance website that DGRI put out the day of the first PR after my buy in, so I sold at a modest 200 dollar gain. Went on vacation the next day...came back today, well damn. Could have made 2200. Oh well. I'm currently paper gaining 7800 on UNGS, and seek to make more. Put my profits and original capital from DGRI into 600k more UNGS shares at .0035 adding to my original 1 million at .0013.

I looked up SIOR and there is nothing but a revoked ticker for that? Let me know if that is the right one as I love getting in early!

GPSI----well, that is just something I can't comment on anymore. There are such things as great businesses and horrible stocks.

I'm guessing that you're happy with your DGRI right now.
I never got that dip I was hoping for, and my additional funds didn't clear fast enuff, so I ended up chasing it a bit, and still didn't get as much as I wanted, but that's okay, Ya can't win 'em all! I'm 'IN', so I'm Happy. Won't mind making a few $$ on this.

Another 'penny' (SIOR) that I got into a coupla years back, that went dark for over a year, looks like might be flying again by the end of summer, so I have that to look forward to also.

I'm still sitting on my GPSI, it didn't go as we would have liked, but I still think it'll be good none-the-less.

But I moved a little cash into that account, that took 3 days :( and I now have a buy in for 1.1m. Right after I bought the 40k, it shot up to .OO11, now I'm looking for a pull back to .0007 again, I hope I get it. I think no matter what, there will be a lot of folks jumping in for the free shares on the 15th, so I don't know if I'll get my .0007, maybe .0008?

I looked at this one a couple of years back also, and decided it was not going anywhere, but they've done an about face and picked this new direction and I actually think they might be on a better track. However, you're right, this new path could be scam fodder also.

I gave it a shot for a few thous. shares thru TDAmer, and they wont trade it, so I went to my Scottrade and tested them and it went thru, so I have 40k shares, lol! I'm $8 in the green!

The way this is starting to bounce, it might at least be good for a flip or two!

LOL! I got totally burned on that two years back when it was a mining company. Will look into it, but the suspension of CANN has definitely added some uncertainty to the MJ sector lately. Still in UNGS at .0013, so I am no stranger to total scams, but trying not to spread myself too thin as well.

They've done all they've said they'd do. They even lowered the AS from 1 billion to 700 million. They retired shares, too. MoneyTV isn't the best, but the CEO said she'd rather be on video talking about the developments and that that platform, while not the best reputation, would have to do.

Look up the guy Dan Senters and look into Zodiac Brands. Both of those are helping the CEO make this a success this time around. Vodka sells. And it is a famous saying that the bottle the Vodka comes in costs more than the Vodka itself, aka: high profit margins.

I got in November of last year sub-penny for a starter and added some on the way up to a total average of .0149/share for 201k shares currently. Sold 50k at high three cent average to buy 1 million shares of UNGS which is now going up...what a surprise!

looked at their charts, yes, you've done quite well if you got in more than 3 weeks ago, Congrats. I'm a bit cautious about them paying MoneyTV. Very few of those who pay MoneyTV do well in the long term, it's a pump site, but then so is CNBC, just a ton cheaper, LOL. So yes, a $6M/yr 5-yr contract is a good start, less share dilution needed to expand their facilities. Anyway, hopefully they won't peter back down on you.

Yes, I believe that is correct. For every stock I get into I always end up learning a lot about the process towards legitimacy or barriers to entry in their industry. This was the first hurdle towards their plan...now distribution and sales is on the horizon and whether or not that is a success remains to be seen.

yikes is right, especially since I had no time to really think about what to sell, just do it so it would settle, and was barely functioning mentally period. John had all along wanted to pay cash, so I guess it was a compromise in the end, less interest down the road, still paying it off early, and yet kept a lot in the accounts to keep rolling in divies, etc., making more money with the 40% not put in the house in cash, than what the interest was, so coming out ahead with it figured as an interest-free loan any-hoo.

So sorry to hear you had to liquidate so many of your positions. Such is life, I suppose. Don't worry about me and UNGS and losing money---it is really just one last hail mary attempt at regaining the self esteem I lost getting thrown through the ringer with that for five months waiting for my "new shares" as those bastards diluted it all the way back down (almost) to where it was when it RS'd.

But the marijuana connection, real or not, is pretty much a guarantee of increased volume, awareness, and profits. I've seen even shadier stocks than UNGS with share structures 3-4x the amount yield crazy profits, even a year into this craze...it is still going.

LOL, guess you have if you're losing money, LOL. WOW, didn't think anyone would be loony enough to have gotten into UNGS. But lots of marijuana stocks these days to lose in.

John's passing thru one heck of a ringer, in more ways than one, had to jump from 20% down on house to 60% down, so had to do quite a bit of stock selling, so besides being despondent, I really didn't want to see how unprofitable it was to have sold so much back then, while the market bloomed and zoomed higher. But oh well, that's the way the ball bounces. Keeping a tight lid on buying stocks while I wait the taxes due result, still have to wait on 3 more K-1s. Don't want to have to turn around and sell at loss or take short term tax slam to pay that crap. I'd have to look to see if I still even have GPSI after my selloff.

MRIB has turned into an awesome pick for me since dumping GPSI months and months ago. Patience pays and the market is quite forgiving at the moment, so go figure!

I took a 1 million share position in UNGS, a scam stock I got stuck in months back for a ridiculous 5 month RS conversion. Well, why drop another thousand bucks? Because it is riding the scam wave of marijuana legalization, of course! Will be out of it in the high .00x or .0x range in the next coming weeks when the news is officially broadcast and elaborated upon.

I would advise no one else to but that POS though!
