10 Q statment
Dang I could just kick myself right now for flipping some of this out. This dang market has most of us gunshy I guess.
nope every thing i have is below 2.5 or less
Was that you buying those .03's?
i have been gathering in small amounts on both accounts i am up to 100 k which is a pretty big position in one stock for me i try to keep my penny plays under 50 k and look for longer term plays like stallion is for me
was very glad to see it hit 3 yesterday and will gather a bit more if i see more signs of movement
have a great weekend
copytech
Chart below - Wasn't much left at .025. 45,000 shares knocked it out. Now we have to clear the .03 range and this could get interesting. Dang I wish I wouldn't have sold 1/2 my position at .025. But I still have a little left.
it sure was for this stock any way
would have liked to see it stay at .021 though
Nice volume today.
Nobody is buying in this cruddy market. A lot of good news is being wasted here in the penny stocks cause nobody is buying right now. Bad time for buyout news like SLGR had.
boy i hope so we see a day or two of nice movements maybe to much in one day but then we take it all back then next two or three days
as for slgr it has no movemnt at all today so far
this is the slowest stock in my portfoilo.
i see delta is up over .06 so that makes it a good deal for us if we are under .02 if it can get to .07 or .08 we would be makinga agood profit off the sale
Yes I agree with you and think the market will turn at some point.
my thoughts too i think all stocks take patiences and some praying to deal with this down turn right now
but as MOM always says " THIS TOO SHALL PASS" and so far she has been pretty correct during my life time
Agreed and thanks. Just gonna take a little patience.
the 10 k yesterday was not great still lots of debt and no bottom line profits but the deal should be pretty good to share holders that are averaged under .02 it should be a profitable move since most of the directors are on both boards not sure if share holders will see great results but at least it should make us even or better then even after the B/O

What's your thoughts on this buyout? Seems to be a delayed PPS reaction. Shouldn't this be headed north?
Well it worked better the first time LOL

Current Opportunities
The Stallion Group enjoys a rich working relationship with the largest and most successful oil and gas operations teams in the Mississippi basin, Griffin & Griffin Explorations LLC. Through this strategic partnership, the Stallion Group has established and implemented a successful exploration and development program in the Area of Mutual Interest (AMI).
Mississippi Frio Reserves
Frio Sands are easy to drill into, with a very low cost, and typically yield high output.
The Stallion Group is taking advantage of the many benefits of drilling in the Mississippi Frio reserves. These include exceptional success rates through the use of Bright Spot technology, combined with lower drilling costs. The Frio in the area of Southwest Mississippi and North-Central Louisiana is a very complex series of sands representing marine transgressions and regressions and therefore the presence of varying depositional environments. Structurally, Frio gas accumulations are a function of local structure formed as a result of differential compaction with fluvial channels.
| |||||||
The Frio anomalies are generally considered to have reserve potential of 0.5 to 1 BCFG. However, a well with multiple productive sands could be increased 2-3 fold. These types of reserves, in the 2500-4000 foot depth range, are impressive with regard to low drilling and completion cost. |
