Sub penny oh my! How long ago did I say this looked like sub penny? Never the less, the market seems to be telling us what the market thinks of this company, its' management and finally its' past and associations. That doesn't mean it can't go up. Remember the greedy can push this up and finally, don't listen to the touters, those who insist on telling you they're bullish and won't tell you why. I'd love to see .20

Wow, must have hit a nerve. While trying not to be unkind and what do I get? Name calling. Why do I ask you these questions? Because you are touting a company with proven deceit and little oversight. Just the environment Joe Fiori loves. How did you become a touter for this crew? At the least you are unethical. Do you deny the 3 or 4 examples I've given you of failed great ideas and companies with resulting money loss. There are more and any number of former CEO's all puppets of Joe. Sometime in late December after you declared bullish, I asked why. Your answer, "because of my personal due diligence." I asked if you could tell us what that DD was. Your next post offered a news release by Matula in which said they were phasing out the great idea of magic and their products, dissolving the company and putting their efforts into GeoTraq. By the way, if that was why you were bullish Matual's news release about Geo was put out 3 days after I asked what your thoughts were. Never the less, there is still this gorilla in the room. Joe Fiori's greasy spoon was cast aside after no amount of corporate waste and mismanagement. Then brilliant idea of cartoon gaming, Pocket Star Ship and multi gaming publishing and E-sport project, after loads of money and time, died of it's own weight. That was around 2017. Their dream of their APP in the Apple store and Stevens Universe paid for with bitcoin all became vapor. 2018. 2020 they acquired Applied Magix and products. Now after loads of more money time, new offices gone. Gone again, but we are used to this aren't we. These are just a few moronic efforts and corrupt behavior. What corrupt creep took Molinaro's place and who's whispering in your ear. Don'r forget Fiori.

Finally, geotraq sounds great even the COT's interview sounded great but in reality they have no product yet. No contracts and no revenue. They may make a success in the future and that would be great but don't count on it. In an effort to understand your thoughts, how you came to liking this company enough to tout it to the uninformed would be helpful. please don't answer this question with company news releases. Just looks like Eurotrash.

Well, we are looking at the new year in a few days. This gem is trading at .0099...sub penny. That doesn't mean it will stay there but makes one just wonder if there really is such a thing as management? They communicate nothing of substance. How about .20 a share. Am I asking too much?

Matula running a hoax

It isn't just Polte, the last I had reviewed Geotraq ditched that MediaTek Chip in favor of an LTE/NB-iOT Chip from Sequans (Pierre Parent's doing). I had spoken a number of times with some of the key Polte R&D Folks in 2020. They mostly have worked for years in Military SONAR and RADAR. The 2 Engineers I was speaking with had over 30 Patents on SONAR/RADAR Location Techniques. Really cool stuff. Essentially they have adapted their techniques for Cellular. With O-RAN they are making moves to get things added into the key EnodeB and GnodeBs for 4G/5G as a lot of the newer Antenna Arrays "Massive MIMO" do Beam Forming towards individual Devices.

The key challenge for Polte is getting their "Client-Side" Code Ported and Tested on the various 4G/LTE/5G/iOT Radio Modem ICs. I actually have a few 5G Modems I am waiting on them to finish porting. Geotraq in any form is still a "Day Late and a Dollar Short". I have still thought the Form Factor of that Module is not conducive to easy System Integration for Telecom Industry Products.

magix, cartoon games, geotex and what else. This started out as a greasy spoon at the phili airport commonly called a shell or maybe a shill. Anyway Joe Fiori has been called to task by the SEC for being a lying cheat and what has changed, not much. Matula is joe's buddy, nothing changes. What do you mean "much" higher? I'd love much higher and can only happen if the company is real, it's not. Well if macula and Joe are crooked and greedy enough it can go up too. 20 cents would be great 2 to 4 dollars would be fantastic. Their new effort with a new company can't earn enough, quick enough, to invest traditionally with good reasons. With this kind of manipulated number we are just taking a shot. It's not even a reasonable speculation. We are banking on joe's and matula's greed. I'm ok with that but don't put lipstick on this pig. Real companies have earnings. How much is much? Give me a number to show how much.

Are you a spokes person for SPYR or a private person? Although everyone understands it takes time to get a product to market your stale message is long overdue in being realized. At this time it seems they have no market share so 1 customer would be an increase and if a client of substance was signed they would announce it. This is just another fluff release to make it look like something is being done. I wonder who's next when Joe becomes disenchanted with Matula? Eventually Matula will not be able to provide cover for Joe.
