NEW YORK, Feb. 16, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via InvestorWire – IBN (InvestorBrandNetwork), a multifaceted communications organization engaged in connecting public companies to the investment community, is pleased to announce the release of the latest episode of The Bell2Bell Podcast as part of its sustained effort to provide specialized content distribution via widespread syndication channels.
The Bell2Bell Podcast delivers informative updates and exclusive interviews with executives operating in fast-moving industries. Bell2Bell’s latest podcast features Dr. Harald Zink, CEO, Founder and Chief Product Architect of SPYR Inc. (OTCQB: SPYR) subsidiary Applied Magix Inc., a developer and reseller of Apple® ecosystem compatible products.
Throughout the interview, Zink discussed Applied Magix’s business model, management team and operational goals.
“Applied Magix is an accessories company exclusively catering to Apple consumers – people who have iPhones and Macs. We focus primarily on the smart home market, for which Apple has provided an environment called HomeKit, as well as the CarPlay market, which is Apple’s name for its smart car-supporting accessories,” Zink said. “Aside from the fact that everybody here at Applied Magix are huge Apple nerds, we found that, looking at the market, the Apple consumer is not only more affluent, they’re also more loyal and more willing to essentially work with devices, services and companies that treat them well and provide premium and quality products. That’s what we’re aiming to do.”
“We started out as an idea between myself and my business partner, COO of Applied Magix Mr. Kelly Clark. We wanted to make the kind of products that we had not been able to find for ourselves in the market,” he continued. “I have a pretty extensive engineering and technology background; I have been working in that field since I was in my teens, basically. … I have a long history of association with supporting Apple consumers and Apple-branded products, as well as relationships with people working at Apple. We put that together, and our paths crossed with what became our parent company, SPYR. I’ve known Mr. Matula, the current CEO of SPYR, for a while, and we came to talking about this. He liked our business model and our business ideas. He suggested pitching it to the [SPYR] board, and it was, apparently, well received, since here we are now.”
“Our basic business plan for the first year of operations was to establish a framework and a foundation for what we would need moving forward. That’s what we’ve done in 2021,” Zink added. “We had to set up a whole bunch of different infrastructures – call centers, fulfillment centers, a subsidiary office in Hong Kong since our manufacturers and some of our developers are located in both Hong Kong and Shenzhen. We also started development on a variety of products, some of which are now coming to the end of development, and we hope to be able to introduce them to a hungry and interested market in 2022. Since the beginning of 2022, we’ve been able to hit the ground running with a lot of other things that we have planned. We’re executing on our phase 2, which is product, product launches and revenue.”
Join IBN’s Stuart Smith and Dr. Harald Zink, CEO, Founder and Chief Product Architect of SPYR Inc. subsidiary Applied Magix Inc., to learn more about the company’s flagship product offering, MagixDrive, and its plans to launch additional products in the months to come.

Well Randy, no one in the company has come forward and given us time, date and location of the ads. Wouldn't you think that would be info to include in a news release about new product ads? Other wise what's the sense? Your enthusiastic reprint of their news release serves no one except them/the company. "Look, we have new ads, NOT. If I'm wrong please tell me where we can see their ads. Smoke and mirrors no substance. You must admit, you fell for their nonsense. Wish it were not true.
Further expands the airing schedule implies they had an airing schedule. They didn't have an airing schedule. Did Judas see the ads on Feb 7. What channel? If this company had an ad playing the time and date and channel would be all over this board by you know who. If I say who the two moderators are who tout and delete this will be deleted. One for ego and the other for a hand full of silver.
Simple... if you can do more than repeat something like you posted, just give everyone the time, date and channel. It's just as easy as clicking the hide Button.

As I've said before, I think magixcharge is promising. A pretty common everyday product who's technology can be understood by all, and which outperforms existing similar products available on the market. Much quicker charging time with two devices which should appeal to lots of folks especially if priced competitively. Hopefully affordable to many. Everyone today is in a hurry. I hope they are really advertising their products, exposure is important. I would like to see the security stuff branded with Magix too.

Hi Randy,
Did you populate the intro information? I would clean it up but not familiar with how to do it.
Can someone clean up the forum header? The information is hopelessly out of date.
None of these people are employed by the company anymore.

Where are the ads? Where are the sales, who knows what? Why are is the stock up to .075. Is there a reason or is it the weather? Where are the cheerleaders? Is there an investor relations person? Its there a company representative share holders or prospective share holders can talk to? Hmmmmm
15 days since your last post. Very unlike you. I'm sure you have something to say. Stock traded up to .075 today. Highest penny offering is .09. After that the offering is 1 dollar something. Low dollar and change. Could it happen? Where is magixsprite? Guess he lost his job. Anyone know if the ads are or did play or if there are any sales?
8 days have passed since you last thoughtless post about my satisfaction I ask are you satisfied? Has anyone heard from magixsprite or is he not the official investor relations person anymore?
I went to the applied magic web site. Does anyone really think that's a great way to attract the public to buy a product? How many units have been sold. How many people went to the site? This is just silly. Magixsprite should go back to community college then an entry level job somewhere to learn marketing. They did save a lot of money though. If SPYR spent real money or gave the fake consultants cash or stock Joe should be POed.
Alright! .075 last sale. Come on, take out the rest of the .075 stock. .025 to go.
.0604 close means nothing. .14 best offering after close. Oh my God, run for your lives. Is that mm not wanting to loss stock at the offering in case this thing gets away from him/her. That is really something to LOL about. If we get to .14 and are still long through greed, stop and reach for .20.
High today .078 last sale .057. Stock is up about 50% over the last few weeks. There's no economic reason to justify the buying. Could it be reasonable to think management decide to put out a little buying pressure as result of public negative posts even if those post are deleted? Regardless, if we get to .10 and no corresponding positive sales news will mean any price increase will be very fragile. Instead of hitting the bid I might wait and put in a stop order when appropriate and hope for .20. Greed at .10 is the question.
Apparently not to your satisfaction.
https://ir.spyr.com/.
Well did you find out when and were the ads will view? Did you?
Did they actually say anything?
Did you find out times and channels. Not in this release. why not?
To further broaden viewership is the lowest of bars. ANY viewership would be an increase since 1 viewer would be an increase. After all, if shareholders can't find out how can the general public, what's the story? Ask marlin.
Remember the old story about putting lipstick on a pig? Just .10 or .20, or are mgt woking on 1.00 a share. In your dreams
See the Previous Post... there was news released this morning.

NEWS...SPYR Technologies Expands Marketing Campaign for Applied Magix’s MagixDrive
[Bold highlights mine: Randy]
Press Release | 01/11/2022
THE WOODLANDS, TX / ACCESSWIRE / January 11, 2022 / SPYR, Inc. dba SPYR Technologies (OTCQB:SPYR), a technology company whose subsidiary, Applied Magix, Inc., develops and resells Apple® ecosystem compatible products in the growing multi-billion-dollar IoT Smart Home and Connected Car markets, announced today that its marketing campaign, which consists of both 30 and 60 second TV Commercials, will air in additional markets to further broaden viewership.
TVA Media Group (TVA) and BB3 Advertising have started a dynamic TV ad campaign for MagixDrive, Applied Magix's wireless CarPlay device. TVA Media Group (TVA) began the campaign by placing "test airings" of the commercials on different channels and timeslots during the week of December 27, 2021. Based upon the channels and the time of day that the commercials aired, TVA estimates that the commercials were seen by more than one million viewers. These initial airings served as a test to determine specific interest from different demographic groups. After analyzing this data, a strategic broadcast strategy was created.
The MagixDrive campaign has begun to move into its next phase by increasing the frequency of aired ads and continuing to focus on those audiences that best fit the demographic profile of a "perfect customer" and expanding it to those who fit within a broader profile of interest.
Dr. Harald Zink, CEO of Applied Magix, enthusiastically commented, "We continue to enjoy working with such talented and experienced organizations like TVA and BB3. This has turned out to be an extremely valuable partnership. With their help, we have created an exciting advertising campaign that we expect to be a success."
Viewers will be able to order MagixDrive via a dedicated landing page at www.GetMagixDrive.com and toll free at 800-714-8037.
The Company's MagixDrive is currently available at the Applied Magix website: https://appliedmagix.com/shop/

They've not yet given us that information... but they did indicate that the ads were being run and they were fine-tuning their times and schedules.
How many sales since non-ad ads didn't go on real distribution?
get real, this is stupid. SHARE HOLDERS WANT TO KNOW.
Very witty intelligent comment. Sheesh. Is the dog back?
People should not be so hard on themselves.
I had such hope for .10. So disappointed.
You seem very knowledgeable to me...lol
Do you really think Matula has anything to do with price increase? I think it's your needy approach to look knowledgable. You know, seeking something. OK I'll stop and not be negative. Is .20 asking too much?
same people involved in this are involved in PMCB scam
Not bad for the first day with the new CEO!!
Maybe changing of the guard is just what we needed.
Oh wow, do I have to eat humble pie? Do I hear .10? Do I hear .20? If I'd known it was that easy I'd have stopped being critical long ago. Anything for the almighty penny.
OK, OK I won't post anymore negative posts for a while. I'll give the company a break for a while. Can't we get this thing to.20? .10?
Ughh.
Thompson being in charge always gave me hope. I guess Tim can't do any worse..lol
Just a thought, if you look at Matula's offered resume, he offers working as a consultant for Lehman Brothers as the first name on his list. Lehman was a power house and a name everyone knows. Matula was a "consultant," not a trader, investment officer, account manager, not even just an employee. What does consultant mean? It's a way Matula tries to legitimize himself in the world of finance and business investing, in the eyes of people who have no idea but recognize a big name. 3 years as a consultant means nothing. It could just mean emptying trash cans.
In a recent post I asked everyone to look at the resumes of the 3 bums fired. Empty shirts. Much like this guy.
Who pulls their strings?
I rest my case. Now this brings us another problem. Who is the registrant. The company can't take actions. A human must and who would that be. Who fired these three bums. We have all been introduced to Matula over the years and realize he's just an empty shirt. His resume is mostly nonsense. Is it possible all of these people are controlled by the puppet master Joe F. Is that possible? The judge forbade any participation by Joe.
Nothing real happened while the 3 previous bums were on the payroll. I don't think Matula will be much better. Who pulls the strings?
Come on, can't I get .10
Who initiated this action? If you don't ask this question you are brain dead.
