Where are these ads playing or are they even playing? I viewed the videos. They are not very good and miss a lot of points a prof ad person would include. There's a lot of vital info not there. Seems to be done on the cheap. They probably haven't reserved airtime with good reason but for some won't just tell us they don't have product. Still look like amateurs. Fiori'e bush-league managers.

I think you missed the point. Most of my posts are directed at management, although there are hundreds if not thousands of shareholders. My post are often directed at mgmt. As an example, a recent post talked about their inability to communicate and their response was an announcement about MagixSprite that can release news releases. Lame. Could it be a coincidence? Maybe. All I'd like to see is .20 cents.

They just seem asleep at the switch or inexperienced and lazy. Typical Joe F. junk.

Read their resume to see how deep their experience isn"t. Just the kind of people Joe F. likes to have on board so he can manipulate/control them.

By the way a very resent post just posts lol. He's part of the problem and guess what, he's a moderator. We know he lost a lot should be crying not laughing. Brilliant. He deletes stuff if it's negative about stock he owns. Keep thinking. Will he delete this if he dislikes it?

what is MagixSprite? You don't need what ever MagixSprite is to put out a news release. Is there a phone number shareholders and prospective shareholders can call to ask questions? How about an e-mail address share holders can ask questions and actually get answers. A human being is always best. I've sent a few e-mails and never, never, got an answer. This company has always had little regard for the shareholders and comes off as deceitful. This management is so bush league and this MagixSprite is just bla bla white noise. Where are the promised ads? Is the merchandise still on the ship? All you need is say that unless of course there are other problems.

How has that 20% increase in volume worked out for you. What portends for the future. Really portends? Are you guys kidding? what really portends is a failure to submit the 10q on time, a failure to bring the promised nation wide ads as promised. What portends is your lack of knowledge regarding markets, trading, investing business management and acumen. What portends is your failure to recognize management of this company is bs. What portends is the internet has convinced you that you can trade and invest with skill and knowledge. You may be right some of the time but when you believe your own nonsense eventually you lose. You will no longer see the lies but spread them. This management could probably just say the ads will be held up until they receive their merchandise. But nothing. That's due to their basic nature, they are night crawling thieves and can't be straight forward with shareholders. You only need to go back to their founder. All I want is .20 cents, now that's not asking too much. Is it? I'm banking on their self interest to yield .20 cents. one of you pointed that self interest thing out to me but it is an avenue of last resort after they have sucked every penny out of you.

Question... Are the highly touted ads nonsense or is the product on a ship off the California coast? If their product is held up and they are going to push off the ads they can and should say so. They don't take a hit for the supply mess. Blame it on the drooler. If not it's more bad management and x$%^. There's no much interest.

Ok things happen. I'm not so sure the loss of a CFO should hold up the document. It could if one or all are asleep at the switch. Why should we expect them to be on the ball. Past history indicates the stock was going down in the light of nothing. Will their failure to file on time a negative result with no substance increase the velocity of loss? One never knows. No accounting for bad management. No accounting GET IT?

On what do you base your comment? This morning's last sale is .0583. At that rate the price should be about .01 in 5 to 7 business days. Let's hope that is not the future but is very likely. The highly touted ads have not appeared. I guess they're waitnig for the Christmas shopping days. But the ads are only of value if they result in sales that bring in revenue in excess of the cost of the ads. From their past performance, my guess is they overpaid for the ads. Never the less, even if the ads are successful it will take a lot of sales and a long time to bring in meaningful money. It doesn't seem clear to me that SPYR is acting like the future we want. It seems to me SPYR will be going down and reach much lower levels before desired income can have positive affect on share price.

.089 is a nice step in the right direction. Keep in mind when people invest in an R&D company with no earnings and no branded product, are speculating on the future. That's part of the horse race but there's no fundamental reason like earnings and sales to justify buying. Promise of advertising doesn't do it. When we see the ads and if they are really great I may have a different opinion. .20 cents.
