Not even .20 cents?
Geotraq is a day late and dollar short
They lack the resources to continue development and sales efforts
They overpaid $8.13M for IP / patent only...according to financials
Pathetic Matula....
Geotraq didn't go anywhere in JanOne, won 't go anywhere in SPYR
JanOne, Inc. is the company from whom SPYR purchased the Geotracking technology. JAN is the JanOne's Ticker.
Ticker is JAN
Sorry, what is jan board?
How long should everyone stay tuned? Is their gaming/cartoon business starting to make money? Where is the stock dividend for those of us who owned the right stock at the date of record. We are really waiting.
Take it from a Ph.D in telecom then...

Matula running a hoax
It isn't just Polte, the last I had reviewed Geotraq ditched that MediaTek Chip in favor of an LTE/NB-iOT Chip from Sequans (Pierre Parent's doing). I had spoken a number of times with some of the key Polte R&D Folks in 2020. They mostly have worked for years in Military SONAR and RADAR. The 2 Engineers I was speaking with had over 30 Patents on SONAR/RADAR Location Techniques. Really cool stuff. Essentially they have adapted their techniques for Cellular. With O-RAN they are making moves to get things added into the key EnodeB and GnodeBs for 4G/5G as a lot of the newer Antenna Arrays "Massive MIMO" do Beam Forming towards individual Devices.
The key challenge for Polte is getting their "Client-Side" Code Ported and Tested on the various 4G/LTE/5G/iOT Radio Modem ICs. I actually have a few 5G Modems I am waiting on them to finish porting. I have a couple 5G Products using the Telit FN980(m). https://www.telit.com/devices/fn980-and-fn980m-data-cards-support-5g/
Geotraq in any form is still a "Day Late and a Dollar Short". I have still thought the Form Factor of that Module is not conducive to easy System Integration for Telecom Industry Products.
Also, in 5G a lot of really amazing Location-Based Services are becoming a Reality especially for "First Responders".
Well EXGeotraqEmp1, I hope you landed a better Telecom R&D Job. I still remember when all of you Peeps got Axed. I almost would have been right there with you all.
Oh did you ever read that Bogus Patent granted to Gregg Sullivan?
Absolutely. They have manufacturing lined up. This location tech is much better than simple GPS. "Intelligent tracking".
Stay tuned.
Just do some reading on JAN board...
The patent issue and its value are discussed
Is it worth .10 or .20 cents or possibly 30 pieces of silver?
What do you suppose the paper for the $12.3 million is really worth???
At least as much as the company.
Comprende!
Seems to me they got something for (next to) nothing.
Although what you are saying is completely plausible you don't so much as say, it's what I believe or why. Are you an expert in the field or just say I read it some where, etc ., etc. Come on!
They acquired a WORTHLESS patent
and paid a fortune for it
Matula is a scammer
When they acquired the tracker technology company, informed us that no products would be available for sale until the Q1 2023.
I’m not overly optimistic, but I believe it’s possible that things could come together and we could become a real company with real products and one day actually generate real income.
As we’ve all heard before, Time will tell.
All depends on substance and how realistic. Considering joe and matula's past style and lack of real news, I wouldn't hold my breath. To be completely straight forward, if their 3 news releases are BS and it moves this thing 10 or 20 cents it's ok by me. I don't have to go to bed with these bums to make a few bucks. What insider told you about these 3 news releases?
My understanding is we should see 3 news releases in November. Take it for what it's worth.
I'm really interested in the next fluffy news release.
magix, cartoon games, geotex and what else. This started out as a greasy spoon at the phili airport commonly called a shell or maybe a shill. Anyway Joe Fiori has been called to task by the SEC for being a lying cheat and what has changed, not much. Matula is joe's buddy, nothing changes. What do you mean "much" higher? I'd love much higher and can only happen if the company is real, it's not. Well if macula and Joe are crooked and greedy enough it can go up too. 20 cents would be great 2 to 4 dollars would be fantastic. Their new effort with a new company can't earn enough, quick enough, to invest traditionally with good reasons. With this kind of manipulated number we are just taking a shot. It's not even a reasonable speculation. We are banking on joe's and matula's greed. I'm ok with that but don't put lipstick on this pig. Real companies have earnings. How much is much? Give me a number to show how much.
I see no sales= no value
And then some. I see this going much higher as the news begins to flow.
A small honest indication of progress merely demonstrating mgmt is really working on something would push this piece of junk to 10 cents. Honesty and straight forward business effort pays. Right mr/ms SPYR? Is that too much to ask?
Are you a spokes person for SPYR or a private person? Although everyone understands it takes time to get a product to market your stale message is long overdue in being realized. At this time it seems they have no market share so 1 customer would be an increase and if a client of substance was signed they would announce it. This is just another fluff release to make it look like something is being done. I wonder who's next when Joe becomes disenchanted with Matula? Eventually Matula will not be able to provide cover for Joe.
According to SPYR, MVNOs are carriers that rely on the wireless networks of other carriers to offer cellular coverage through their own phone plans rather than having their own wireless networks. A technology business called SPYR creates and sells devices compatible with the Apple ecosystem through its subsidiary Applied Magix, with a focus on the lucrative, multibillion-dollar markets for linked cars and smart homes. The business stated that it continues to find and pursue acquisitions that would increase its market share and broaden the range of consumer products it provides, including businesses making smart technology and artificial intelligence (AI) devices.
Why can't these clowns get this stock up to 10 cents? 20 cents would really be great. What do you think televet? Maybe with your deep understanding of these markets you could help them and us.
Did you read the 10Q. Of corse you didn't. Management doesn't expect you to, nor do they expect others to read and to ad insult to injury you have to make a comment about them "strengthening the balance sheet." this is a lie through not being straight forward so ignorant readers like you will repeat their deceptive announcement. Yes they increased the positive side of the balance sheet by 9.7 million dollars merely by valuing intellectual property and trademarks at 9.7 million dollars. That money didn't come from sales, in the form of revenue. It came from the stroke of a pen. Would you call that creative or sneaky? You have no knowledge of what you speak. In addition, this 10Q was not audited. Who would sign this junk?
didn't like my post. needy, joke
Geotraq never showed any revenues= BS technology

SPYR, Inc. Comments on Strengthening Balance Sheet, and Corporate Developments as It Moves Toward Launch of Its Tiny Internet of Things Connectivity Modems
SPYR Technologies
THE WOODLANDS, TX, Oct. 11, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire – SPYR, INC. (OTCQB: SPYR), a diversified technology company developing products leveraging the Internet of Things (IoT) for consumer use and large-scale applications and industries, today outlines recently reported disclosures in its June 30 10-Q, and comments on corporate developments. The Company, via its GeoTraq subsidiary, is at the forefront of the technology development of the world’s smallest, low-power, low-cost tracking modems.
As was recently reported to the public on Securities & Exchange Commission Form 10-Q, SPYR has seen significant positive changes to its balance sheet for the most recently reported quarter, June 30, 2022. With the acquisition of GeoTraq, Inc. during the quarter, total assets were significantly boosted to $9.7 million, up from only $342,000 as of the end of the previous quarter. During the first two quarters of this year, the Company was also successful in obtaining growth capital, with $769,000 raised.
“With our SEC filings up to date, the GeoTraq acquisition fully integrated, and our recently completed manufacturing contract with Asiatelco Technologies Co. in place, we are now laser-focused on readying our market launch of the world’s smallest, low-power, low-cost tracking modems for consumer use and large-scale applications and industries,” stated, Timothy Matula, Chief Executive Officer, SPYR, Inc. “We are seeing interest in our unique technologies growing on an almost daily basis as the Internet of Things (IoT), for which our devices are specifically designed, continues to expand.”
GeoTraq’s tiny Internet of Things connectivity modems are squarely focused on providing the industry with the lowest power consumption curve and the best battery conservation. With industry-leading low power consumption, smaller batteries can be utilized in devices, allowing manufacturers unparalleled flexibility in designing ever-smaller internet-connected devices. GeoTraq is employing numerous innovations to achieve its low power consumption profile, many of which are included in their Patent 10,182,402.

You ask the wrong person.
Televet...
You do know about FCC Regulations!! There are RULES.
What are your thoughts on an Unauthorized Cellular Chip, with an Antenna and a Batteries attached to a Bomb on an Commercial Aircraft?
There is a Shit Load of Fraud going down...
Unreal! If true I would call it so fitting. Is it possible the bogus tech/patent was sold to the Fiori, Matula, SPYR syndicate by very creative group of crooks. I would think as a real company, Matula and company would have employed a really good patent attorney to do their diligence before forking over millions. SPYR management like other shifty groups could have easily succumb to their greed and quickly made a bad deal by not checking everything for a quick close. After all SPYR hasn't been proved to be a real company. Although sounds like karma until this account is verified. On the other hand SPYR could be in cahoots with geotraq understanding geotraq was bull but perfect science to pump up a bogus company, SPYR. Did money really change hands?
ARCI was Booking a $200K+ Equipment Inventory Asset for Geotraq. Gregg Sullivan only had maybe a few hundred of these modules produced (from my assessment) and I am not sure if Pierre Parent ended up possibly bought an allotment of the Sequans Monarch Chips as the leftover CTO/GM of Geotraq.
The MediaTek chips are now worthless, because even back in 2016/2017 I was explaining to Gregg Sullivan 2G and 3G Technologies are being End of Life and Phased Out.
A "Red Flag" on this SPYR Company is understanding who is running it. Anyone that knows how to do basic Background Research will see the "Cronyism" Connections.
So if a reasonable investor just looked at the Financials, a Top End Deal was $26 Million and now this same deal was just sold for $13.5 Million what does this tell an investor?
Hot Break-Thru Technology? Or a Dog-Shit Fraud?
The Patent that was Granted to GeoTraq is worthless. As a 35+ Telecom R&D Veteran, I came across Gregg Sullivan the so called "inventor" of this module back in 2016. What a fraud. Gregg ripped of another company that was in the process of creating a Baggage Tag with the same 2G MediaTek Chip. That product also never got off the ground. And it appeared Gregg had initially had this other company called "GoTraq" and he up and Deregistered all the Common Shares. Then somehow re-emerged as "Geotraq" and sells out to ARCI. Essentially screwing all the early stage investors in this product.
This Patent is written so vague and it is also attempting to do an "end-run" on how Legacy 2G/3G Technology works. Which by the way is all but discontinued in the Telecom Celluar Industry. Gregg was fired by ARCI (essentially JanOne) for Cause back in late Dec 2019 early Jan 2020. Gregg is a total pathological liar and bullshit artist. I still don't fully understand how him and Jon Issac (LIVE) and his dad Tony Issac (ARCI) got hooked up. The whole deal was booked improperly on ARCI's Balance Sheet too IMHO. The Majority of the deal was valued at $26 Million and mostly was Preferred Shares of ARCI. This was all "Booked" as an Intellectual Property Asset. It essentially massively inflated ARCIs Balance Sheet. ARCI was writing off $1 Million a Quarter of this on their Balance Sheet. Funny thing though is all these Preferred Shares were divided up between Tony, Gregg, and one other guy, Juan Yunis (an Issac Crony). Juan had the largest share, which instantly if he converted these Preferred Shares to Common ARCI Stock made him the sole Controlling Owner of ARCI. ARCI clawed back 50% of Gregg's Preferred Shares and there was a Lawsuit between them. Not sure of the outcome, but I know it was a total mess. A number of Geotraq Employees also got shafted by Gregg. I assume he is under a rock somewhere.
With my Due Diligence on Geotraq back then all kinds of "Red Flags" were apparent. I had thought Pierre Parent the CTO also pretty much jumped ship after doing an "Overhaul" on attempting to redesign this module to use Sequans "Monarch" iOT Chip and then had partnered with Polte to use their Centralized Backend Location Service. Either way, none if it got off the ground.
Everyone around this whole thing is embroiled in Lawsuits and Civil Actions. Especially, Jon Issac via the SEC.
I will have to review these latest shenanigans.

I rest my case. I won't go into it, you get it. To save a few pennies overlook the filth and stupidity.
Oh it's ok, they have a U.S. address too.
Great news? What's great? They have "selected" Asiatelco Technologies Co. to produce the Geo Traq product. What they didn't say was, they signed a contract or they have come to an agreement in principle with Asiatelco. They didn't even say they are in final negotiations of a deal. If they had a more promising message they would be screaming it from the roof tops and if they do have real news and didn't put it out they would be in great legal jeopardy if not bush-leaguer stupid. this news is like all past releases, without substance and fluff. This stock's price now .01 last sale. a BS release is a great way to get a piece of junk .01 stock to get pushed up to .05 or higher. Read my previous posts and wake up. Expect them to start buying the stock up because the initial release is to weak to entice retail buyers. Don't be surprised if this becomes mid penny value because anything can happen but I've said before, you want to own before the greed team moves this stock up. Well tele vet, you sure are right, it is great.
Finally, I didn't check but is Asiatelco a Chinese company and if so not smart?
Great news!

SPYR: SEC Charges Executives and Director with Lying to Auditors
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2022/lr25517.htm
On September 22, 2022, the Securities and Exchange Commission filed charges against the former Chief Executive Officer of Spyr, Inc., James R. Thompson, the company's former Chief Financial Officer, Barry D. Loveless, and director, James A. Mylock, Jr., for making false and misleading statements to Spyr's auditors. The SEC also charged Thompson and Loveless for filing periodic reports with the SEC that failed to include required information in the financial statements.
According to the SEC's complaint, filed in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, Thompson, Loveless, and Mylock provided Spyr's auditors with false and misleading information about an SEC investigation into Spyr's investment in a biotechnology company. The SEC alleges that the defendants told Spyr's auditors that they were not aware of "any situations where the company may not be in compliance with any federal or state laws or government or other regulatory body regulations," even after Spyr had received a Wells notice, settlement discussions with SEC staff had broken down, and management believed that an SEC action would be filed soon. The complaint also alleges that Thompson and Loveless signed Spyr's 2017 Form 10-K and 2018 first quarter Form 10-Q, neither of which disclosed the potential SEC enforcement action. According to the complaint, Spyr was required by generally accepted accounting principles to disclose the potential SEC enforcement action because it was reasonably possible that it could lead to a material loss for the company.
The SEC's complaint charges each of the defendants with lying to auditors and thereby violating Rule 13b2-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and charges Thompson and Loveless with violating the antifraud provisions of Section 17(a)(2) and (3) of the Securities Act of 1933, and aiding and abetting Spyr's violations of the reporting provisions of Exchange Act Section 13(a) and Rules 12b-20, 13a-1, and 13a-13 thereunder. Without admitting or denying the SEC's allegations, Thompson, Loveless, and Mylock consented to the entry of final judgments, subject to court approval, permanently enjoining them from violating the charged provisions; requiring Thompson, Loveless, and Mylock to pay civil penalties of $50,000, $75,000, and $10,000, respectively; and barring Thompson and Loveless from acting as an officer or director of any public company for three years.
The SEC's investigation was conducted by Matthew L. Skidmore and Michael F. D'Angelo with the assistance of Christopher E. Martin. The investigation was supervised by Mary S. Brady and Jason J. Burt.

Since Fiori had obvious control of this company and then told by government, that he couldn't have anything to do with public companies, ( I think that's accurate) through all the proceeding Fiori puppets and their stupid pie in the sky plans to include cartoon games, electronic resale, and last but not least some kind of tracking chip there's been no revenue/sales. Now I give everyone the benefit of doubt, time it takes to get started but come on. This entity doesn't exist to be successful or turn a profit it exists to allow unethical and corrupt individuals and attorneys to operate within the law to manipulate stock numbers and trades. Their goal is to make money by having the edge of market manipulation not real work to franchise the shareholder. Isn't that common knowledge by now?
2022: $0 REVENUES. GEOTRAQ GENERATED NO SALES
750K shares traded today. MKT closed at .0109 to .013 last sale was .011. What is to keep this from going sub penny. Are there interesting sales or new exciting inventions? Stay alert.
I guess you are using the 2 numbers most commonly used to measure stock value ie. "over sold." There's more to that story and it's wrapped within the comment that the market tells us the value. Well, share/issue size divided into hard asset value (in this case treasury cash) gives us the value of the stock. Great indicator but not the whole story. maybe the market is taking into account the history and players. What do I mean? Trust, for one thing. Joe Fiori who was always less than savory, crooked manipulation and SEC lawsuits. Gruden retires to Florida, Fiori gains power and the company records taken to Florida are destroyed by fire. Really? Fiori's lackey Marlin Molinar promised progress, nonsense for years and nothing. What ever happened to the promised dividends to share holders? Again nothing. Then we have a revolving CEO wheel of friends of Fiori who did nothing. CEO's who can't pee without Fiori's permission. The new CEO is a long time pal of Fiori, need I say more? What ever happened to the cartoon/game nonsense? It went to the same bone yard as the greasy spoon dinner at the Phili airport, with a quiet whimper. Where did all that money go? There's a lot more but you get the point. Obviously the MKT doesn't believe.
I've been saying for months, wait and I thought the stock would go down to .01 or lower. Now that could vary up or down but at a penny this group of crooked slime will realize an opportunity. Buy stock in size, when doing so they will probably coordinate their buying with some empty news further legitimizing the stock and when for .05, .10 or much more when retail buyers come in to take stock the crooks will unload their .01 stock for very substantial profit. This really works if the news is good or at least believable. This effort can be further enhanced by the cooperation of other less than ethical dealers in to make a profit playing the game for a quick profit. Your play is that of banking on their greed. Be there or be square. At some point you want to be long at the lowest possible price. LOL By the way, I have no proof of misdeeds. I am merely presenting my thoughts. It's a shot.
Why the phone no of a Denver attorney???
