Those shares were taken off the table before the reverse split. They would have to show proof that they were retired 100%.

Smith claimed they would be reverse split along with all the other shares. His 3.9B shares disappeared a week or two ago,but all other shareholders shares stayed put and have now been reverse split.

Most shareholders won't be able to trade this for several days,some brokers are faster than others. There's normally a fee for them having to deal with RS shares. Runs around $35-38 on TD I've heard.

There have been two trades at 66 but their not being recorded I guess because they are so small. There were several trades early on but now it's dead in the water,nothing for about an hour.

Like I've said before 99% of these go south,and usually go zero volume over time.

Oh looky....the SCAM "1 share buy" crew getting after it to keep this from cratering today.

Now their buying 20 shares at 0.0011 or a little over TWO CENTS per trade. They make a buy every 10-30 seconds.

That's what DESPERATION looks like at the beginning of a reverse split.

Smith himself said possibly 3/16 but it's yet to show up as scheduled. Hate to tell you but 99% of RS's go south. The pps will go up x 1000 and your shares will decrease x 1000.

Thing is how many people will pay 1000x more for a share of SPOI than they did the day before? A lower share structure is nice but most agree that it will just be diluted once again so they don't buy that supposed "plus" of an RS.

Usually these drop like a rock the minute the opening bell rings and many just flat go zero volume over time. I keep a list of 40+ RS's in my Ihub monitor from the last 16 months and it's not pretty.

The winner or...loser on my list is a ticker that went to 26.00 on a RS and now trades at 40 cents just three months later. XFCI if you want to check it out. OUCH!!

Those 3.9 billion shares gone from the OS are certainly Smith's but tell me WHY they weren't subject to the RS which has NOT happened yet?? Remember what he said in a earlier post---ALL shares including his were to be reverse split. That's a bit hard to do when he shares were pulled out BEFORE a RS occurred.

I just looked a few minutes ago.....the 1 for 1000 reverse split is still NOT scheduled.

Reverse split has not been completed yet. As for a security to invest in, OT will tell you no but he seems to have an agenda.

I am invested and very positive as to the future, but it is OTC, so you should make your decisions accordingly.

SPOI is currently profitable which is unusual for most penny stocks. There is a lot in the works. Management is working on being a multi state cannabis operation. There are hurdles to get over, but there is much promise.

The new businesses were brought into this shell Mar 2021 and has been profitable from the start. I believe the revenues from these businesses are what is funding much of the cannabis operations.

Management is working on providing audited financials for 2021 yearend. The goal is to move up to OTCQB asap and eventually OTCQX.

It all really depends on just who is writing the checks as to whether the payments are being made, or the note is in default. It becomes a "what if" trap. Suppose that payments are made right up to the final and then oops, someone "forgot" to order checks to be written ...

If the "Company" pays on time and makes that final balloon payment in 2032 then the shares will be fully owned and tradable not by Tom Smith but by SPO Networks. Simply put this is a promissory note.

Show me anywhere in the agreement where it says the Tom Smith is throwing those share certificates in the dumpster never to be seen again after the reverse split and the agreement is signed.

This em..."Company" is not going to pay Smith TEN YEARS of interest payments and a final payment that will be in the millions of $$$$ and end up with NOTHING. By then that soon to be low share structure will be right back up where it is now--probably MUCH sooner from what I've seen from watching massive post RS tickers for thirteen years.

My reason is I haven't seen one!! The examples shown were sketchy at best!! There's a lot of companies that raised their AS to the roof who would not have done so if it was so easy to do a RS!! Eventually we will see!!

Come on....The shares will finally be canceled in 2032 ONLY if all the requirements of the payment plan for the 3.9B shares have been met. Hell,these guys could unbelievable stretch it out another 100 YEARS according to the terms of the note and parties agree. LOL...seriously??

All those redeemed shares will be transferred to SPOI and the terms of the note--ten years of interest payments and then a balloon payment in 2032 for the full March 2022 value of the shares per contract comes due and payable. The note states that full value payment may NOT be paid early by SPOI. Those shares can NOT be canceled until pay for in full.If SPOI defaults on those interest payments then the 3.9B shares would return to Tom.

They will not be paid in full for TEN YEARS and thus can NOT be canceled. As the note states interest payments DO NOT count against the purchase price.

Doesn't matter,it's still an RS. One of them is a 1 for 1000 RS and the other is a 1 for 300 RS. Sometimes it's a merger sometimes just a name change.
