(“Reflective”), a performance software testing company . Under the SEA, the selling shareholders of Reflective received 1433 shares of SPO restricted common stock for every 1 share held, for a total issuance by SPO of 46,980,905 restrictive common shares

leading Asset Management (enterprise asset management (EAM)) software program called Maximo."



WOBURN, MA, June 4, 2018 (OTC MARKETS) – SPO GLOBAL, INC. (OTC Pink: SPOM), has announced that its subsidiary, Reflective Solutions, has entered into a distribution agreement with UnoSoftware for the distribution of Reflective’s Software Solution Products.
As part of the agreement, Mr. Owen Dukes, Unosoftware’s CEO, will resign as the President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of SPO Global and Reflective and Mr. Stuart Barton will assume the role of President and member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Dukes will be financially responsible for the closing of the Reflective operations in Europe and lead the expansion efforts for Reflective’s product line. SPO will retain all intellectual property related to
 the Reflective Software products and Unosoftware will be responsible for all software updates and upgrades.
“As part of our strategic plan to acquire interests in growing companies, we felt a partnership and distribution agreement with Unosoftware was in the best interests of SPO’s shareholders. SPO will receive a share of the revenues generated on the product line and will realize a reduction of over $ 350,000 of debt and accounts payable from its balance sheet”, stated Stuart Barton, President of SPO Global.

WOBURN, MA, May 29, 2018 (OTCMARKETS) – SPO GLOBAL, INC. (OTC Pink: SPOM), has announced that Stuart Barton has agreed to join the Company in the capacity of Chief Operating Office and a member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Barton brings over 35 years of multiple industry experience as well as 20 years in various operational management positions in both high revenue generation and employee benefits capacities. His experience includes public company management as a Board Member, Chairman, CEO, and President of nationwide organizations.
Mr. Barton’s immediate focus will be developing a plan of action to maximize the return to all
 shareholders, seeking out world-class acquisition and partnership opportunities, and managing our strategic projects.

In 2016, the company completed the successful integration of its Stress Tester software with Dynergy Energy based in Houston. The company also completed its integration with Transport of London for its new “ Sentinel “ software.

In 2017, the company completed the successful integration of its Stress Tester software with a number of major enterprises based in North America. The company also has won a major contract with a worldwide leading motor manufacturer which will lead to significant revenues starting in the 4th Quarter of 2017 and through 2018.

The company is in discussion with a number of US Government Local States that could lead to significant revenues for the future. The Company is also in discussion with a leading consultancy enterprise firm, with a worldwide market share, that is in discussion in looking at both of our company products for their customers.
