Looking forward to A/S news this week. That is all I will said. All the noise is now getting nervous b/c of A/S reduction PR is coming this week. Hence, trying to get more or back in. I will take 100%, 500% or 10,000%. SNMN will definitely make people money that bought in at this range. If SNMN or Troy sucks, then just find other plays... there are over 9,000 plays in otc. Don't be hung up on a bad ceo

Likes I mentioned, I think only 60-75M from long dumping Thursday and everyone was trying to find bottom aka 350M volume.


Mj, A/S reduction. Reduction to A/S is still a huge deal. A 6Billion O/s and 3billion float and it's at 0012 and people thinking penny. I think 1Billion float and 800m or less float should do at least that anyway with rule 144 locking 1.9B up for 3month min.

There is no guarantee. If we wanted to play it safe, then we all would have invested in Nasdaq not subpenny. Get that gambling blood boil up and lets go or go find what is more within that gambling blood.

IMO, Troy did EXACTLY what he had to do for the long term benefit of SNMN. Many posters here seem to think Troy should have tweeted or PR'd that he needed to lower the offering price to .001 to raise a million dollars that he needed to raise. So, if he did tweet that, many are saying you would have been happy and held on to your shares, LOL. Many would have dumped so fast and driven the stock even lower and then Troy would have to have given 2 billion shares at half the price he did it at. Oh, and by the way we now have $1 millions dollars of working capital. The mistake Troy made was tweeting at all about the deal, IMO. But he had to take what he could get for the first round of capital raising.

It will be easier when he needs money again as our SNMN share price should reflect the use of the $1 million of capital we now have to get some of our term sheets funded. Very few sub-pennies have a million dollars to work with and some good deals in the works too. Patience will pay off here, IMO.

Long and still strong, no panic selling here. Wish I had more money at these gift prices.

I have a feeling that we will be pleasantly surprised by unexpected news and things will get back on track. Since I have skin in the stock, I will try to stay positive till things definitely materialize good or bad. I really appreciate your enthusiasm-optimisim is a virtue. After things start to settle a bit, I am optimistic as well. I held through last Thursday, but I was not really happy at all. I believe that he will rectify the ship. I hope that this was a good lesson - much better communication is needed as the CEO seems to have some enemies. I hope that he regains the lost trust ASAP.

Upped my bid from .0011 to .0015. This should get seriously pumped soon but I believe true value is much closer to .001 than .01. This will give me a smidgen more shares than I had before Thursday's train wreck and I'm willing to gamble in the .0015 range. Really good and well balanced post. Bro I'm completely lost here. I went all in at .0032 and added some along the way up. I swore I'd never get shaken but by the time I was able to log on Thursday and saw this shit dropping like a rock down a well down into the the .002s and the news of a billion extra shares hitting soon I panic sold. I'm down a couple grand or so which really sucks but I see more tweets coming to pump this back up and honestly trying to find a good reentry point but would have to dip under .0015 to get the million and a half shares I had before this crap. Might miss the ride back to .005 or so which will suck but I don't see this ever coming close to .05. Trying to decide whether to buy back in or try to find more solid play. Thought this would be the play of the year which is why I added in .004s instead of doing the smart thing and taking some profits. Live and learn unfortunately.

It is all about timing if it is even a scam. People will come and invest with the first positive news. If no news, it will go down. End of story. There is no need for back and forth. I agree with all of your logic in your balanced posts. The only problem is that he changed the term of dilution. When you had an initial idea that the dilution will occur at 0.01, that means everyone who bought below this value will make money. Now, the value of the dilution was almost 80% of what the stock was trading, thus the panic as not everyone here bought like yourself in the trips. This is why many are willing to gamble close to the offering price, and not higher, since they might have a better chance to make money. Look at the change of the board now and this is an outcome of his poor move. The way he dropped the news was one of the poorest I have witnessed.

In any case, it will take time to either regain trust or completely lose all the remaining trust, up to Troy. His actions, will either invite investors who hold for long time back or lose the rest of them. Let us see the decrease AS reality and lets finish up the 7 acquisitions he mentioned in his latest tweets that will be funded. Action time. Like he was very quick in filing this dilution stuff, he needs to be quick in filings the positive things as well for credibility.

I don't agree at all - most of the heavy longs here disappeared as they sold out and they were holding millions per person. The stock will rebound although I am not excited about anymore like before. The rebound will not be as expected also before, but there is money to be made and this is the name of the game.

I am having a hard tme finding info on the Donut deal. Just some PRs about the opening... Where is the substance?! What did investors pay? What do they get, etc? What do the past revenue figures look like? Nothing worth bragging about?! Positive details are ALWAYS spelled out in PRs, theres nothing?

BTW, it looks like a chunk of stock will soon be paid out for past debts as well... This could be a conversion in the trips. Pretty sweet deal, for them...
