From today's 10Q
Management’s Plans
The Company has expended considerable efforts in working with its contract manufacturer in order to begin the production of its new line of products. The Company expects that the first units will be produced in 2007 with sales and delivery to also commence during such period. After commencing production, the Company expects that it may take up to one year for the production design and processes to stabilize. The Company has continued development efforts on its patented Paradigm™ technology. The Company is currently working closely with a critical supplier to jointly complete the engineering and commercialization process of this technology. The Company has developed a sales and distribution network relying on manufacturer’s representatives to sell the Company’s products through wholesale distribution.
The Company currently funds all its operations from loans from the Company’s officers and directors. Additionally, the Company is negotiating with several broker-dealers with a view to completing further private placements to fund the business strategy, but to date the Company has not yet concluded any such arrangement. While not yet achieved to date, the Company’s business strategy anticipates that it will need to raise in excess of $2 million over the next 12 month period in order to fully execute its business plan. Management believes that, in order to properly exploit the introduction of its products, it will be necessary to be positioned not only as a quality supplier of products, but also able to supply a sufficient volume of product to meet wholesale demand.
Not Sure but we are coming back now... .16 X .18
That looks a lot better--what the heck is that sight doing posting all those bogus trades. Is that a worthless sight to use?

Here's something else I can't figure out. Look at all the big hits on the ask for 40,000 and a 50,000 all starting after 12pm. I even see some hits at .20 and .21 but my broker only shows .18 as high of the day and when you add it all up, the volume on this is way more than my broker is showing for total volume. He's showing 166,700 when the 9 sales at 40,000 alone is way more than that. What the heck is that all about?
you can say that again...
Wow--no volume for days and then over 124,000 dumped today so far. You never know what to expect with this thing!
45K gives him the 980 total... in that recent filing it shows almost mothly totals for his buying, I guess...
MWM. Maybe there is a mistake on the form #4 and instead of 280,000 shares bought it is only 28,000.

SOYO is a good looking stock with lots of potential especially if the new Honeywell line lives up to it's name...
Thanks
Mike
By the way, I really like your SOYO and wanted to get in after the gap down, but had no funds. Should have some freed up on Monday and will look for an entry point then--great looking company with good products but lots of competition. Nice moves expanding the products into more markets though and future looks bright. I hope you don't mind I put this on the SKYY board!
That is some excellent news, I bet somebody hits it sooner or later...
Looks like we could have another day of no trades even with that seemingly good news. Is this strange or what? I guess there just aren't enough eyes on it yet because of the long lay-off in business.
Starting to see why the insiders are loading...
According to SKYE President Perry Logan, the certification of the FORTIS(TM) product line now sets the stage for SKYE to commence production of its new product line by early November, with full production slated for early 2008.
SKYE International Inc. Earns ETL Listed Mark for Product Safety

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
SKYE International Inc. (OTCBB:SKYY) today announced that its FORTIS(TM) series Electric Whole House Water Heater has passed its pre-market product safety testing regimen by Intertek ETL SEMKO, a global, independent third-party testing lab and certification agency. As evidence of its compliance to UL Standard 499, all FORTIS(TM) tankless water heaters will bear Intertek's proprietary and universally accepted and trusted ETL Listed Mark.
Intertek's ETL Listed Mark is one of several product certification marks (such as the UL or CSA marks) that demonstrate compliance to national consensus standards Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), requires manufacturers to submit their products to a Nationally and OSHA Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) - for evaluation and certification to rigid consensus safety standards. Intertek is an NRTL in the U.S. and is accredited as a Testing Organization (TO) and Certification Body (CB) by the Standards Council of Canada as well. Its ETL Listed Mark is recognized by fire marshals, building inspectors, and other Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) code officials throughout North America.
According to SKYE President Perry Logan, the certification of the FORTIS(TM) product line now sets the stage for SKYE to commence production of its new product line by early November, with full production slated for early 2008. The FORTIS(TM) line of tankless electric water heaters elevates tankless technology to a new level. The introduction of FORTIS(TM) to the marketplace means that American families can enjoy the freedom of endless hot water while enjoying the energy savings that result from this safe, durable and ultra-efficient appliance.
"The FORTIS(TM) line will set a new industry benchmark and we are excited that it will soon be available to consumers in the marketplace," Logan said.
According to Logan, consumers have developed brand preferences for home appliances like refrigerators, ovens and even plumbing fixtures. Now, even water heaters are gaining consumer brand recognition and SKYE aims to be the premium brand of choice for the benefit-aware consumer who is looking for what is best for their family and the environment.
"From the durable, high-end stainless steel construction and advanced, ultra-safe avionics grade electronics, FORTIS(TM) has features that discerning homebuyers will recognize and prefer in making their home even more livable and family-friendly," Logan said.
Logan said in the past, water heaters were considered a necessary, but often overlooked appliance. Now, as consumers become more knowledgeable and aware of specific features and benefits, he expects consumers will exercise brand preference in the water heater category and ask for the SKYE brand from their homebuilder or contractor.

they have been very patient in accumulating... UBSS stayed at .23 all day... had he of moved to say .25 he might have seen some action...
Apparently he didn't want any! How strange--huge volume yesterday and not one trade today except premarket. They have had quite a few no trade days in the past which is understandable, but not after a huge volume day like yesterday. This is sure one weird stock.
Between yesterday and today he could have easily grabbed that many, ubss soaked up several shares from the bid over the last few days...
But i think that 280K is not right, his total shares owned is now 980K and it was 935K on 10/22, looks like he got 45K more and somehow the filing is a little messed up...
Those buys speak volumes....seems like a great buy and hold here.
So if I'm reading that right, Ted bought another 280,000 shares yesterday but I don't see that on the chart volume. Even today was less than that and it was the highest volume since Sept 18th and 19th and also was less than 280,000. Why aren't his buys showing in the daily volume if they are open market purchases? Are they done differently for some reason? I haven't been doing this a long time so your insight is appreciated.
It's just hard to deny the fact that these guys are loading up on their stock with open market buys... I've seen scammy CEO's and such buy a few shares to pump a stock but these guys have bought a lot more than just a few...

I can't believe the volume in this thing today. Sure would like to know what the hell is going on. I just have to be very skeptical of management because of all the past trouble they have been in. They are really carrying a lot of baggage while trying to move forward. Well we will see if things work out or not and I'll be watching from the sidelines for now.
Excellent volume!
The stock or the ibox... hehe
Volume lookind good over the last few weeks and this UBSS bidder seems to be buying all he can get his hands on today...
UBSS swallowed 50K on the bid and it appeared to be from DOMS, who join they ask dumped some and then fell back...

Not 100% sure but the insider buying might be taking place through ubss... he seems to usually be the top bidder...
Good DD, yes the question remains what the hell are they doing...
Boy has this company been thru it. Five name changes since 1993, filed bankruptcy 8/04 but was denied by the court so withdrawn, hasn't operated as a business for a long time, revenue in 06 of $2,071, they have been sued a few times and can no longer make their old water heaters, they have been diluting the stock to pay bills by 35% 04-05,21% 05-06, 14% 06-07, now have 100,000,000 shares authorized with 24,704,992 outstanding, they use a third party to build their heaters but currently don't have one to build, total net loss of $12,527,800, outstanding legal fees of a couple hundred thousand. This is just a quick glance and it doesn't look good to me. Why are they buying so many shares??
This thing has been like a soap opera.
I will be looking into this further as I said. All his buying on the open market like that is very interesting. I've had you PM'd for a while now and find your posts to be straight forward with honest opinions. You tell it like it is and I think you will be honest about this stock as well. I'll keep you posted.
The insider buying is definetly what caught my attention... The business they are in is definetly growing here in the US so I like that as well...
Buying shares on the open market like he is, has to be an indication of something...
This board sure has been quiet for a long time. Your mention of insider buying drew my attention over here so I took a brief look. The director, Ted Marek has been buying shares all year long--over 662,000 slowly accumulating every month and now owns almost 1,000,000 shares. He must be the same Ted Marek in the real estate business in Scottsdale. There is a lot of competition in this type business by some big companies that have been around a long time, but this deserves further looking into. Hope you can stir up some interest and get this board moving again. Will be doing some research myself to see about starting a small position here to get started if it looks OK, but all that insider buying sure looks good.
Alright I couldn't handle it anymore all this damn insider buying has to be being done fopr a reason...
I'm in at .22!

And its only going to get better once the UL seal is approved. With such a low market cap, this will be over a buck in a hurry.
Arizona-Based SKYE International Takes Final Step toward Production
Skye Submits Its FORTIS™ Tankless Water Heater Products to UL for Certification
SKYE International, Inc. (OTCBB:SKYY) announced today that it has taken a major step towards commercial production of its highly anticipated FORTIS™ line of multi-patented, tankless electric water heaters by submitting several of its FORTIS™ units to Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) for review and certification. After three years of development, Skye recently completed the final engineering and testing of its proprietary FORTIS™ tankless water heater products and obtaining UL certification is the last step to pave the way for commercialization. UL is an independent public safety standards and compliance testing facility whose product safety certification is recognized and trusted by consumers and regulatory agencies worldwide. The UL certification process is expected to be completed in 5 - 6 weeks.
The introduction of the FORTIS™ line of tankless electric water heaters will allow FORTIS™ owners to experience the freedom of virtually endless hot water and the energy savings that result from the ultra-efficient appliance. SKYE President Perry Logan stated, “We believe the FORTIS™ product line will set a new industry benchmark and we are excited that it will soon be available to consumers worldwide. From the high-end stainless steel finish and uncompromising component quality, to its industry leading performance, we believe the FORTIS™ has brand features that discerning home buyers will recognize and prefer when choosing a whole house water heater. With over 10 million water heaters replaced or installed in new homes every year in the US, we are confident that Skye's FORTIS™ tankless water heaters can secure a respected place in the industry.”
Tankless electric water heaters (a fraction of the size of traditional holding-tank style water heaters) have long been popular in Europe and Asia and the demand in the North American market has recently been increasing substantially because of consumer awareness of the obvious technological advantages of tankless water heaters; hot water that is continuously available and on demand (as compared to traditional water heaters which exhaust their hot water supply), significant economic advantages (water is only heated as needed) and obvious health benefits (no stagnant water storage). In addition, consumer trends now show a marked demand for state-of-the-art, high-quality and brand preference when selecting home appliances like refrigerators, ovens and plumbing fixtures. Even water heaters are gaining consumer brand recognition and SKYE aims to be the premium brand of choice for the benefit-aware consumer who is looking for what is best for their home and ready to shift from old technology to a better, advanced and more efficient water heating process.
In February 2006, Skye entered into a nonexclusive manufacturing agreement with Jabil Circuit, Inc. (NYSE:JBL) for the production of FORTIS™ tankless water heaters. Jabil, one of the world's largest international contract product manufacturers, is contracted to build Skye's initial FORTIS™ units at its Tempe, Arizona, facility.
hey!! not a bad idea!! LOL. insiders still loading here???
Wow maybe I should ask if it is halted every day
this thing halted or what? Not trades for couple of trading days?
Thank you :) I can try .
Rooterjack,
Could you insert a candle chart with the OBV and RSI as indicators? Matt has some informational posts that explain how to do it.
If you need help doing it let me know. I am the moderator for CYCR and am getting ready to redo that chart as well.
With all these insider purchases, this is going to sprout wings very soon. Best of Luck
