The notice I got from them in July (along with that list) said this...

"Ahead of the regulatory enforcement date, we will only accept orders to liquidate positions (i.e. no new buy orders) starting August 13, 2021. After the amendment officially goes into effect on September 28, 2021, it may be more difficult to liquidate these securities. Quoting and market liquidity may also be very limited."

This is where I got the Aug 13th date from. I knew that date was significant somehow LOL! If they just get themselves together we wouldn't have to worry about it at all.

Started Aug 13th I think it was with Ameritrade...closing positions only for unlisted. Not sure if they've changed it or not.
