I agree, the filings were a good sign and something is coming. I doubt he would sell the shell, Tabetando has a Co waiting to merge into this shell. IMO.

I’d like to hear from Tabetando. Not sure if him and Quereshi will use $SIPN for themselves, or sell to another company. Either way it’s nice to see filings. Won’t take much with this share structure.
