My latest thoughts. After doing as much research as I could and looking at my crystal ball and reading the tea leaves without having inside information like the 3 million share buy a week or so ago. I believe that the owners of this company are going to pivot and sell the shell in a spac-like manner like they are doing with RBSY which just ran from 1.5 cents to 9 cents in the last couple months. They are probably looking at somewhere between 10 and 25 cents per share in that type of a transaction with upside if they sell to a decent business. This is only my opinion and I'm not affiliated with the company in any way but that's the only logical reasoning after a year and a half of no communication and watching what they are doing with RBSY and SGDH and CGRW behind the scenes. I still think that 2 cents to 10 or 20 cents is an acceptable run. I also think that it happens fairly quickly after they do the learning curve with RBSY. Just my 2 cents.

Yep, they have a plan even if they don’t communicate it to us but only a few insiders. Like the person who bought 60k of stock Friday. Unfortunately, we have to piece it together and have patience but it all feels close and I’ve been able to get a million more shares of cheap stock at 2 cents in the last month. I was getting ready to put in a 5 million share buy order at a penny but that’s probably a dream now. Soon, a 57.7 million LOCKED float will matter. Until then we wait.

Interest is due at the time of maturity of the note. The note can be converted into common stock upon the note holder’s option.
