They brought in millions of buying around 4 with some promotions to take out weak sellers and now they are scaring and shaking out the new buyers here. Another oddity, on the day that someone sold a million shares with a market order that drove SGDH to 2 cents. Someone bought a million shares of RBSY at 1 1/2 to 2 right after. A couple days later the same thing happened again except they pushed RBSY to 3.

I rounded. Roughly 600k at .005 equals 120 million shares or 51% when added to current position. We’ll find out 3 months after the fact after the stock has already taken a big run to 10+ cents. How it works. You have to project future possibilities now before they happen. MJ is going to get legalized. It’s going to happen. Hicks has been playing the long game here for only one reason. Too make money. He will make money. Guaranteed. He’s looking for dollars according to previous posts by people in the know like Silky. Hicks agreed to clean up and forgive the interest on all of the debt last year in exchange for 12 million shares of conversion basically. Management has always had a master plan And that’s to make themselves a lot of money. I plan to tag along believing that they might just make me a lot of money too. That’s why I own a ton and I’m buying more right now at this price point. We shall see.

Going through the Debt Securities, Including Promissory and Convertible Notes, looks like only $100,000 left to convert..... Most of which has matured per the dates. Interest has been WAIVED. Good point by King, by Hicks keeping the price down at $.02, he could covert $10,000 @ 25% of the lowest trades price of the last 20 days ROUGHLY $.02 ($.02 X .25 = $.005) = $10,000 / .005 = 2,000,000 worth of SHARES converted............ A House subcommittee on Thursday approved a large-scale funding bill that includes provisions protecting banks from being punished for working with marijuana businesses and allowing Washington, D.C. to legalize cannabis sales.

Both measures are attached to a bill to fund various federal agencies for Fiscal Year 2022 that was approved by the House Appropriations Financial Services and General Government (FSGG) Subcommittee in a voice vote. The full House Appropriations Committee is scheduled to take up the legislation on Tuesday.

Everyone is either depressed, mad or has sold because the lack of news and updates. It's a penny stock people not a fortune 500 company. There is no transparency. You'll find out what's up when this thing is at 10-12 cents not before. People call these stocks the OTC sewer for a reason. I think that we are finally getting close to something happening as I believe that there will be fireworks when MJ is legalized federally. If not then I will lose my very large bet and move on. I believe that the risk/reward is good here because it has incredible support in the low 2's. Yes the level two is good because I started buying hundreds of thousands more again and am currently on the bid for hundreds of thousands of shares.
I think that they are shaking people out and buying up shares. They have been manipulating this thing for months now. There are too many signs that they care about the stock and have plans for it in the future. Maybe Hicks drove it down to 2 cents so that he can exercise all of his loans into shares at 1/2 a cent so he can control the company and issue 120 million shares to himself before he runs it and tells us what's up. That's what he should do if he wants 51% before he executes his plan. I don't frankly know. I just betting that we will eventually go much much higher. Just my 2 cents.
