It's quite evident that they don't follow this board as there are never any replies from them. So I must ask; what is the point? The "ONLY" thing that matters in the sub penny world is "PROFIT" and no amount of negativity will bring this ticker any profit. The only thing that helps is to point out any positive side of the Co., the product or even chart movement/PPS. Try it, it works. The main reason most "keep it real" is to steal cheap shares from weak hands and we all know it. Be a stand up human being and just BTD. Karma "ALWAYS" comes full circle. JMHO

"Keeping it real" again PP. LOL JMHO but I have a question for the "keeping it real" crowd. Because there is one on almost every board. This is the bottom of the barrel OTC world of sub penny tickers. Here they can come out of the greys like p/g/p/m and start to run for no known reason and start to trade again after 4 years of silence. Many of these tickers run on nothing more than hype and a whale pushing them. Now you get a legit co. doing a real business especially in the MJ sector that might go US wide legal soon and the ticker starts to finally move up and there is always 1 person that wants to point out "reality". Here is my reality,,,"PROFIT",,, and I don't care if it's a BS sub penny or amazon. Profit in the bank is ALL that matters in the end. So why not speak about any possible positive side of the ticker and watch "YOUR" profits go up instead of shooting yourself in the foot with negativity and holding back potential buyers from coming in and moving the PPS "UP"? I really do not understand the downside of it. So I must ask: what is more important to you, "keeping it real" or putting profits in the bank? JMHO and GLTA

The value of SGDH, imho, is in the fact that the Janovec family is tied to SGDH and CGRW. Oh, and RBSY too. They have a plan. Patience pays. It will come together at some point.

The last PR was in June which really isn't that long ago. But there's a lot of people here who have endured the ups and downs of the industry and specifically SGDH since 2018 (or before), so their frustration is understandable.

The value here is still tremendous: with SGDH finding buildings and land and managing it from inception to issuance or occupancy, and with CGRW managing the flower, and RBSY involved in POS systems and KIOSKs. There's a lot to be excited about.

I think the long term potential is real and will come together at some point. Especially with state and federal legislation changes coming to fruition for the industry and it's banking. Money.


Disclaimer: I hold CGRW now but will get back in SGDH at some point. I was holder for a long time and sold my position after the summer. Sucks I missed the recent pop on SGDH.

why would we here from Hicks? As I recall from what seems like a couple of years ago we leased a property for the new store. Then we subleased it to C1B True Organics. Hicks name has just come out as the owner of the building not sgdh. I don't think we as shareholders own anything of real value. I hope I am wrong.

Heck everything in the OTC is running right now and MJ is getting much press about getting legal. Silky stepped in awhile back and hinted about a possible buy out and if Dr. J. has moved on my question is why and who took his place or has it already changed hands and new group grabbing cheap shares before any PR.
