That perspective could easily apply to 99.9% of otc stocks.

The management team has been quiet since June which really isn't that long ago, but has filings and is current. To me this means they are working to move the company forward. For all I know, this may be a custodianship play at the end of the day. Regardless, the share structure is solid, abolsutley no dilution, and the industry is ripe for banking and eventual legalization.

With the recent accumulation surge, something is going on. Janovec has SGDH, CGRW and RBSY. I don't think he is doing this for nothing. And I do have shares in all 3.

A bullish divergence forms when price moves to new lows, but the Accumulation Distribution Line does not confirm these lows and moves higher. A rising Accumulation Distribution Line shows, well, accumulation. Think of this as basically stealth buying pressure.

Other than MMs continue shorting. I would like to thank them for the cheapies on deck. Stacking since last week. As others have said, accumulation looks stoked as does the few-month consolidation. When they stop holding it down, should be a tasty wave. I already got a nice buzz. Yee!

Bottom line is that this is a great opportunity to accumulate size before the run. The new Twitter people wouldn’t waste their time and energy unless the odds were high in their favor. Risk/reward and finally timing are all lined up for this trade here. This is where you get in. Smart people obviously know this. Geez. I think that I just talked myself into buying more. We’ll see what kind of action we have tomorrow.

Good question. To firm up the bid but not move the ask on 3 million shares means they were taking someone out. Either hicks is selling here, which doesn’t seem likely because he wouldn’t waste his time and money over a 1 to 4 cent move or he’s taking someone else out before the big move. Which is smart.
They pushed this from 2 to 5 cents but got pissed and locked it down when I pushed it through 5 cents. It’s like they want it around 4 cents to get rid of somebody before the upcoming run. If you take out all the weak hands in a measly 57.7 million float then this will run big time when they push the accelerator. The chart looks really good so my vote is that the next stop is 10-12 cents when they are done. Sure feels like we are close to something happening. Let’s see what happens over the next week. Just my 2 cents.

Schumer Says Federal Marijuana Legalization Bill Will Hit Senate Floor ‘Soon’

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) says a bill to federally legalize marijuana that he’s planning to introduce will be brought to the floor of his chamber “soon.”

During a press conference on Sunday, Schumer talked about how “a large majority” of the Democratic caucus wants to end prohibition, and it’s also getting support from “some places you wouldn’t expect” such as the “libertarian right.” He also noted that voters in conservative states such as South Dakota approved legalization initiatives last year.

“I am going to put this bill on the floor soon. It hasn’t been introduced yet,” the majority leader said, adding that he’s been working with Senate Finance Committee Chairman Ron Wyden (D-OR) and Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) to draft the reform measure. “Once it is introduced, it will go on the floor.”

Hey man! I never did but am thinking about it. I played this stock like a total pleb, lost patience and sold my position last summer -- I was totally frustrated and completely lost every ounce of patience. My bad for sure.

And of course, after selling, I now love how this has been trading over the last couple months, quite differently from pervious pops. All in all, I learned a lot and will jump in sooner than later.


The accumulation is impressive as is the consolidation, wish I still had my honey pot of shares.

With much respect, this is how I understand it:

The public float equals the total number of unrestricted shares NOT HELD DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY by an officer etc.

Unrestricted shares can be held by officers, directors, 10% control persons, and affiliates. The number remaining after such allotments (of unrestricted shares) would be the float.

Perhaps this is an incorrect take and my apologies if so.

Subtract The Restricted Shares 65,811,328 From The Outstanding Shares 141,883,518 = 76,072,190 This Is The True Float Is Why The Float Has Not Been Updated . Why They Wont ???

I have definitely seen the accumulation BONERS, but till we get something to put eyes on this. Frustrating for sure. Can't dig up anything on the internet either. I was on Linkedin last night trying to get in touch with J R Hicks, Delmar, and Crouch. Crouch is the only one with an active Linkedin profile. I friended him. I'll let you know if I get anything.
