Oh I fully agree this does nothing to help SFLM, and I still wish Chad to have frequent & incurable diarrhea until he makes good on his 2022 statements to shareholders.

I would like to see a rewrite of sec rules that says all trades need to show the actual name of the person/entity making that sell or buy request. That would be the ultimate in transparency and give an answer to who places a trade for 10k shares in a stock trading at .0002?

The total buy and sell order amount should also be in that detail. It won't happen though because then we'll see our own brokerages often trade against us. Wall Street is that corrupt

OTC markets updated today. No change. If it's on some sort of auto update regimen it sure seems peculiar as it was last updated 9/9.

Based on how people and big names in the OTC ihub family flocked here last fall for the anticipated 10q, Im hoping we attract that same energy when The Chad is ready to energize this symbol with some real meat and potatoes

Yes im holding bags in several. As soon as i can unload im done with the otc.
I think once or twice a year for a month or two now mm’s unload their inventory and the rest of the time will be flat going forward.

That 2020/2021 run certainly was massive indeed. It seemed every stock I looked at was primed for a run with the 50 mda getting ready to cross the 200 to the upside. Every penny stock I owned late 2020 ran.

I still say the OTC venue is where the CIA makes its black budget revenue. It was proven in the past.

Sec rules took effect after the massive market rally of 2020/2021 yes we have had some decent runners but not en masse like in the old days of otc

When did the new rules begin? SPZI had an excellent run in late 2023 into 2024. That stocks SS is similar to ours and the chart pattern prior to their run is looking like SFLM is setting up now. Just a hopeful observation but it shows big runs are still possible. Glta.

Stop. The dilution appears to have paid off old debt and wasn't some slime bags enriching themselves at shareholder expense. There was some positive value derived from that dilution imo . We will find out if that's so when The Chad decides to awaken his purchase from late 2022 and end the silence. Plus the SS isn't that bad. Im hoping for a run similar to SPZI ( 2-3 year chart) as that stocks chart imo could be how this stock plays out or better, if the business plan is solid. It's all a gamble but one I'm invested in and even bought 7+ million more shares at 0002 recently. This is all my opinion just as what you say is yours. Glta

I agree. That's what I look for. But this diluted so many shares and also did 4 reverse splits in the past. Its history shows that the odds are against shareholders. It's a chance not worth taking. It will fall to zero bid and reverse split again. Another ticker/name Change. It used to be SKDI. "Top traders" lost it all lolol

maybe just another pump and dump.... I looked at https://www.loyalcompanies.com/ and it doesnt seem too great of a website and some of the companies in the "portfolio" are very suspicious.

If SFLM is a real company though and it does run, it will run hard (imo). Ill be watching!

Many of us are buried here and there's no excuse for the silence the new owner has exhibited. I'm not going to encourage anybody to buy this stock but it hasnt had a significant run since the Chad bought this. I don't see what value there would be in not energizing this stock in the future with the business models inferred at the time of the sale to the Chad in November 2022. All just my opinion. We could lose everything or have a ticket to paradise as the OTC can be.
