I then posted my beef on linkdon to which he replied " Quote HE said I had confused him with someone else that he knew NOTHING ABOUT ANYTHING I WAS SPEAKING OF!! I HAVE the screen shot of the entire conversation but I do not know how to.post it! It's clear chad is not honest and was angry I posted my beef on linden. If he simply abandoned the company over a year ago, he should have informed otcmarkets.com then - or at the very latest when he was contacted by them recently warning him of the start of the Grace Period.

If he didn't want to continue with the plan stated in the last PR and Annual Report for 2023, he should have informed shareholders and he could have sold the shell to another company that wanted to go public for which the going advertised rate is in the $250K > $500K range but it would appear he couldn't be bothered to do that either.

Something else, why would this poster ss0722 come out and say McKay dismissed himself from sflm at this stage in the game, especially if he supposedly knew this about McKay long before this latest twist. There's people posting here with an agenda to sow discontent beyond what is already warranted. Who is this guy and what's his affiliation with McKay and Loyalty Companies? We cannot allow ourselves to be taken advantage of. We must set a precedent in getting justice against these hustlers who use the OTC to commit deliberately misleading statements to lure in investors fully well knowing there was never any intent from day one to follow through.

Who's the most knowledgeable here of the timeline of events? That person should call McKay. I'm not afraid to call but I'm not sure I'd ask the right questions? We need a status update here but even the Sec seems useless in trying to find out anything. If McKay is out of the picture why is he still listed on OTC markets and why hasn't he informed us who is leading this company? The last thing I recall him posting was he will move on this stock when the time is right and I think he used the term vertical in that comment. In fact I may have posted it.

This is indeed McKay # and he answers only to be agitated, but he claims that he put out a press release over a year ago advising that he was no longer involved here. The only release that I remember was advising getting funding was going to be difficult, BUT he did not explicidly express that he was exiting. Crickets as we all know for a long time. But in McKay's mind, he has been done with this for a long time. For so many to be still hanging around hating on McKay, seems clear to me he was not clear about his exit. He lefymt hanging and burned a lot of us.
