$SEFE - Wind farms take up the entire countryside and blot out the landscape. Wouldn’t that be true of balloons in the sky?
In a word, no. To maximize electricity collection, the SEFE system hoists the airborne device hundreds of feet into the atmosphere, well out of typical line of sight. Also, since each unit can generate an abundance of electricity, there are less units needed in collaboration with each other. So, fewer units dot the landscape. By contrast, solar or wind systems need a significant amount of space; hence, these “farms” take up real estate in the production of electricity. Instead, we harvest electricity, right from the source.

Abbreviated Company Profile
SEFE, Inc. is focused on developing and deploying a promising solution to our world's energy problems. It is now more obvious than ever before that fossil fuels are increasingly more difficult to find and harvest. It is also well known by now that alternative energy, such as solar, wind and nuclear, has its own list of unsolvable issues. SEFE's unique technology, in comparison, harvests unadulterated, carbon-free, always-on and problem-free energy from a never ending source.
The company calls it True Energy because it's not an alternative to anything and it certainly isn't petroleum based. SEFE's solution works by capturing and converting naturally occurring static electricity in the atmosphere into a constant, abundant and decidedly green source of renewable energy. The patented technology has been designed to be robust, easy to implement and user-configurable from the start so that these systems can be deployed anywhere and generate current usable by any localized source.
Key Investment Highlights
• Offers an All-New, Problem-Free Worldwide Energy Solution
• Solid Business Model with Strategic International Partnerships Underway
• Projected Costs of Generating Electricity Supersede All Current Sources of Energy
• Fully Scalable Solution Suitable for Virtually Endless Applications

$SEFE almost 1mil vol in the first half hr of trading!!
SEFE in 2010 tested a second-generation prototype to both confirm the findings of research conducted with the first prototype, and test new technologies. The company also significantly expanded its skills and knowledge base through the hiring of additional staff with expertise in engineering and regulatory compliance.

How is SEFE’s system proprietary?
SEFE has patents pending for four aspects of its system, making it first mover and industry leader, right out of the gate. They are:
S/N 12/218,297 Atmospheric Electrical Generator
A mechanism to tap an electrical source which uses an aircraft (preferably a lighter than air balloon) tethered by a conductive line. The conductive line is extended/withdrawn by a winch motor to adjust the altitude of the aircraft. The conductive line is isolated from the ground and an electrical conductor is connected to the conductive line and to an electrical load. In this manner, static electricity generated in the atmosphere is gathered for use. This Application was filed with the USPTO on July 14, 2008.
S/N 12/231,663 Dynamic Electrical Converter System
A dynamic electrical converter system configured to receive a variable voltage input which is then converted to a proper electrical configuration for a load. The converter assembly utilized multiple converters, each of which is configured to accept a unique range of voltages and from these voltages creating the desired electrical output configuration. A monitor checks the incoming voltage and by controlling switches going to each of the converters, selectively closes the circuit to the appropriate converter; thereby, routing the incoming voltage to the converter capable of addressing the incoming voltage. This Application was filed with the USPTO on September 4, 2008.
S/N 12/321,306 Atmospheric Static Electricity Collector
An antenna for the collection of atmospheric static electricity in which an electrically conductive hub is suspended from a balloon or blimp via a tether. The hub is either solid or uses a spoke/arm arrangement. A number of rods extend from the hub enhance the collection of atmospheric static electricity. The collected atmospheric electricity is conducted from the rods to an electrical connection where the electricity is conducted to earth via a conductive line. This Application was filed with the USPTO on January 16, 2009.
S/N 12/460,555 Atmospheric Electrical Generator with Change of State
A mechanism to tap an electrical source which uses an aircraft (10) (preferably a lighter than air balloon) tethered by a conductive line (12). The conductive line (12) is extended/withdrawn by a winch motor (13, 14) to adjust the altitude of the aircraft (10). The conductive line (12) is isolated from the ground (17) and an electrical conductor (6) is connected to the conductive line and to an electrical load (5). In this manner, static electricity generated in the atmosphere is gathered for use. This Application was filed with the USPTO on July 21, 2009.
$SEFE very bullish indeed!
SEFE in 2009, the team developed a prototype to field test the functionality of capturing and converting energy from the atmosphere. During this testing phase, the team found that atmospheric electricity holds relatively constant, with no great fluctuations. This finding accelerated testing, in that the team could now be assured that the unlimited and continual supply of electricity warranted further exploration. To this end, patents were filed for an Atmospheric Static Electricity Generator and an Atmospheric Electrical Generator with Change of State.

SEFE trading in its channel/ next news will pop the 1.60 area
SEFE In 2008, SEFE began research into the possibility of capturing pervasive electricity from the atmosphere into a usable commercial form. The company filed a patent application for an Atmospheric Electrical Generator, with the patent awarded as #7,855,476. During that time period, a patent application was also filed for a Dynamic Electrical Converter System, which would be the conduit between the static electricity and energy storage.
That's the plan with $SEFE, get the information out there, investors like ourselves have more to gain sharing our DD.
$SEFE each dip this week has resulted in a surge back green shortly thereafter!
$SEFE so close to that $1.60 break! Then we rock and roll imo!!

SEFE Signs $2 Million Financing Term Sheet
Date : 04/18/2012 @ 2:00PM
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=52055626
SEFE, Inc. (OTCBB: SEFE.OB) (“SEFE”) (“The Company”) announced that it has signed a term sheet for $2 million in financing through a nonconvertible preferred debenture. The new funding is expected to help the Company continue to make strides toward research, development and commercializing its Harmony III units, while also protecting the intellectual property developed over the past four years.
A debt structure was chosen rather than equity financing in order to preserve shareholder value and avoid dilution. The term is five years and the 8 percent coupon will be paid semiannually. Completion of the funding is subject to customary closing documents.
"I am very pleased that our financial partner, Riverbend, LLC, was able to recognize that our technology and patents represent significant value," said SEFE CEO Don Johnston, noting that it is the company's intent, at some point in the future, to do an additional round of permanent financing to take out this round.
