It was disclosed awhile ago. No secret. And insiders continued to purchase after. So clearly is there is something happening behind the scenes. I project they are about to announce massive news in October/November and use shelf as hopefully the last round of funding to get them to be profitable in q1 as they stated. You are completely binary with your comments and trades which is fine. Some look past the surface.

when the Japanese finally head to the land fill its something like 96 percent of the waste stream is back in the cycle of utility.. RBT is tyhe right company in dire times. our land fills are filled..they will have a long term relationship with pltr and in their own right grow exponentially..IMHO

I think the market is just confused on the actual plan. Lots of mixed messages between cancellations of offering, giving shares for debt, insider (unknown representative) purchasing big quantities, then the shelf offering, and then another insider buy. All within 45 days. Doesn’t make for a strong conviction play, but I am curious and still holding due to my curiosity. Just don’t kill this cat RBT!

Makes no sense to why.
1. They claim path to profitability Q423.
2. They converted debt for shares.
3. They on track to be delisted from NASDAQ if they can’t maintain share price.
4. They announce cancellation of debt offering.

If they actually sell the shares it won’t make sense. But if it’s a just a power play to increase AS to prevent a take over.

Whomever Enrich Jose Miguel represents has been aggressively buying up shares. Maybe there is a more to this then we know. If this was a bad thing, why are insiders still holding?

Insiders still holding as well as institutions. So are they teeing it up to take it private again once they become more profitable? They have been in business for a long time. And once the AI is programmed to accelerate on boarding new accounts, the need for hundreds of staff goes out the window along with other costs.

the more i think about it the more i feel the conversion is bullish.. who approached who .. who wanted the conversion.. considering how pregnant this is with news maybe the creditors got just what they wanted.. we are going over a dollar easily.. i believe but not without a smidgen fear

let's say u don't make a decision like this (re: last pr) when ur stock is under a dollar for awhile, there is no update on business progress and we do know they luv bonuses, just not for the shareholder, it's a decision i made after puttin' pieces of the puzzle together, maybe someone can really tell me how much the as, the restricted and unrestricted on the os is, and the current float, not that it interests me, maybe for the holders after the rs (if they don't wake up), have a nice long weekend, fyi ANT

That's where I'm lost. Did you see something in a recent filing showing the bonuses going out? "Note after note"....I only saw 1. So is it the pain of falling day after day is finally getting to you just now or did you find out something new you didn't know? I'm not seeing anything surprising but maybe I overlooked something.
