rbt will not get a pr like that without which they are proerly capitalized. this will not r/s.. the negatives are really positives if they execute. they will not be taken seriously if they cant get the job done because they have no acess to the cash..ive been wrong before but smarter people than me hold a ton of this
I hear ya....
Makes no sense to why.
1. They claim path to profitability Q423.
2. They converted debt for shares.
3. They on track to be delisted from NASDAQ if they can’t maintain share price.
4. They announce cancellation of debt offering.
If they actually sell the shares it won’t make sense. But if it’s a just a power play to increase AS to prevent a take over.
Whomever Enrich Jose Miguel represents has been aggressively buying up shares. Maybe there is a more to this then we know. If this was a bad thing, why are insiders still holding?
This one's fairly clear....shelf offering...sneaky bastards.
geez those sec filings might as well be written in arabic...i cant make heads or tails of it.. but pltr owns 11 million shares and im riding profitability is right there..glta
Insiders still holding as well as institutions. So are they teeing it up to take it private again once they become more profitable? They have been in business for a long time. And once the AI is programmed to accelerate on boarding new accounts, the need for hundreds of staff goes out the window along with other costs.
the more i think about it the more i feel the conversion is bullish.. who approached who .. who wanted the conversion.. considering how pregnant this is with news maybe the creditors got just what they wanted.. we are going over a dollar easily.. i believe but not without a smidgen fear
I saw the conversion as well....seen much worse. The saving grace IMHO is their faith in being profitable next Q.
its not that much dilution and he must have some faith in the shares to accept that conversion..
holdin' but lookin' for an exit, no more interest here, fyi ANT
So did you bail or are you still holding?
wasn't it October, anyway i don't want to be in a rs or possible rs, even with an extension, what made me change my mind is this sentence in the last pr:
"that the remaining self-liquidating note from YA II PN, LTD. ("Yorkville") has been purchased by entities affiliated with the Company’s largest investors - Rodina Capital, and their partners, and fully converted into shares. More information can be found in the SEC filing linked here."
I’m familiar with staying over a $1 or they get delisted. What is the actual date that RBT has to get the price above $1 and how long does it have to close over $1?
let's say u don't make a decision like this (re: last pr) when ur stock is under a dollar for awhile, there is no update on business progress and we do know they luv bonuses, just not for the shareholder, it's a decision i made after puttin' pieces of the puzzle together, maybe someone can really tell me how much the as, the restricted and unrestricted on the os is, and the current float, not that it interests me, maybe for the holders after the rs (if they don't wake up), have a nice long weekend, fyi ANT
That's where I'm lost. Did you see something in a recent filing showing the bonuses going out? "Note after note"....I only saw 1. So is it the pain of falling day after day is finally getting to you just now or did you find out something new you didn't know? I'm not seeing anything surprising but maybe I overlooked something.
no consideration towards shareholders, note after note while givin' themselves bonuses, the market notices it too, so it has become a daytrade opportunity, i do believe a rs is already calculated in, do know that this is my opinion, fyi , this is my last post in this board, just lookin' for an opportunity to exit, ANT
Ant...you've been telling everyone "patience" and now you're flipping to "Bearish". What's changed for you?
as long as they stay under 1 dollar, it's a possibility, when, i don't know, but by the way they act towards their shareholders, it could be they already have found peace with it, the market is only there for THEIR goals and bonuses, even after a reverse split, they can continue doin' what they do now, imosho ANT
When would they have to do a R/S by?
won't add more shares, i mean, why would they care, maybe they already thought about a nxt round of bonuses for them eoy? And a 20/1 rs wouldn't hurt either, i'm gonna hold my shares and really want to know if i'm goin' to be right here. Eom and all imvho ANT
WQLFMAN JACK SAYS; YQU GOT MILKED YQU DEW Understand YQU Understand. Have Mercy Ahooooooo
support will be lost once below 0,50, oversold it has been for awhile, but that's imo ANT
And now below support....are we hitting "oversold" territory?
what i mean is: gettin' close to that 0,51 support, and tomorrow bein' Friday b4 a long weekend, short term though and hope i'm wrong, fyi ANT
What do you mean "could" get ugly? It's BEEN ugly...especially since the beginning of Aug being about $1.50 to now flirting with .50. If it gets ANY uglier we're royally screwed.
Flirtin' with 0,50, could get ugly short term, imosho ANT

I suspect a lot of new contracts are about to form as everyone is looking for ways to save money and reduce waste. With them focusing on automation/streamlining tasks, onboarding should take a fraction of the time (which was part of cost cutting initiative).
It's positive towards the future especially when ur income grows, isn't it? Fyi ANT
I hear ya on the earnings/prospects/targets....but this was dilution. Dilution does what dilution does....lowers the value of your ownership.
Sorry double post, ANT
volume doesn't indicate that, it's what they want u to believe perhaps, i'm goin' on earnings and prospects here, fyi ANT
Guess folks aren't liking the dilution from the Yorkville Note purchase...
