Someone really just sold 7 shares? LOL!
Well, they're profitable. Any updates for 2014? If they can rack up their sales then we can see shareholder value raising. But as I mentioned before, looks like a niche market. For gamers to cool their PC's and businesses who use a lot of CPU. I just don't see the growth potential.
Not a very big company at all. Only 3.4M for 2013. And on that 3.4M, only a net income of $13,705. Looks like they're paying themselves handsomely w/ salaries of $532,328.
Doesn't seem like they have stockholders best interest in mind.
Here is a link to the 2013 annual report:

The company was profitable with a net income of $13,705
Is this stock ever going to go anywhere?
Did someone really just sell 1 share?
Yep the high-rollers are back, lol.
Really... 35 shares!
Ha ha, they are mocking me now. It's ok, I can take a joke.
About time for an update here I think. How's that plant in China coming along? Maybe Mr. Rouchon will throw us a bone soon. The share price is the same as it was quite a while ago.
It's not our job to report. It's their job.
Anyone have anything new here to report?
The board has been very quiet, but the shares are holding up well...
Well, that is interesting. It seems they are offloading their legal risk over to Cooler Master, while still being able to produce and sell it at a profit, albeit with less of the upside.
This is very good news!
Nice.

Assetek sure sounds like a patent troll...
Here is a link to an article and some forum talk about it:
http://www.techpowerup.com/187493/swiftech-withdraws-h220-cpu-liquid-cooling-kit-from-us-market.html
I guess Asetek has some patent, so that is why Swiftech is not selling them in the US. Also, if you go their site they say something about not selling them in the US.
Another troubling thing is that they had some quality control issues with their H220
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835108183&Tpk=h220%20swiftech
How did you find out about the lawsuit?
Please elaborate.
Bet the story is far from over..
They stopped selling H22O in USA due to a lawsuit. How is everything going right?
They are definitely doing things right so far. Worth building a position.
Patience is needed, but they are doing everything right so far!
Just opened a position here. Thanks June & SB for your DD and sharing this one. Love the low float, high owner position, business, and revenue. Looking forward to the impact of the new facilities.
Maybe this is about to finally show the growth that was expected a while back. This Q had a very nice profit. If it included 6 weeks of shipment interruptions, then the next q could be huge. I hope so! There is one particular person that I would like to see make a million or more here. Come on Gabe, deliver the goods.
FROM the Q: "The current financial statements ending June 30, 2013 reflect an interruption in production and shipments extending over a period of 6 weeks during that period due to our move to the new production facility, which had an expected adverse impact on the gross revenues for the period."
Next quarter should bring waited for results of the new manufacturing facility
Looks like we should be expecting earnings shortly...
Nice. Would you mind sharing some of your DD? Thank you.
I really like what I see. It may take time for others to "get" it. No worries! :)
Good point. What did your DD tell you. Seems like the products do have positive reviews. Just wonder how much money they are making.
What you tell else? You didn't tell else anything.
Hear anything further on this, June?
Very true. I think we'll see some surprises in the coming quarters. Their products (at least most of them) are known and sold publicly, so one can get some idea what to expect with a little DD.
Maybe. Lol. But this thing hasn't moved in close to over a year. If this thing doesn't make a Big move by year's end then that's money that could be spent in other well performing stocks.
Sometimes you just put a good stock on the backburner and find yourself very pleasantly surprised in the future. I see RCHN that way.
There's practically no volume, so this thing hasn't been trading since Feb. 2013
Will they ever put out another PR?
Simple question. Is this bitch going anywhere?
From the Q:
Shipments to the distribution channels began on March 1st 2013 and sold out within day; production was interrupted on March 15 due to the scheduled move to our new manufacturing facility (see paragraph 7). It resumed beginning of May and will ramp up to reach our target capacity of 3 to 5,000 units per month by beginning of Q3.
RCHN..$0.298..Swiftech H220 Review: Ideal Liquid Cooling System on a Budget
The well-known manufacturer of professional liquid-cooling components came out with their idea of an affordable liquid-cooling solution. Let’s find out how good it turned out.
http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/coolers/display/swiftech-h220.html
RCHN..$0.298..newest entry in the Lok-Seal™ family of high-end fittings is a new type of Quick Disconnect Non-Spill fitting, called the QC-NS series, and based on a sliding-sleeve style hydraulic coupling design. The Flush Face mating valves design allows users to connect or disconnect a line with little or no coolant spillage. This new generation of couplings represents yet another breakthrough innovation in the world of quick-disconnect fittings for two reasons:
At similar flow-rate characteristics, they are substantially more compact than most types of couplings from competing brands, thus offering precious space savings in space-constrained applications.
A world's first innovation, Swiftech couplings can be completely disassembled. As a result, they can be configured with multiple types of end caps, thus offering considerable cost savings: there is no need to purchase multiple bodies with specific fittings for different applications: just unscrew the end cap of your QC-NS coupling and replace it with the type of fitting that you need for your new application.
