GREAT news here.
http://biz.yahoo.com/e/140923/robk8-k.html
Big tape action yesterday
Several 200k+ blocks passed under the bid offer
Could get really interesting
Don't know what's going on with the Gaming commission approval yet, but something has changed as of yesterday for the good or bad imo.
Oh ok, just saw the reference to 8k, have to lurk around and see if anything is up.
read that as well.
Take a look again. This time at the 10Q. The 8K information was filed 4/2, the agreement post 8K on 4/10 (noted in the 10Q) I believe is a different revelation. I can't paste the quote on my phone but Page6 sec.1 under Gulfport project on the 10Q. look at the last paragraph. I think that is separate from the 8k info. Yet no PR was made.....hmmm
just happen to stumble across this. I did read the 8-k and noted what you saw as well. not sure what to think as info is thin.
Some hint in the recent filing it looks like. Take a look, it was an agreement made in April with the lender, after the board denied the extension. ....,maybe they refile. I don't own any shares anymore and have been watching this board sit silent for a couple months. I looks like traffic might just come back this way. On watch. What do you think d?
So as of right now, ROBK does NOT have the financing lined up and the commission declined to give them a 20 day extension according to the 8-K.
" On December 30, 2013, Rotate Black MS, LLC. (“RBMS”), an affiliate of Rotate Black, Inc. (the “Company”) appeared before the Mississippi Gaming Commission (the “Commission”) seeking Approval to Proceed with the construction of its Gulfport casino resort. At that meeting, the Commission approved the application, thus allowing RBMS to move forward with the closing of its financing and begin construction.
Approval was granted on the condition that Rotate Black obtain the necessary project financing, complete its documentation of the financing and fund the local vendors by April 1, 2014.
The Company obtained the full financial commitment for the project, but needed additional time to complete the proper documentation necessary to close the financing. To that end, the Company and its financing partner submitted an application for a 20-day extension of its Approval to Proceed. The Commission notified the Company that the extension request would not be considered as presented.
The Company intends to move forward with the project and regain it approval to proceed as soon as practicable.
The Casino Resort will be located on one of the last remaining gaming eligible sites in Gulfport, MS and will offer unparalleled vehicle and pedestrian access. It will be directly adjacent to the newly renovated Jones Park with its upgraded marina, pavilions, green space and art and entertainment facilities. The site is located at the intersection of Highway 49 and US 90 and will offer direct access to I-10 via the Central Harrison County Connector Highway currently under construction by the State of Mississippi.
I completely agree LOAD up!
Hey where is everbody? That is certainly great news CC. After the big hit the other day this has lots up room to move north, good luck
NICE 8 K out today.....company has ALL the funding it needs...pressure on the gaming commission will move this forward...panic sellers created a HUGE buying opportunity.
CC
Exactly, also I've loaded $DHCC which is 22 miles away. The chart is up 14x since August. This is a niche industry which according to Gulf Hearld $1 billion is being pumped into the area.
ROBK's SEC filing obligations are extremely late. Why hasn't ROBK's management filed its financial filings as required?
Things look great here and I would expect this to be over $1+ in next 6 months. Big kicker will be opening a second casino.
Very disappointed that someone is on the ask here. This should be over .50 by now.

Rounded out my position to 75 K today. Like what I see.
Exactly Bob......Once we have that data, we can assemble a model and make some predictions.......ROBK.
I don't know the answer to that. It depends on the business model.
A new machine costs about $15K. The casino would be responsible for maintenance or would purchase a maintenance contract from the manufacturer.
In a lease arrangement, the manufacturer retains ownership of the machine for a percentage of the net cash flow - usually 20-25%. The manufacturer would then be responsible for maintenance.
GLTA
Bob
will these machines be purchased with cash? or leased???? would like to create a financial model here.
All of the new slot machines will be on display at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) next week in Las Vegas. The exhibit dates are October 2-4. It will be about 6 weeks before any videos are available from the show online.
Hopefully ROBK will be finding the machines that will attract the most play.
GLTA
Bob
Agreed and with the reasonable share structure here, once positive cash flow is achieved, we could see much higher prices. that's why I own over 75 K shares now, looking to round out at 100 K. GLTA
ROBK - A very busy casino will have a net cash flow of about $200.00 per day per machine. That seems low because it factors in jackpots.
$200.00 X 365 = $73,000 net cash flow for one slot machine for a year. 100 machines would be $7.3 million.
GLTA
Bob
If they get the casino rolling, the upside is excellent IMO. Cash flow from slot machines is a "guarantee"....so much so that Lenders will even lend against future cash flow because the "house' always wins. Even with a 2% ownership, cash flow could reach into the millions of dollars with little overhead.......let's see how or if the machines are financed. Then I can assemble a model. right now, the risk/reward appears excellent due to the potential market cap we are looking at there. Best wishes.
GSIman...or anyone, what sort of upside do you think this has once the casino comes on line? I know there are a number of different entities involved here and was wondering what sort of flow through to ROBK we might see...aka PPS targets? Much obliged!

building a position while things are quiet. up to 35 K shares, average of .185. LOVE the recent news. Need eyes on this one IMO.
What's going on here? Is there any real business here or is it continued "pie in the sky" promotion? Management has not been effective nor transparent...or so it was in the past. Any way, I've not yet read the board in full, but would certainly appreciate any thoughts from any one on top of this situation. Much obliged!
share structure is good also.
they appear to be financed....wondering if they need anymore toreally move this forward?
what is the size of the project they have right now?
Would like to hear more about this company.
