Good to see you are no longer badmouthing emus, although I doubt Ecclesiastes had emus in mind with that bible quote. For some reason you remind me of the old pasted up BILL POSTERS WILL BE PROSECUTED notices some joker had written in underneath Bill Posters Is Innocent.
I understand emu meat is considered to be something of a delicacy in Australia as well as is kangaroo meat, although some Australians object to the two noble animals featured on the Commonwealth Coat of Arms being treated as edibles.
Hemp oil, CBD - fools and their money are soon parted. Follow the money trail.
Good Sunday morning to you Oil! I have a confession (it is Sunday of course), I am going to back off dogpiling emus. I held a lengthy conversation with a farmer this weekend. We talked about cattle and various grains, etc. and he gave me a surprise regarding emus. He told me that they are extremely profitable. The red meat actually exceeds beef in pricing. I was shocked at what emu eggs are achieving. And of course there is the oil that I understand is a strong ingredient in many cosmetics. Outside of emus now being a TV commercial star, I asked, “If they are so profitable what happened to the market (back in the 80’s and 90’s)?” Here is where his answer parallels the cannabis industry, he said, “You will find it in the hype!” He continued by noting, “The consumer for emu products are loyal and will pay to dollar, but the market is small and confined.” He went on, “But remember, the hype promoted a very large and expanding market and drummed up a make-believe situation that fueled people leaving their jobs to farm gold from emus.” Based on speculation of demand exceeding supply, the industry went blind with the fact that there was an imaginary market and thus fueled the emu industry’s ultimate crash. Well, I asked, “How are emus profitable today?” The farmer’s answer was spot on, “The market just corrected back to serve the small but loyal demand.” The parallel with cannabis is shockingly similar! When all the hype falls away, and it is determined that there really isn’t any medical value in the product, then the market will correct back to the few loyal customers….on the other board. The Bible is correct, “There is nothing new under the sun!” This cycle has played itself out throughout history.
Let’s run with that! Maybe that will help $ales.
Could be that emus run faster with CBD in their diet. Just guessing but that's all it takes when considering its benefits.
Don’t forget emu oil!
21st century snake oil
Massive US-wide and European population studies were published in 2021 and 2022 which demonstrated what research had portended decades before – that cannabis used medicinally or recreationally is causal for cancers and birth defects.
The studies used new computer geo-spatial-temporal software with a methodology described in one of the world’s top scientific journals – Nature Scientific Reports. They found it causal in 33 cancer types, more than double the 14 of tobacco, and causal in 89 of 95 birth defect types tracked by the European Medicines Agency. These birth defects include non-deadly as well as potentially fatal birth defects such as cleft-lip palate and hole in the heart. In a pre-2020 universe, these findings would have led to medicinal cannabis products being immediately withdrawn from the market, but in an environment of cashed-up institutional investors, captured regulators, and media organisations that parrot their talking points and guard their priorities, there is a deafening silence where previously they would have fallen over themselves to sound the alarm.
From in vitro and animal studies, cannabis has been known for decades to severely damage human chromosomes (genotoxic), cause mutations (mutagenic), and cause birth defects (teratogenic), the effects all of which have now been verified in spades at the population level. Yet any cursory glance at medicinal cannabis advertising paints the picture of the substance as God’s herbal gift to mankind, with miracle cures promised for virtually any malady, making it the 21st century snake oil. Front and centre is the non-psychoactive and ostensibly benign Cannabidiol or CBD which the population studies have demonstrated to be more causal for cancer than any of the other cannabinoids, being causal in 12 cancer types. It is not exempt from birth defects where it is fortunately less implicated than some of the other cannabinoids.
This newly confirmed destruction only adds to the doubled chance of psychosis and schizophrenia, the substantially elevated rates of suicide, violence – including domestic violence – and even homicide, which Alex Berenson’s Tell Your Children documents so well. Add to that the cognitive disorders and a motivational syndrome afflicting our young people and there is no redeeming reason to defend cannabis.

Welcome to our rapid response deletion squad, pickle. It's all hands to the pump to keep our little family safe from having to read uncongenial posts that question the true gospel we believe in and could cause severe mental stress.
Pickle to the rescue!
LOLOLOL Lots of Lipstick being used on this pig... This company doesn't make anything, just a friggin CO-PaCKER for cheap brands that low rent people are stupid enough to buy...LOL...LOL Just a scam folks...
From the other board:
That's interesting. So CBD is actually Eastern medicine (maybe that should be "medicine") alongside the various other herbs and acupuncture. That would explain why its main benefit is said to be relaxation and reduced anxiety i.e. of the vague fuzzy-feeling kind that is hard to pin down, nothing too specific, just a nebulous "wellness". (But I still don't understand why the general public is being indiscriminately dosed with CBD per RMHB's beverages when they aren't particularly desirous of being so medicated and just want a good drink.)
The "blowout" is relative to the corresponding Quarter of 2022 and not the previous Quarter. But it is certainly a good improvement although operations are still in the red at $217,709.
Unfortunately we don't get a breakdown of the sales of the various arms Hempd, Great Choice, Eagle Spirit and CBD Life. It would be of interest to know for example to what extent CBD Life is doing the heavy lifting.
RMHB Q1 Blowout Sales Earnings-
Sales - net $ 2,466,714 vs $ 121,352 (2022)
Gross Profit 1,058,594 vs 86,292 (2022)

That's all well and good, clinical testing carried out by independent and reputable centres with findings that support what cancer sufferers have long thought to be so. Note that an equal balance of the active ingredients THC and CBD seemed to be the most effective for pain.
However, there is nothing in there that justifies the indiscriminate mass medication of the general public by putting CBD in soft drinks.

I am working at the moment on doing a profile of pickle 1.
So far I have a young male age 14-16, height 5'1"-5'4", weight 8-10 stone (an over-compensating lightweight), some Mexican ancestry (in view of his fascination with that country), IQ 85-95 (obviously not very bright), no friends in the real world (the internet is his only "friend"), poorly educated and inarticulate, unable to enter into normal adult discussions, untreated obsessive compulsive disorder (continual reposting of hack material of no consequence), hankers after being considered important (as shown by the inclusion of the gratuitous 1 in his screen name), possibly has a dog for company and something to feel superior to, general demeanour that of a sad sack who does not really belong, too young to be living yet in mom's basement but that is his likely future.
my life revolves around those posts. I can't live without them.
There's nothing in there about wanting to move to bigger premises for expansion. That is just romancing by the usual nitwits.
The Company subleases its production facility at 1000 Shiloh Rd, Suite 200, Plano, TX for $31,195 per month. The lease terminates on April 30, 2023. The Company leases warehouse space on a month-to-month basis from Legendz Way Distribution Solutions, Grand Prairie, Texas.
New Facility (Right-of-Use Operating Lease)
On March 28, 2023, Rocky Mountain Productions, Inc. (a subsidiary of the Company) entered into a lease agreement for a new facility at 3540 14th Street, Plano, Texas 75074. The company plans on moving into the new facility in May 2023 and will no longer use the 1000 Shiloh Road facility. The lease term is 7 years and base rent for this location is as set forth below. The Company will account for this new lease pursuant ASC 842, ”Leases”.
$50,691.38 per month for months 1 through 24, inclusively;
$52,465.58 per month for months 25 through 36, inclusively;
$54,301.87 per month for months 37 through 48, inclusively;
$56,202.44 per month for months 49 through 60, inclusively;
$58,169.52 per month for months 61 through 72, inclusively; and
$60,205.46 per month for months 73 through 84, inclusively
If I remember correctly it was pitched that additional space was needed to accommodate all the orders….my guess is the landlord wouldn’t take shares as rental payment.
pickle has been doing such a great job they have apparently promoted him to a guard dog rank with the power to delete anything he sees as a threat to the message board. It will fit nicely with his own important time-consuming work of monitoring FB and Instagram for videos of the Mexican drinks and ensuring they are promptly relayed to the board for the edification of the faithful.
Without pickle's valuable input we would know as little about what is happening in Mexico as we do in the U.S. The last we heard of activity here was the Plano canning plant lease expired on 30 April and they were looking for a new home for it.
Oil, you’re being kind’a rough on old pickle! Think how bad the SP would be if it wasn’t for such videos propping up the value! No no, I’m going give Pic his due on this one. This is some serious heavy lifting!!
From the other board:
What a useless waste of space this board is. Serious commentary on RMHB is banned while idiotic videos of drinks that cannot be sold in the U.S. are given pride of place.
From the other board:
Thanks for all your wonderful videos, pickle. It's due to them we know that RMHB (with a little help from CBD Life) is in great shape and well on the way to becoming a world class company.
I mean, who would want to wade through these boring numbers in the financials (below) when all it needs is to get in the mood of the strobe lighting, whizzbang explosions and rockets taking off of your videos, and to "create your own reality". The mods have taken responsibility for assessing the financials on everyones behalf and wisely decided that a party time circus-style presentation best suits the cerebrally challenged investors here. There is no need for financials to be dull and possibly cause distress where a fun-filled alternative approach is preferable.
Annual Report for the Period Ending: December 31, 2022 (Unaudited)
Sales - net $3,824,787
Cost of sales $2,869,810
Gross Profit/Loss $954,977
General and administrative expenses $6,144,684
Loss from operations ($5,189,707)
Total other expense - net ($4,393,977)
Net loss available to common stockholders ($9,583,684)
That is according to the supreme commander of the other board (where, incidentally, they are terrified at the 2022 results being posted and consider the pickle videos to supply all the information required to assess RMHB's performance).
“World class company.”

Here comes the t$unami!
A reasonably serious article on the supposed and claimed benefits of CBD:
https://www.forbes.com/health/body/cbd-oil-benefits/
A number of companies with commercial products are named and Rocky Mountain High Brands isn't one of them.
See the graph What kind(s) of CBD product(s) do you use? RMHB's CBD beverages might be within the insignificant 2% which is not surprising since anyone who wants to take it for a reputed health benefit would hardly want to buy a bulky can of largely irrelevant drink when there are more concentrated and direct forms available including gummies, capsules and tinctures. They are much more internet sales friendly as well.
From the other board:
The CBD band waggon rolls on.
"purported therapeutic abilities, from fighting inflammation to alleviating pain and anxiety"
"For me, the CBD gives a very pleasant experience. I feel very relaxed, and it was a nice way to enjoy a meal. It's not going to get you high. It's supposed to just be relaxing."
"The couple chose TayCo Farms, a family-owned business based in Texas that produces all-natural CBD, to create their CBD-infused menu items."
From the other board:
It's good to have pickle back again re-running his upbeat video links to Rocket High etc. while we wait patiently for the tsunami of revenue to arrive.
From the other board:
At a share price of $130 it would be a $11 billion market capitalized company. I vote marines takes over as CEO. We need his market savvy.

So "very favorable" and "received high marks" for its annual report being found by an outside accountant not to be erroneous/rorted and by the house lawyer RMHB is not a fraudulent empty shell. That is kind of as to be expected and hardly some praiseworthy achievement.
Bests to wear rubber boots around that farmyard.
The linked-to Cuttin' Edge is in the Beauty Shops business, so maybe their assignment with RMHB is to put lipstick on a pig.
emus, longhorns, eagles, ducks (vegasandre is still waiting for the ducks to line up), pigs, bulls & bears - we've got 'em all here.
From a private message to go-to IR guy Paul Knopick:
"Two really interesting things you seem unable to apply your unpaid IR job to are:
- what the hell is going on with Cuttin' Edge Beverages, Inc. who are claimed to be working for RMHB while that link I post clearly shows they are not
- the annual report said 96% of revenues are from customers in the United States. Are CBD Life sales incorporated in this percentage (which would be a fiddle since they don't sell the drinks in the USA) or are they the 4% which would be pretty abysmal."
Hmm, I think I get the connection. You can have miracle water while you get your hair cut to go along with your diluted shares. Geniu$!

It's all quite sad really. The 2022 annual report was a bummer and it has been ignored on the other board where the results are prohibited from being posted and discussed. There have been only a few mindless drone posts since and even the previously indefatigable pickle has finally given up. adirondickhi keeps helping save the Company by deleting every post of any real substance and there is some concern that he could develop repetitive strain injury of the wrist through its over exertion. Needless to say that would be calamitous since it would encourage the shorters to further excesses knowing he is unable to keep them at bay.
As of this writing today, RMHB has only traded $3.72 worth of stock. This is highly concerning. The only thing that RMHB has been successful at selling, is shares of stock. If they can't even do that anymore, whatever shall they do?
From the other board:
College students want the real deal THC. They are too smart to be fobbed off with its useless poor cousin CBD. The market for CBD is juveniles and the great unwashed who are conned by the slick advertising that it is somehow good for them.
From the other board:
Thanks for explaining that adirondickhi. It's very reassuring to know the loss from operations of $5,189,707 and the net loss of $9,583,684 have been determined to be 100% true and completely satisfactory according to SEC guidelines. Stockholders can breathe a sigh of relief now that the Outside Accountant, Crone Law Group and Message Board Chief Supervisor have each given their seal of approval.
From the other board:
Running scared of the 2022 results being widely known, eh ronnie? You haven't the guts to directly address them yourself. Pontificating learnedly about them being true and accurate is just a coward's cop out.
From the other board:
So if the 2022 financial report is true and accurate what possible objection can there be to the numbers in it being shown here? Why are they being suppressed by the mods?

CBD Life is not named at all in the Annual Report. Is the other 4% CBD Life's contribution? If so all the plugging of Rocket High that goes on here is pretty much wasted time and effort.
Someone posted a pic of a polluted pond somewhere in China and that meant China was urgently in need of vast amounts of Eagle Spirit spring water from Oklahoma. If I remember there was even talk of sending some of it by Jumbo jet. The push into China was going to be headed up by former footballer and movie actor Fred Dryer whose TV series Hunter was said to be an enormous hit there. The Chinese people were said to love Fred.
But my favorite from those times was the hemp drink CHILLO which was magnificent beyond description and the mere orange color of it used to make the faithful go weak the knees.
I was wondering, what ever happened to that magical, alkaline spring water that was going to change the world? You know the one...it was the one that RMHB was going to ship to china by the tanker full
From the other board:
There's a rumor going around that after finishing off an icecream cone Joe Biden follows it with a CBD drink and that is what keeps him young and puts the little skip in his step.
Hmmm, maybe that is the point!
