From the other board: the $heep appear to be placing their faith in the presumption that the only thing holding RMHB back (from being a world class company) is the passing of favorable legislation by a “dysfunctional” Congress to be signed into law by (of course failed to recognize a dysfunctional) President. The inability to judge accurately, by a few, what is functional and/or dysfunctional is corrected by the market…and valued accordingly.
From the other board:
Good news - CBD has been found not to harm rodents. This safety data will come as a relief to RMHB shareholders here. However, not so good is the rats and mice were not reported to appear any more relaxed.

Are we sure this isn’t a promotion video of the new digs in Plano?
You're welcome, I couldn't resist. I was looking to catch up on what's going on here and stumbled acrossed it. Does anyone know whatever happened to these drinks, I haven't seen or heard much.
Your narrative is spot on and quite fitting for the season. I haven't been keeping track of what's going on here but it's hard to believe that they are still in business.
It looks like a horror movie. An isolated abandoned building in the mountains, a Norman Bates-like character whispering and creeping around in the dark, racks of strange, suspicious looking cans containing who-knows-what spread around everywhere, a dead body in the pool, a damp and suffocating atmosphere, weird noises in the shadows and probably a storm howling outside ... This was where Hemp Energy Drink went to die.
Thanks KGW, all time classic from the video archives. Every time I see this video I keep anticipating Jerry Grasaffi stepping around the reception desk and offering guest an energy drink. Just like then, and now, no takers.
I know Pickle likes to run the video department over there but I went into the archive and found one from about 6 years ago they'd soon want to forget. When sales didn't go well for this company back in the day and they wanted to hide drinks so everyone thought sales were good, this is where they hid the drinks. LMAO!! WAIT TIL AROUND THE 2 MINUTE MARK!!!
From the other board:
Actually up 14.94% on Friday on very modest volume. Not a big deal, Paul. It's been bouncing around the 1 cent level like this for months. Things must be pretty slow in the IR business to try to beat that up as interesting.
Still waiting for the June quarter financials. I suspect there is no hurry to produce them because they will reflect lost production and the costs of moving to the new factory site (with the impressive entrance).
His IHub account was created on 1/27/18 so it's likely he is quite deep into the stock from the days Grisaffi was in full flight . Anyone hoping to make big money nowadays of the order of making their family financially secure might do well to look for better opportunities elsewhere.
The other board is looking to the re-scheduling of marijuana as being the big hope for RMHB but it's not entirely clear why as there would be no direct knock-on effect. Beyond that maybe more research into CBD that may show the hype is more than just market huckstering.
If CBD were ever to be proven to have positive health benefits then its consumption in a concentrated form would obviously be superior to the indiscriminate lacing of soft drinks with it. Like you say RMHB's future is forseeable as a routine co-packer with some proprietary drinks of their own HEMPd brand etc. as tag along sellers. A good energy drink might do well.
I also await with interest Pdbcm's pitch of why RMHB is a good and possibly even highly profitable investment for the future.
The deletions are pretty much down to the one stooge fanatic who is on a power trip with his deletion button. Even Paul has complained about all the unjustified deletions. I'm surprised the board Owner (presumably financially dependant to some degree on message volumes) permits the blatant abuse of its board in the wholesale deletion of posts that conform with its TOS.
From the other board:
"Pills made from cannabis compound (not named) could help treat tumours" is a long way from bunging CBD into soft drinks for consumption by the general public on the grounds it might be of some vague health benefit to them.
Well played! I gather that most on this board have followed the initial investment into the ground, as I have. I couldn’t understand why legitimate questions raised (on the other board) were met with the mod’s electing to delete (reasonable) inquiries and questions while allowing the “deleted” to be called from fellow posters “bashers” or “shorts”, and viewed as some sinister plan to profit by devaluing the stock. Of course to fill this void mindless videos were praised while the stocked cruised southward. The great attribute here is the market’s ability to see through the “smoke” while valuing accurately RMHB for what it is.
Actually, you are on the only board where you can have a real, honest conversation about RMHB. You won't get deleted. Here's my take, RMHB is a dramatically different company from the one Jerry G started a long time ago. RMHB is a co-packer now - an industry with significantly lower valuations and higher risk than the company Jerry ran. If you have owned RMHB stock for 5-6 years, then you have lost 90% of your value.
The company strategy of funding salaries by selling shares has diluted shareholder value.
What are some of the things that give you confidence in your investment?
If you have been a long investor in the Company for many years you must be quite disappointed at its performance over that time. Presumably you suffered considerably from the 1:20 reverse split of 2019 and the present 1c pps is hardly a cause for celebration.
A good deal of the comment here is simply reaction to the censorship and excesses of the other board.
It’s really a shame that there is no board that gives honest opinion on RMHB.
The other board allows only certain posts that seem to push an agenda (my last comment apparently didn’t push that agenda), and this board is devoted to bashing our company.
I have been a long investor in RMHB for many years now.
I love the products (have had many of them). And I love the potential that they have to bring my family financial security,
I have a great deal invested here and I can’t understand why you people spend so much time bashing my company.
If you don’t own any shares, move on. If you do own shares, why are you crapping on your own investment?
Be part of the solution, not the problem.
The poor fellow is rather confused and says he is seeing a shrink. He thinks he is RMHB's Investor Relations guy although he isn't being paid for it. He has a photo of the front door and doorbell he wants to show everyone to prove it.
It's hilarious that YLF thinks that there cannot possibly be more than one person that recognizes this scam for what it is!
From the other board:
I thank you also YLF and I agree it's disgraceful that Haytore should have the nerve to "dislike" any of your wisdom-filled posts. In any event the thumbs down box is not needed at all on this board where all are seen to be of the same undeviating mind due to the unflagging efforts of our tireless moderators.
From the other board:
I want to thank you as well Paul for the help you have been. I would never have known what a wonderful investment RMHB is if it had not been for your and adirondickhi's encouragement.
From the other board:
You should see a shrink about your paranoia, Paul. We need our IR message boy to be in good shape for keeping us in the picture while we are on the road to becoming a world class company.
Ha ha, very good.
It’s his site I am worried about!
One piece of good news today is pickle has popped in to tell us his hearing is okay.
From the other board:
No little birdie involved here, management is simply passing on to its message board stooge what appear to be favorable developments. Whether they can extract anything from the crafty Grisaffi remains to be seen.
Hmmm, rumoring that the court will be ruling against Grisaffi, and his ability to appeal, may be good for RMHB; but, that seems sooooo far in the rearview mirror. Any good news should help, but I think this is just a blip on the radar presently….trust me, I would welcome the market responding favorably to this new$!
Now that pickle has deserted his post it's up to adirondickhi to save the Company and guide it on the path to becoming World Class. Paul can also chip in as he has done already by pointing out the imposing Entrance and Doorbell.
Pickle Pickle, where are you?!! You are desperately needed to divert today’s slide in value of this world class company!!
From the other board:
"some favorable adjustments to the share structure as well"
I expect you mean share buy backs eh ronnie? I can understand you not wanting to spell it out after your embarrassingly misguided attempt at predicting buy backs last time ahead of the 1:20 reverse split.
In any case it's far too early to even hint at buy backs when they are by no means finished yet churning out new stock. There are only 855 million Outstanding at the moment and stacks of Authorized waiting in the wings.
From the other board:
The floodgates have already opened ronnie, O/S up from 95 million to 855 million with more to come. And that was after a 1:20 reverse split. World class dilution.
From the other board:
The guy who is rabbiting on about a dime might do well to keep in mind "Buddy can you spare a dime?" for when he loses his investment.
Glancing through earlier posts I thought this one was particularly interesting as you covered a lot of ground and are under no illusions as to the reptilian part played by the odious stooge adirondickhi.
Wow funny stuff..

It's amazing to see complete morons trying to post positive posts on RMHB that's been a dismal downward spiral since inception. The only thing that's been consistent is the company barely existing while continuing to pay employees & executive salaries. All these loser investors will likely die before anything profitable comes from RMHB except maybe they'll experience a surprise bankruptcy first. It's nice to know RMHB's primary existence is to keep paying executives salaries who clearly don't give a hoot about investors. How bout those long gone annual investor appreciation buffets. RMHB executives are only interested in paying their mortgages rather than acknowledge pilfering the public. It's been years & years of underperforming lacking financials, ignoring investors, not answering telephone calls while all along depositing checks into their own personal bank accounts without rewarding a single investor. Worst investment ever with the most incompetent irresponsible management ever in existence. These RMHB investor posts reflect the most apparent brain dead dum-shit losers l've ever witnessed in my life. What a JOKE big loosing dummies who are in complete denial of realty.”
the impressive entrance, doorbell, pot smoking, watch out Celsius, Plano #1 the best - I wonder what comes next? - maybe the return of pickle
Yeah Oil, if this is what is being reported on the other board as having some correlation with the office location, CDC beverages, and a world class company…then they really do need to get started infusing with THC…or just pass the bong.
From the other board:
Googling *Plano Texas ranked #1 best city in nation to live* shows its rankings to be all over the place depending on who is doing the ranking. Not that it has any bearing on RMHB's beverage business anyway.
From the other board:
You know how out of touch they are here when they favorably compare RMHB's dismal performance with Celsius's outstanding success as though it is only a matter of time before RMHB too achieves such stardom. What a bunch of dreamers. Mostly novices at investing who are being unscrupulously conned to believe the BS by a lying stooge who hasn't the financial acumen to run a schoolyard lemonade stall.
From the other board:
Exactly! The potheads here have lost the plot. They need to refocus on CBD and its magical healthful properties. Generalissimo Ronnie once said he thought THC was the big future for RMHB but he has now backtracked from that nonsense.
those are also obvious.. and there are probably a few more challenges as well. .
I kept it short and sweet ..
it isn't an easy road...but at least a few more steps have been taken forward.
Further to your post elsewhere
[The challenges are
-expanding the growth with unique products.
-the current stock exchange(which makes it difficult to buy for the majority)
-the share count (which will have to be eventually addressed prior to moving to a larger exchange)
- overall legislation - which I dont see really changing on a national scale for years- but sure anything could happen but there would be challenges and supreme court and yada yada...
I think it's best to go full stream ahead right now in the "legal states".]
You left out some other big challenges:
- whether joe public buys the unproven CBD-is-good-for-you story or is not impressed
- anyone who believes CBD is any good would be more likely to buy it in a more concentrated form than unnecessarily consume gallons of drinks to obtain it
-RMHB is not alone in the field with particularly "unique" product but there are competitors also trying to work the CBD game
How much debt does this company still owe out?
Okay, I had forgotten that.
Production over the next couple of Quarters could be affected by the move to the new site.
I guess it got zapped..
wouldn't be shocked if mine get zapped..
but anyway Q1 23 was released in june
2.466 M in sales.

This question is likely to be zapped by the scum posing as moderators on the other board so is duplicated here:
What Q1 figure do you mean? Q1 (and Q2) financials have yet to be released.
Sales- projected (based on Q1) 8-12 million 2023
Celsius and Red Bull are sometimes named on the other board as shining examples of how successful RMHB will be in some unspecified future when they have become a world class company.
It was just about 5 years ago that RMHB fired the 3 Celsius board members out of the blue. Celsius share price was around $4.50 then. It's now at $172. Not bad.
RMHB was around $.23 per share then, now it is below a penny.
Good to have you back Vega! To bad for me, I did join the party years ago…70 gain today places me embarrassingly below my entry basis a long time ago. I stopped accepting the swirl of videos and cannabis gurus propping up a company’s inability to provide accurate and timely accounting. I welcome any improvement in PPS, and accounting….there is a direct correlation between the two.
yes.. who is hosting the big party.?
anyway daily movements of a penny stock on an almost extinct exchange shouldn't really be taken too seriously- one way or the other..
Happy days are here again for Vegas. That small last minute buy got them to a cent. Woohoo.
