This company is DEAD. Tim Ayre has issues with FINRA and will not get approved once he is on the new 211 (if they manage to get one filed).

This will be on the grey market forever. And whatever cash they have on hand will run out this year.

looking forward to some updates soon here. the filings continue to be done. i'd expect to see updates as they get the audits completed etc, as that is needed to get back to trading

to file and uplist back to the regular trading tiers takes time.. because of suspension, they have to file audited financials, that involves accountants, auditors, attorneys to get done. I'd like to see more news but I'm guessing that is secondary to getting back to regular trading.

For me it's not looks very good, the company is very very slow, with the company board members, not so fresh, no news for a very long time, the company is sleeping for too long, I hope I am totally wrong

not dead, no. de-listed to grey market which does make it very difficult to trade, although you should be able to call in orders if your online ordering isn't working. Company has indicated they are working on the paperwork etc to get back to normal trading.

There was a conversion that took place for hmp to xin. I'll also email asking about any current hmp holders etc and report back as I still have some hmp in another account.

Not at all its far from over the company is actually doing very very well and just wait another few weeks until the get off the GREY and go back trading on the OTC market with regular market makers this will fly they have some very positive news several of them that will surprise us all keep holding strong the day is coming very soon

it is still on the grey markets. hard to trade there, especially on a thinly traded stock like $RMTN. as to why there hasn't been at least 1 trade since the suspension lifted, unknown.

It's quite obvious why they were suspended (sec below items in brackets). Their retraction and excuses are outright lies, no wonder Tim Ayre was suspended by FINRA. Great job by FINRA and the SEC for preventing a major scam imo. BTW their "with-paper" link has long been removed.
