After seeing that disgusting report and how much management pays themselves millions, I sold 3/4 of my position at 10.23 this morning. Should have sold it all. Held all my BITF though. I'll wait till this goes back up to mid $10's and sell the rest. I am NOT supporting these sleazebags! And... They have the gull to try and put 3 Board-members on BITF. That's Too Funny!!

I still don't understand exactly why Riot wants to buy Bitfams in the first place.

...unless it is to make money on the Bitfarm stock itself. And if they dump their shares then the BITF share price is going to suffer. If you should see the volume of BITF PUT options increase suddenly, then watch out below. In fact, maybe I should buy some PUTS. Since the situation seems to be stalled at 15% ownership then the next logical step might be for Riot to dump their Bitfarm shares.

Furthermore, It is not like Riot needs anything that Bitfarms owns. RIOT has a mining site under construction called Corsicana which, when completed, will have One Giga Watt of power and will be the largest mining site in the world. It seems to me that this is where they should be spending their time and money.

Once Bitfarms turned them down and RIOT continued their stock purchases, that was, imo, the beginning of the hostile takeover attempt.

While we may have differing definitions of when it may or may not have started, but think we both see it going in a similar direction.

And I think that is very reasonable.

And if they don't get that accommodation then that is when the "hostile takeover" will start.

Slightly updated trajectories in my opinion reveal that essentially we end up in the same spot over the intermediate term, but the short term varies, the longer term is obvious we are heading down and won't pierce above 73k, if we do 77-80k temporarily only IMO!
