This is nothing but guess on my part ........................
Not off market because it's suspended not totally disolved.
As far as the hub goes nothing gets deleted here except when I post the truth. LOL!
A Canadian friend asks the following question and I don't recall
hearing any discussion of it. Maybe it was while I was travelling.
Goldrusher-
Is anyone here aware of the information below? How can it still be listed at OTC Markets or, for that matter, IHub?-TB

Goldrusher,
Thanks for your explanation. That was more than I expected.
I too lost alot of money in this investment.
where did the years go?....sili/nvxe/nvei was one of my first penny stox i ever bought.i remember paying about 16-20 cents and watched it sit for 2 years at .02 till ray found the twisted pair holy grail and the penguin pumper
silver.....yes, Mayu is Ray's mother and there is another long
and sad story that is not appropriate for this message board.
Suffice it to say that the last I hearn, she was in a nursing
home in Prescott, AZ and not in good health at all. She is/was
a very nice person and, IMO, deserved a far better son than Ray.
I understand that Ray's brother is a fine guy and has been
caring for Mayu in the past.
had to be my pal groovemaster.i miss him.anyone in touch with him??
Silver...I just want to add one thing to that discussion. In
the past, I had lots of posters that I suspected have a
connection to da boyz, but based on later e-mails where they
told me how they felt betrayed and how they lost major chunks
of their financial well-being and even thanked me for my "bashing"
efforts. A couple truly surprised me. One that I lost on a
computer that crashed, I truly wish I hadn't lost it. It was
from about the most vocal poster that had insisted I was bashing
to get a cheaper price as a buy-in. He sent me PMs calling me
worse names than is allowed on the message board. His e-mail
said that he still didn't like me, but had to admit I was right
all along and he regretted not listening.
was mayu really rays mom?
Silver...now there is another lengthy subject. I don't really
want to get into it as I am rather uncertain as to which were
more or less innocent dupes and who were part and parcel or this
orchestrated scam. I do wish that a few of them would come back
and explain their actions if they weren't a part of the stage play.
LOL, I doubt anyone would come back and admit to being a paid
huckster. BTW, that list could be extended far beyond the three
you mentioned. I think there are several posters here that have
more evidence, one way or another, on this subject than do I.
please go on goldy....im reminiscing.dont forget the goold ole boyz from kentucky and trex :)
Rimscam...it is a long story, but you asked. Years ago, I bought stock in NVXE or NVEI, a pre-RSMI symbol. The co. was supposedly doing 3-D hologram business cards. I discovered it was here in San Diego, so I made an unannounced visit. Mind you, Ray had been feeding the Raging Bull message board with all kinds of stories about the office being a beehive of activity, big wheels walking in the door all day long, etc. I was greeted (not) by the receptionist straight out of the old Carol Burnett Show. She was yacking on the phone, snapping her bubble gum and filing her finger nails. I took the opportunity to scan the visitor
sign-in book. No big wigs. Finally,l she hangs up the phone and says, "yeah, what can I do for
you?" I told her I was a stockholder and would like a tour. She said there was no one here today except Dennis and he is going to the dentist. She yelled, "Hey Dennis, there's a guy here that wants a tour. Do you have time?" He said "for a quick one". The first office had two computers, but no paperwork on the desk, nothing in the waste basket, nothing on the
blackboard or bulletin board......nothing. The next two offices has one desk and one chair each and no computers, phone, nothing. In the 15 minutes I was there, the phone never rang and no one else came in. Upon leaving, I immediately called my broker a said "SELL!!" i only had the stock for about two weeks and it almost doubled. I sold at a split adj. $28. I started posting "scam" on Raging Bull and was called lots of names of which "basher" was one of the nicer. Only Beachbreak was on my side of the fence.
Then, miracle of miracles, two budding geniuses in a garage in Silicon Valley came up with the internet last mile solution with twisted pairs of copper and they by-passed all the big tech companies in Silicon Valley and sold their billion dollar patent to Ray in San Diego.
What a stroke of luck, eh? Ray set about milking this immediately and took in tons of sucker
money. At one annual meeting, a highly respected poster who went by Spokeshave and was
an engineer, noticed that the much touted Cupria chip (the genius invention to replace the failed twisted pairs) was actually a chip of a large tech co. with a photoshopped label on it. That started the flood of poster jumping the fince to my side. Soon, I was getting tons of e-mails from those that had been seriously hurt by their losses, the disenchanted, from Ray's
relatives (who actually came to my house and were super nice people) and, most importantly, from insiders at the corporate offices in Portland. I would never divulge private
e-mails and, unfortunately, I gave a promise of confidentiality to the corporate people. I dearly wish I could be relieved of that as I would absolutely love to tell this board of the Milan meedting fiasco. Now that one is all Brad's doing. Suffice it to say, he thought his investors were so stupid that they would believe that the keynote speaker discovered the day before the meeting that he had a "schedule conflict". All those European bigwigs had to
cancel their flights and hotel reservations for that? (yeah, right, Brad). It was a flat-out lie and Brad knew it, so let's not anyone try to paint him as an innocent victim in this. I assure
you that he is part and parcel a perpetuator of this scam.
There is much, much more such as bogus trade shows, bogus patent purchases, bogus tundra
offices, extreme copper, the Asia meeting, suicides, ruined retirement plans, failed health due to this scam, loss of educational funds and lots, lots more. Many wonderful people were
hurt by those scumbags. Most of us have learned that some investment efforts can go sour,
but when that investment is made due to trust in the key individuals, it is a very bitter pill to
swallow.
Sorry to be so lengthy, but, believe me, I could go on for pages more.
this is your 4th post on ihub.were you a different alias cause rim semi scam has been d.o.a for years now
Go to the picture show where "The Wolf of Wall Street" is being featured. If youse have the ability to watch a motion picture over about three (3) hours, youse night learn something about Pump-and-Dump investment game scams. See if youse can match the NVXE/NVEI/RSMI scenario to that playbook. All IMHO.
I believe what you say but I've often wondered how you know
Rim was a scam. Who was your inside source?
To Ray's credit (credit???), I think he was able to dupe a lot of
pretty smart people. That is another sign of a good con man.
It is a lot easier to admit that you misjudged a stock than it is
to admit that you misjudged a person. Very tough to admit one
was betrayed. Overwhelming competition, insufficient financing,
lack of managerial skills, timing, market coniditions and much
else can cause a particular stock to be a bad investment, but when
one is scammed by a confidence man, it is a bitter pill to swallow.
Hightower is not that smart,he's just a pawn.
Lonely,
I agree but I still think Dr. Hightower or whoever it is that runs TickTock has something up his sleeve. I think there will be
a second coming of Rim from the ashes for a new group of suckers.
I doubt that the ticky-tacky board will serve as a launching pad
as at least a majority of their members now fully realize it was
only a scam. I have gotten e-mails from several that seemed to
be die-hard longs. A common thread is a trust in Ray or Brad, and,
yes, they feel betrayed.
Mebee 'cause somebody wants to bring the RayStoleMyInvestment circus back to town and needs a "media" outlet to broadcast the news that Extremus Cooper and A&&T are very much interested in the revolutionary, disruptive wire pairs to deliver this time around?
If not Ray Willingburglar and The Boyz, then some other shyster will perhaps pick up the pieces and run a new pump and dump campaign to fool the hapless, clueless, lazy speculator looking to make a quick buck playing the scam.
If the players try to utilize IHub, the Raysayers will be here to expose their chicanery. The Ticky Tocky board may be a good launching zone, though. All IMHO.
I notice that TickTock is still down because they are testing
functionality. The question is why don't they just shut it down.
LOL....fame spreads.....
A friend from another board suggested the following name
for our illustrious founder
Ray Willingburglar.
Somehow, that seems totally appropriate, eh?
Just looking at the home page of the Tick-Tock Stockk webpage
and their articles on Extreme Copper and the Tale of two bridges,
reminds me so much of the old T-shirts that said "Stupid" and
"I'm with stupid".
Did Santa Claus bring all of the RSMI stuck bagholders a lump of coal this year to accompany their insightful "investment" in The Boyz' scam?
Methinks Bernie Madeoff with $67 BILLIONS of Other Peoples' Money might be feeling lonely at this holiday season at a Club Fed. The Boyz should join him and spend the rest of their miserable, stealing lives as guests of the nation at Club Fed, too.
Remind me why Bernie's conscience bothered him enough to turn himself in after the SEC failed for some sixteen (16) years to get the evidence on his Ponzi scheme, but The Boyz managed to make off with about $100 millions and nobody even lifted the NVXE/NVEI/RSMI veil to take a peek at their most successful investment game.
Merry Christmas to everyone.....
Enjoy the time with family and Friends!
Ty. And..................
My Christmas story to you all.
Some might say why do I call it that as we all know the story of Christmas is Jesus birth and they'd be correct.
Jesus name isn't mentioned in this story but he most certainly is all over in this story if one thinks about it.
Please pass this on to others as the joy of giving and the impact it has on others is certainly displayed here.
BTW....
Merry Christmas to you all!
Pa never had much compassion for the lazy or those who squandered their means and then never had enough for the necessities. But for those who were genuinely in need, his heart was as big as all outdoors. It was from him that I learned the greatest joy in life comes from giving, not from receiving.
It was Christmas Eve 1881. I was fifteen years old and feeling like the world had caved in on me because there just hadn't been enough money to buy me the rifle that I'd wanted so bad that year for Christmas.
We did the chores early that night for some reason. I just figured Pa wanted a little extra time so we could read in the Bible. So after supper was over I took my boots off and stretched out in front of the fireplace and waited for Pa to get down the old Bible. I was still feeling sorry for myself and, to be honest, I wasn't in much of a mood to read Scriptures. But Pa didn't get the Bible, instead he bundled up and went outside. I couldn't figure it out because we had already done all the chores. I didn't worry about it long though, I was too busy wallowing in self-pity.
Soon Pa came back in. It was a cold clear night out and there was ice in his beard. "Come on, Matt," he said. "Bundle up good, it's cold out tonight."
I was really upset then. Not only wasn't I getting the rifle for Christmas, now Pa was dragging me out in the cold, and for no earthly reason that I could see. We'd already done all the chores, and I couldn't think of anything else that needed doing, especially not on a night like this. But I knew Pa was not very patient at one dragging one's feet when he'd told them to do something, so I got up and put my boots back on and got my cap, coat, and mittens. Ma gave me a mysterious smile as I opened the door to leave the house. Something was up, but I didn't know what.
Outside, I became even more dismayed. There in front of the house was the work team, already hitched to the big sled. Whatever it was we were going to do wasn't going to be a short, quick, little job. I could tell. We never hitched up the big sled unless we were going to haul a big load. Pa was already up on the seat, reins in hand. I reluctantly climbed up beside him. The cold was already biting at me. I wasn't happy.
When I was on, Pa pulled the sled around the house and stopped in front of the woodshed. He got off and I followed. "I think we'll put on the high sideboards," he said. "Here, help me."
The high sideboards! It had been a bigger job than I wanted to do with just the low sideboards on, but whatever it was we were going to do would be a lot bigger with the high sideboards on.
When we had exchanged the sideboards Pa went into the woodshed and came out with an armload of wood---the wood I'd spent all summer hauling down from the mountain, and then all fall sawing into blocks and splitting. What was he doing? Finally I said something. "Pa," I asked, "what are you doing?" "
You been by the Widow Jensen's lately?" he asked.
The Widow Jensen lived about two miles down the road. Her husband had died a year or so before and left her with three children, the oldest being eight. Sure, I'd been by, but so what? "Yeah," I said, "why?"
"I rode by just today," Pa said. "Little Jakey was out digging around in the woodpile trying to find a few chips. They're out of wood, Matt." That was all he said and then he turned and went back into the woodshed for another armload of wood. I followed him.
We loaded the sled so high that I began to wonder if the horses would be able to pull it. Finally, Pa called a halt to our loading, then we went to the smoke house and Pa took down a big ham and a side of bacon. He handed them to me and told me to put them in the sled and wait. When he returned he was carrying a sack of flour over his right shoulder and a smaller sack of something in his left hand. "What's in the little sack?" I asked.
"Shoes. They're out of shoes. Little Jakey just had gunny sacks wrapped around his feet when he was out in the woodpile this morning. I got the children a little candy too. It just wouldn't be Christmas without a little candy."
We rode the two miles to Widow Jensen's pretty much in silence. I tried to think through what Pa was doing. We didn't have much by worldly standards. Of course, we did have a big woodpile, though most of what was left now was still in the form of logs that I would have to saw into blocks and split before we could use it. We also had meat and flour, so we could spare that, but I knew we didn't have any money, so why was Pa buying them shoes and candy? Really, why was he doing any of this? Widow Jensen had closer neighbors than us. It shouldn't have been our concern.
We came in from the blind side of the Jensen house and unloaded the wood as quietly as possible, then we took the meat and flour and shoes to the door. We knocked. The door opened a crack and a timid voice said, "Who is it?"
"Lucas Miles, Ma'am, and my son, Matt. Could we come in for a bit?"
Widow Jensen opened the door and let us in. She had a blanket wrapped around her shoulders. The children were wrapped in another and were sitting in front of the fireplace by a very small fire that hardly gave off any heat at all. Widow Jensen fumbled with a match and finally lit the lamp.
"We brought you a few things, Ma'am," Pa said and set down the sack of flour. I put the meat on the table. Then Pa handed her the sack that had the shoes in it. She opened it hesitantly and took the shoes out one pair at a time. There was a pair for her and one for each of the children---sturdy shoes, the best, shoes that would last. I watched her carefully. She bit her lower lip to keep it from trembling and then tears filled her eyes and started running down her cheeks. She looked up at Pa like she wanted to say something, but it wouldn't come out.
"We brought a load of wood too, Ma'am," Pa said, then he turned to me and said, "Matt, go bring enough in to last for awhile. Let's get that fire up to size and heat this place up."
I wasn't the same person when I went back out to bring in the wood. I had a big lump in my throat and, much as I hate to admit it, there were tears in my eyes too. In my mind I kept seeing those three kids huddled around the fireplace and their mother standing there with tears running down her cheeks and so much gratitude in her heart that she couldn't speak. My heart swelled within me and a joy filled my soul that I'd never known before. I had given at Christmas many times before, but never when it had made so much difference. I could see we were literally saving the lives of these people.
I soon had the fire blazing and everyone's spirits soared. The kids started giggling when Pa handed them each a piece of candy and Widow Jensen looked on with a smile that probably hadn't crossed her face for a long time. She finally turned to us. "God bless you," she said. "I know the Lord himself has sent you. The children and I have been praying that he would send one of his angels to spare us."
In spite of myself, the lump returned to my throat and the tears welled up in my eyes again. I'd never thought of Pa in those exact terms before, but after Widow Jensen mentioned it I could see that it was probably true. I was sure that a better man than Pa had never walked the earth. I started remembering all the times he had gone out of his way for Ma and me, and many others. The list seemed endless as I thought on it.
Pa insisted that everyone try on the shoes before we left. I was amazed when they all fit and I wondered how he had known what sizes to get. Then I guessed that if he was on an errand for the Lord that the Lord would make sure he got the right sizes.
Tears were running down Widow Jensen's face again when we stood up to leave. Pa took each of the kids in his big arms and gave them a hug. They clung to him and didn't want us to go. I could see that they missed their pa, and I was glad that I still had mine.
At the door Pa turned to Widow Jensen and said, "The Mrs. wanted me to invite you and the children over for Christmas dinner tomorrow. The turkey will be more than the three of us can eat, and a man can get cantankerous if he has to eat turkey for too many meals. We'll be by to get you about eleven. It'll be nice to have some little ones around again. Matt, here, hasn't been little for quite a spell." I was the youngest. My two older brothers and two older sisters were all married and had moved away.
Widow Jensen nodded and said, "Thank you, Brother Miles. I don't have to say, "'May the Lord bless you,' I know for certain that He will."
Out on the sled I felt a warmth that came from deep within and I didn't even notice the cold. When we had gone a ways, Pa turned to me and said, "Matt, I want you to know something. Your ma and me have been tucking a little money away here and there all year so we could buy that rifle for you, but we didn't have quite enough. Then yesterday a man who owed me a little money from years back came by to make things square. Your ma and me were real excited, thinking that now we could get you that rifle, and I started into town this morning to do just that. But on the way I saw little Jakey out scratching in the woodpile with his feet wrapped in those gunny sacks and I knew what I had to do. So, Son, I spent the money for shoes and a little candy for those children. I hope you understand."
I understood, and my eyes became wet with tears again. I understood very well, and I was so glad Pa had done it. Just then the rifle seemed very low on my list of priorities. Pa had given me a lot more. He had given me the look on Widow Jensen's face and the radiant smiles of her three children. For the rest of my life, whenever I saw any of the Jensens, or split a block of wood, I remembered, and remembering brought back that same joy I felt riding home beside Pa that night. Pa had given me much more than a rifle that night, he had given me the best Christmas of my life.
Merry Christmas to IHUB RSMI posters from both sides of the fence.
According to his church's records:
Pandaman passed away on January 25th of 2005.
He was 62 years of age.
He left a widow and one son as his heir.
A funeral service was held at the church on February 2 of 2005.
A Celebration of Life was held at Emerson Elementary School later in February of that year.
I am trying to check out your inquiry and am looking for Pandaman's obituary. He died in Mesa, Arizona.
I believe that Bill from 3M may have attended the funeral, but I don't know that. The eulogy was presented by a CBS newsman from LA who grew up with Pandaman in southern California.
Will post the results and links should I find them.
He was a good-hearted, trusting guy who got duped by twisted wire pairs/rice bran/and holy bears by The Boyz and died. All IMHO.
Sir:
I regret to inform you that "our" Pandaman has been deceased for many years. RSMI was one proximate cause of his stress; he had a heart attack from which he never recovered. He was one of the original mossbacks and hosted NVEI/RSMI social gatherings to promote twisted wire pairs.
Sorry to be the bearer of the sad news.
Don't know who else scammed him, but The Boyz probably killed him. All IMHO.
anyone here knew pandaman? if so was he still alive in 2006? i read a michael johnson from sd was scammed by a dennis w peterson..anyone can confirm it was our pandaman?
Absolutely! Even back in hologram days. I discovered it based on
a visit to the Friar's Rd facility and posted such on Raging Bull
even though I had shortly almost doubled my money. I sold at a
split adj. $28 per share and, needless to say, didn't win any
friends by posting warnings on RB. Most everyone was long back
then with maybe only two notable exceptions. Since, I have learned
so much more and only wish I were at liberty to post all the
info. Maybe someday I will be released from my promises to my
informants.
WAS THIS A SCAM GOLDY?
Lambshift....I hate to be the one to burst your bubble, but RSMI
has been Ray's scam since back on the Friar's Rd in San Diego
days. Did you notice that when I said "scam", I didn't put
"IMHO" or any disclaimers. Why??? Because this was and is only
a scam. I don't mean to beat around the bush, but THIS IS A
SCAM and I would welcome Ray to sue me for saying so.
Oh Sheep Gear Changer, youse be a hopeless optimist regarding RSMI. How stale is that debt piece of paper? Anything come of it?
"Caveat emptor" is just about a proclamation of DEATH with a lowered tier assignment.
Ray-Ray and The Boyz got nothing; they never had anything that was technologically-feasible and it is doubtful that they could do anything even if they had something!
RMSI was always a stock-selling investment game designed to benefit its white collar criminal conspirators. Put away the whitewash; it ain't selling. All IMHO.
of course the company has gone to tier "caveat emptor".
they have not published for years but there is this 8K filing about "Debt Release and Exchange Agreement" from March 2012, wherein the company has reached the following:
-the secured debt inclusive interest is limited to an amount of about 2,923 mil US-$,
-repayment in rates equal to 10% of any revenues generated from any of RIM´s technologies or technology products, infinite time horizon,
-full release of any Liens,
-the repayment will not apply to "any revenues that are generated from any investments" in non-technology products,
-RIM can now negotiate the funding of future developments.
add to these positive results the tax reducing loss carryforward and RIM is really not an empty shell.imo
If memory serves, RSMI hasn't reported for years.
What they did was tier-down to something that does NOT require them to report, but still allows for trading in the toilet tissue paper. Youse can look up what level they are currently classified at by the tier-setters. All IMHO.
Excel, in this fading Amerika of ours, youse gets the "justice" that you can afford and are able to purchase.
Bernie Madeoff with $57 BILLIONS of Other Peoples' Money while law-enforcement/justice never even did a passable job of investigating his Ponzi scheme. It was only his guilty conscience that navigated him to turn himself in and take the 150 years of prison time. Bernie had bux and was willing to keep his scam going. The SEC was asleep.
The Portland Business Journal quit on their discovery that Ray and The Boyz were relocating RSMI from S. California. The SEC wasn't interested. State regulators don't want to work, just draw salaries, so they are rather useless.
Youse wants to become a successful fraudster in our Amerika, make certain youse gots a good law firm retained, lapdog accountants, go-thrugh-the-motions auditors, and sleeping regulators! All IMHO.
Who "gave" the shell to Ray?
Stuck bagholders still have some stake in this "enterprise," though probably not as harvesters of the stock-selling investment game itself which was the province of The Boyz and their insiders. All IMHO.
As I read this article I wonder how much difference there is between the deception?
This man is going away for ten years.
The deception that occurred with RSMI's management from Ray, Brad, and the rest of the cast of scammers they scammed whole lot more then 30 million.
Justice huh?
Seattle man sentenced to 10 years for Ponzi scheme
By KOMO Staff & news services Published: Dec 5, 2013 at 8:21 PM PST
SEATTLE -- A Seattle man who orchestrated what officials described as a "classic" Ponzi scheme was sentenced Thursday to 10 years in prison.
The U.S. Attorney's office in Seattle says 30-year-old Jose L. Nino de Guzman's scheme involved fake investment opportunities in Peru under his NDG Investment Group from 2006 until 2009.
Prosecutors say De Guzman raised more than $30 million from over 200 investors.
The investments as described to investors did not occur. In 2009, the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions issued a cease and desist order concerning his fraudulent sales of investment opportunities.
"This defendant committed a brazen, Ponzi-scheme spanning nearly three years and two continents and involving tens of millions of dollars, and more than 180 victims," U.S. Attorney Jenny A. Durkan said in Thursday a news release.
De Guzman was also ordered to pay $18,321,209 in restitution.
I think Ray owns the shell but not sure?
lmao.i agree, but is anyone still running this company?
who owns the shell?
AMAZING THIS IS JUST ABANDONED FOR YEARS!
RIM's "technology" was a non-working pipedream that was useful in attempting to legitimate the stock-selling investment game! They sold the sizzle because there was NO beef involved. Those who bought, unless they were smart or lucky, ended up as bagholders while Ray and The Boyz made off with a hundred million bux. A Classic Tale of white collar crime in the American marketplace that went undetected, uninvestigated, and unpunished. All IMHO.
Ready for your chuckle of the day? Go to the Tick-tack message
board and read the discourse on the "tale of two bridges".
It is actually an interesting read on the Golden Gate bridge and
the Oakland Bay bridge. Now for the chuckle. Hightower ends
with comparing RSMI's billion dollar technology to the Bay Bridge
as opposed to the Golden Gate bridge. This certainly is a fair
comparison since the Bay Bridge is being dismantled and replaced.
Rim's technology was dismantled and replaced with a cheerleader's
megaphone.

RIM SEMICONDUCTOR COMPANY
RSMI
Company Website: http://www.rimsemi.com
Rim Semiconductor is developing semiconductor technology that allows
data to be transmitted at greater speeds over longer distances
using regular copper telephone wire. This technology dramatically
increases the capacity of the existing telephone network,
allowing telecommunications carriers around the globe to provide
enhanced voice, data, and video services over today's copper
infrastructure. With this strategy, carriers can reduce or eliminate
the need to install fiber optic technology, reduce operating costs,
and increase revenue per line.
RSMI owns Broadband Distance Systems, Inc.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=77652275
Rim Semiconductor Co., a small Portland company that develops advanced broadband technology, has been locked out of its Southeast Portland office.
A notice, dated Aug. 25, taped to the company's front door says that Weston Investment Co. LLC, the owner of the building, has exercised its "right of possession and lien" under Oregon law and under the terms of Weston's lease with Rim Semiconductor (OTCBB: RSMI).
The notice also states that Rim Semiconductor may not enter the office or remove any personal property from the building.
Legal sources say such notices are usually posted when a tenant is delinquent on rent.
Rim Semiconductor, which has never reported a profit in 12 years of operation, said that it had $1,621 in cash at the end of April.
The company pays monthly rent of $11,394.90 for roughly 7,000 square feet of space in the Weston-owned building.
The office appears nearly empty. Two chairs, three potted plants and a coat rack stand in the lobby.
Rim Semiconductor issued 3.1 billion shares in July to pay off $1.6 million it owed to various lenders and service providers. That brought total shares issued to 4 billion. The release of so many shares has caused the stock to fall to one-thousandth of 1 cent per share. In January, Rim's stock was trading at 4 cents per share. In December 2003, when the company announced it was moving its headquarters from San Diego, Calif., to Portland, shares were trading at 25 cents.
In June, Rim announced it had received a $1 million order but could not fill that order unless it received financing to build and ship the products.
*********************************************************************
In addition, Rim Semi has made many great claims about their technology in the past, yet they have not realized any revenue from it.
