After this post day before, yesterday was some volume, I wonder if this was buyers or insiders just to calm us down. I hope will never revoke it.
Hi "bogey" when the retrial will take place if you know or somebody else knows.
Filings cost money. No money, no filings.
No sales (ever), no money.
No stock sales to generate working capital, no money.
Here's my assumptive take...
When the SEC case got going, the company was being accused of offering stock purchase options to non qualified people.
I suppose it was logical to stop all sales until it gets sorted out.
Ron used to raise a lot of cash from financing scoundrels by backing it with stock (which diluted the holy hell out of the shares.)
All of that is on hold.
I guess if the stock gets de-listed for delinquent filings, the SEC investigation would be the excuse. Perhaps also a valid argument to fight it, if they win the retrial.
RMCP is severely delinquent in filing the company's Financials. The stock is at risk of an SEC Suspension and subsequent stock registration revocation.

No R/S, No way. I asked my broker and he checked up. The Co. has not enough Authorized shares the O/S and the float are very good for this over the counter (pink sheets) He guarantee it.
Volume picking up. Something good happening?
Is RMCP waiting for another trial? is going to win anywaybut why they delay.
I have a feeling that this Friday is going to close .005, and a week after Labor day at .008-.01. I feel that also a news they will release till Sept 11. (my personal feeling)
RMCP_ 'Keech63' thank you for the respond. The only I (we) don't understand is why the Co. they don't release once a while reports to say where the Co. stands. Now some they say the RMCP finish with the trial others say they have to go back to the trial, this is real confusing, what is the real fact about the Co. and if every thing is finish and clear why they don't announce it. The Co. with so many patents (agreements) around sounds like a giant for me.
Your respond would be greatly appreciated.
RMCP_That is correct, Nagasdog, RMCP in fact, has Patents in China, Japan, and Mexico, and was waiting on final approval for pending patents in Australia, Canada, Taiwan, and the European Union.
Per:http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=10414948
I remember seeing something about that as well.
I do remember 3 maybe 4 years ago the RMCP signed with Mexico the patent? any body else remember this?
I think something good news is coming, but when.....
Bogey 1, the article you refer to was reported before the articles I refer to that state "the not guilty verdict puts an end to the SEC civil case".
All the most recent articles I have been able to find state there will not be a SEC retrial.
It is a retrial of the first one. The civil case by the SEC.
The first trial was a hung jury. As the paper said at the time, the SEC reserved the right to retry it rather than drop it.
I would suspect the trial will before the end of the year. The investigation and discovery should have been done in the first trial, unless one side has something new.
The SEC just hopes to present the same case to a different jury that can come to a unanimous conclusion in their favor. Obviously, Ron hopes the opposite.
Actually, the SEC, IMO, knows that a small fry company and an individual that has limited wealth (flat broke) cannot afford any more litigation, after 2 trials already. They are being a financial bully, knowing that rmcp and Ron will soon run out of money and not even be able to defend themselves. They win that way.
It is like Intel or Apple ( or Becton Dickinson) stealing a patent and telling the true owner to 'Sue me", knowing that they can spend millions on court costs and kill the case in some state of financial ruin.
Hope that helps. I don't have any more resources than you...google, sec.gov, etc.
Hi 'bogey1' , Do you have any idea how long will take the new trial and if this is personal or it has to do with the product and distributing? Your respond would be greatly appreciated with any newest ahead.
Here's an article. http://www.postandcourier.com/business/former-exec-of-charleston-based-revolutions-medical-pleads-guilty-to/article_133af9b2-1ae9-11e7-9e93-434b59bdf1c4.html
It does not give me pleasure to know this. Or share it.
I have not heard any more. Perhaps there is a court document trail about it, but I have no idea how to find it.
All the articles I read stated the not guilty verdict in the Federal case in April put an end to the civil suit by the SEC including the Industry magazine MASSDEVICE dated April 21, 2017 and the Charleston, SC Post and Courier. I don't think all these different media sources got it wrong. I cannot find anything on a new trial.
SEC to retry first hung civil case. Last I heard.
So, Ron will be only concerned with himself and his legal problem.
I would not count on anything going on while another SEC case is ongoing.
It is almost like the SEC and FBI are in cahoots with a known short seller, like Marty Hicks......OH!!! Like FBI agent Quick...
It has been over 3 months since the not guilty verdict. Any news?
There are 3 competitors of RMCP? BDX $204, BAX $62, and ILMN $172? The first if I understood well is involved with syringes too. If some one finds these Co's profile and understand better please post it.
This and next week the vacations are over, we will see better days, I hope.
I think you have to be a member of WeFunder to view anything on the website.
HI "bige777" I click there but it comes our a text that has nothing to do with RMCP or something wrong with my web site?
Somebody posted on Yahoo Finance today that there was an ALERT posted for RMCP on WeFunder and they are hoping for good news!! Does anyone know anything about this?
It is incorrect. Retrial is requested by SEC.
I just have not seen a written confirmation.
The criminal case is entirely separate from the civil case.
Too bad. The SEC has unlimited tax dollars to burn.
They will refuse to LOSE.
Just watch.
The FBI should be investigating them. But of course, according to the documents in the criminal case, the FBI weasel, Quick revealed that they are working together.
The article April 20, 2017 in the Charleston, SC Post and Courtier newspaper stated the not guilty verdict in Federal Court apparently puts an end to the civil suit filed by the SEC. I took that to mean all legal issues are done and Ron Wheet stated in the newspaper he intends to follow through on the business plan and market the RevVac safety syringe to the health industry. I can't find anything else.
Not good, I'd assume.
If correct, it means another long duration of litigation. During which, no credible business would do business with them.
But, I have not yet confirmed it, anyway.
I was hoping someone on the board would know.
Hi bogey1, what this means, is any good? I am not to expert to understand it.
I heard that the SEC is going to retry the first case. The Hung Jury one.
Can't find any verification on that.
I guess a well funded government can just wage an endless legal battle against it's subjects. Anyone confirm that?
It has been almost two months since the not guilty verdict at the trial. I was hoping RMCP had something significant lined up and they would hit the ground running. What could be so hard about getting a decent deal in place. Waiting every day for some GOOD news. Hope it is soon.
I think this week
Why isn't there any news?
The headlight of an oncoming Train
Any light in the tunnel?
I hope we are finally off to the races!
'Tally-ho' what you mean or what this means, thank you.
SORRY GUYS: My last posts belongs to different board. (GLUC)
Maybe this is the news what that guy told me they will release on Tue. but this came out Sunday night at 7:30.
Any way, does anybody understand what this news means? any good for us?

May/June 2014. First PR in over a year out recently. UPDATES AND IBOX UPDATES FORTHCOMING..
About Revolutions Medical Product - RMCP
Revolution Medical's products include the Rev Vac safety syringe, safety blood drawing device and safety IV catheter. The world market for safety-engineered medical devices (SEMDs) is projected to exceed 2 billion this year and is forecasted to maintain a 20% annual growth rate in the near term. Revolutions Medical also provides software solutions and proprietary tools that are compatible with standard MRIs and standard PACS. The software includes sorting of images, color, 3D, and automatic segmentation of images. These tools will enhance the physician's diagnostic confidence in an industry that is growing at 10% - 15% (more than 25 million procedures) per year with a worldwide market potential for these tools that exceeds $3.5 billion. The Rev Vac safety syringe and the Rev ColorMRI have not yet been cleared by the FDA for sale in the United States.
Since inception, the Company’s principal business has been to complete the development of and to commercialize color MRI Technology. The technology consists of software, which uses various color masks to produce full-color composite images from gray-scale MRI output. The resulting color images can be quickly viewed individually or all together as a “riffle stack”.
A riffle stack consists of the individual MRI images assembled to create a single composite image that contains the data from the individual images. The riffle stack allows a radiologist, using a computer mouse, to page through the images, creating a 3-D appreciation of the colorized MRI output even though the images themselves are not 3-D.
The software program can also segment the data and create a true 3-D image of the area to be examined. For instance, bone, fluid and other tissue displayed in an MRI scan of the head can be electronically eliminated to allow a 3-D rendering of just the brain.
The color images can be transferred to a CD-ROM or other digital storage device, instead of bulky film, for storage or for a patient to take to their referring physician. Because the color images are transferred to digital storage in a standard *.jpeg format, the color images can be viewed on any PC without the need for special software. The Rev ColorMRI has not yet been cleared by the FDA for sale in the United States.

The Rev Vac Safety Syringe and Phlebotomy (blood drawing) Device operate the same as a standard syringe and device. No additional training, skills, or procedures are necessary. The both products work on a vacuum principle, where pressing the plunger in them creates a vacuum. When the plunger reaches the bottom, the needle is captured. A further push on the plunger breaks the seal, and the needle retracts into the plunger barrel. The vacuum is maintained, so the needle cannot be removed from the plunger.
Revolutions Medical owns the patents and will manufacture a disposable retractable syringe and phlebotomy device. The products use a proprietary patented technology in which a vacuum causes the needle to retract into the barrel of the syringe or device after an injection is administered or blood is drawn. Prototype units have been produced and tested, but no units have been manufactured. The products have been designed to be manufactured at a cost that is approximately equal to the cost of traditional disposable syringes and phlebotomy devices and are intended to be a safe replacement for existing non-safe syringes and phlebotomy devices and even currently marketed syringes and devices labeled as safety products. With traditional syringes and phlebotomy devices, a needle contaminated with a patient’s blood remains a danger to healthcare professionals handling the needle until it is permanently disposed of in a proper biohazard containment unit. Revolutions Medical’s safety products do not present a “needlestick” hazard to health professionals after use because the contaminated needle is retracted into the barrel of the safety product and locked in place. The Rev Vac safety syringe has been cleared by the FDA for sale in the United States.
