Don't know if you follow Marathon Patent Group "MARA", but you might put it on your radar. Another large Honig investment and probably the most talented and hard working CEO I've ever seen with any small company.

(Link provided below) Nevertheless, just like weekly options, we could see heighten volatility, due in part to a national theme: #antibiotic crisis. The WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION came out w/ a report first of its kind sounding the alarm on antibiotics. The intentions are to raise awareness and attract investors to the industry. Similar situation to the aids epidemic. When the dots are connects, RTGN could be a direct beneficiary to a national/global #antibiotic crisis theme. We are smart money at this level.

WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION: ANTIMICROBIAL RESISTANCE Global Report on surveillance April 2014. The first ever report issued exposing the antimicrobial resistance crisis on a global scale. Modern medicine was enabled due in part to antibiotics. Current antibiotics are becoming resistant to the most common bacteria--> superbugs due to the overuse/misuse of antibiotics. Already, the news is filled with stories if unbelievable infections festering in hospitals which are deadly. Biotech has seen antibiotics as a minimal way to make profit, thus antibiotics are lacking. The WHOs goal of April release of the AMR report is to enable more institutional/retail monies into the antibiotic industry and the PREVENTION SIDE.

The antibiotics resistance theme which is debuting on the national press is the attention this stock needs. The World Health Organization, along with ROCHE are sounding the alarm. If I was mgmt here with the silent period over. I would piggy back the movement. Interesting how the IPO of the stock falls right in line to the theme. This stock could take over when investors draw the dots.

Yes, I've noticed Dr. Frost and Mr. Honig tend to dual invest. If what you heard is true about Dr. Frost owning a sizable position, he must file +5%. The filing alone could trigger a buying pressure due to Dr. Frost's following is extensive in the investing community.

Absolutely SBA. I am invested in another company with Mr. Honig. I've found the man to be very smart and involved only if he see's tremendous value in the company. Appears he's made a sizeable investment in this one.

I have also heard that Dr. Phil frost may have a sizeable investment here although I can not substantiate it. Dr. Frost is another highly accomplished investor as you may know.

Took a position yesterday SBA. Can you confirm this company has $18M in cash? with it's tiny market cap, over half the value appears to be in cash. Assuming so, that is insane and would render the stock seemingly incredibly undervalued.

This is a low float 2.2million in the IPO the rest of the stock from private placement is restricted. The recent SG-13(S) have taken a % out of the 2.2million in the IPO, which means there aren't many shares out there.
