WOW RTPRQ HUGE CEO ANNOUNCEMENT >>> A New Retail Pro for 2013
January 1, 2013
In a few hours news of the sale of Retail Pro International, LLC (RPI) will hit the business wires. I wanted you: our partners, customers, friends and family to hear from me first about the transaction and what it means to all of us.
The great success that RPI has enjoyed over the last 4 years has made the management team and me true believers in the potential for growth and excellence here. I believe in RPI so much that I have structured a Management Buyout of RPI from Laurus and Midsummer, the previous owners. Beginning January, 1 2013, the next phase of RPI starts with me maintaining my role as CEO and adding the new responsibility of Chairman of The Board and shareholder.
We will continue our core mission of maintaining strategic focus on creating the world's most agile retail technology and erasing operational borders for retailers everywhere, while fostering the global growth of retail. With this new ownership change, we can all depend on a longer term focus on the previously mentioned goals, enabling RPI to invest more time and money into product development and growth of our worldwide support footprint. RPI will not change its core competency or its worldwide go-to-market strategy, but we will become an even more nimble and flexible organization.
Thank you for being a part of the last four years as we have built upon the rich 25-year legacy of our brand and now as we look forward to a bright supportive future together.
Regards,
Kerry Lemos
Chief Executive Officer

Suprisingly, this seems to be holding up well from the drop and is even building some bid support. This may make it above .01 by monday. I hope so because I bought in low, sold, and bought back in on the drop.

Looks like we have a stand off now---who's gonna blink first

No, I dont own it krisl.
The business was taken private....in essence...the shares are already canceled, in reference to the previous company.
They do exist, and are tradable, but there is nothing there but leftover debts, basically a bankrupt shell, I dont remember now who owns it.
Do you own this stock and if so will the shares being cancelled?
Thanks Falafel, I try
LAIG is as good as they come.
No prob longhaulq,
Hope you didnt get stuck too bad.
Ive seen him in some decent plays in the past, not sure why he chose to do this.
Thanks Learning for the signals. I'll remember to do the opposite of HotStock as the world turns.
No you didnt, you posted news from a different company.....and you were told that, yet you still led people to believe you were right. Did you even attempt to contact the company? Total blatant pump and dump by you and your crew. You could've got the right info, from the company, and set it straight by 12:15, but you didnt.
these posters all told you it was different, and your news wasnt correct....starting here:
post 35, you claim the company is out of BK and huge news coming. No where does it say they are out of BK. You even post links from 2 different companies. this is at 10:17
I posted DD I found.... News from the company....

If you're playing for a quick flip, probably true. If it really was out of BK....it would still be running, and you'd have time to make a few bucks. Agreed, you'll miss the bottom, but I'd rather miss the bottom on a real play, than I would pay .015-.02 and sell for 007 or less on a bad one. Took me all of about 5 min to see the red flags, and 2 questions over the phone to confirm it.
Good luck...don't see this gapping.
