Almost 2 mil printed out in the last two weeks (~4.3% of AS as of today), still not far around where I anticipated the OS being by July of '21. Waging there won't be any more share increases until after the launch of "Love".

Thinking more here and excited at the prospect that we've got so much developing as we move into penny stock "season"...hoping for some news that gets the markets attention while we have lots of money flowing into the OTC and find us some new longs with strong hands so that as the company generates more and more revenues we can continue to base at new higher highs.

Whenever there is doubt I have to go back to the share bonus that mgmt has on the line regarding the market cap here. They structured that in that way for a reason and as I've thought all along the plan is to build the company up and sell it to the highest bidder. Personally hoping the highest bidder puts us in the $4 a share range (possibly higher depending on how the business grows).

Should be a fun year here!

Exciting end to the year...lol At least we were going the right direction and it was more than a 100 share trade that got us there.

Lots in the works for 2022 and feeling we should kick the year off with an excellent 1st quarter. Fingers crossed for one of the M&A talks they've been in to pan out and of course, we've got love and sleep coming out hopefully here in January. Company feels "Sleep" will be its biggest seller!

Talked to David about the revenue projections that were supposed to have come out and he said they were advised by their attorney to hold off until the new packaging was out...Not sure what the connection is there, but that's what I was told.

Anyway, it would be great to get a PR with a shareholder update to set the stage for the new year.

Waiting for the revenue projections David and I talked about to come out (if we don't see them this week I'll follow up with him). He sounded as if this might be a pretty exciting number. I'm not holding my breath that it will be a huge number, but at least it will be some sort of guidance. Gives us some numbers to kick around as they move into new states and we can guesstimate what the growth would be for each state added.

We've also got Love and Sleep launching this month and/or early next if all goes well.

Additionally, from what David said there are lots of private companies looking to go public and they've been in talks with a fair amount of them, so an M&A announcement in the not too distant future wouldn't shock me either.

2022 should be a great year for the company!!!

Agree but I think the roll out took more effort than us shareholders realize. If you listen to Ceo on the interview I can see that, it takes time to get into dispensary and the just launched their b2c in the past few weeks.

Spoke to David Thielen for roughly 30 minutes earlier today...great call!

Fins will be out Monday (personally not expecting much on these fins for Rev's due to how the company gets paid for product sales)

Lots of M&A candidates they've been talking to. Based on how much interest there was here I won't be surprised if there is some news on this 1st Quarter.

Lemon & Grass deal fell apart, because L&G had misrepresented where a large part of their revenues came from (primarily vape in their Florida market and company doesn't want to be a part of the vape market).

Still working the L&G deal and "IF" they come to terms a new deal should close quick as the DD will have already been done.

Stressed how strong the investors behind the company (i.e. former COO of Janis fund owns 12% of company and others he couldn't name, but said they'd be recognizable names)

Love and Sleep cordials coming end of year/January. Expects Sleep to be their biggest seller.

Reusable 10 dose bottle coming 1st quarter, cuts cost by 60%. Also, a single dose bottle sold on its own to give first time buyers a cheaper way to try.

Said he was expecting to put out 2022 revenue projections next week and it would show just for CA market (in talks to bring product to another "large" state), but even just CA he made it see like this would be a fairly significant number.

Company is now in Revenue Growth stage.

Great call and he sounded pretty pumped about the future.
