Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

On June 14, 2017, Repros Therapeutics Inc. (the “Company”) received a notification letter (the “Notice”) from NASDAQ advising the Company that for 30 consecutive business days preceding the date of the Notice, the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock had been below the $1.00 per share minimum required for continued listing on The NASDAQ Capital Market pursuant to NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 5550(a)(2) (the “Minimum Bid Price Rule”).

The Notice has no effect on the listing of the Company’s common stock at this time and the Company’s common stock will continue to trade on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol “RPRX.”

The Notice also stated that the Company will be provided 180 calendar days, or until December 11, 2017, to regain compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Rule. To do so, the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock must be at or above $1.00 per share for a minimum of ten consecutive business days prior to that date.

Lol, I'm good standing by... wasn't trying to bash the company, I actually have a lot of faith in it and it's drugs, was hoping to get in at a discounted price is all, as far as I'm concerned these are still good prices. You have to admit, if you could grab some at .20 you wouldn't?

There is no reason to get in now. They have no money and no one is gonna want to partner with them now that proellex isn't moving to phase 3. BK around the corner...they can't even dilute the pps is too low

That's correct. But it is NOT your typical "stock picking " site. There is a biotech "forum" within the site lead by a brilliant physician who educates the interested on biotech science and also provides his guidance on his favorite companies, usually undiscovered small or micro caps. This forum is not for the discussion of stock "trading" but more for knowledge and understanding of the science behind these companies which should guide you to an investment position.

Like I said, NOT your typical stock site. Very cool though.

Don't be fooled. It does not indicate anything immediate. This was caused by a recommendation from a very well respected Doctor/BioClinician that also writes a blog as part of a Stock Analysis site. This happens every time he mentions a new company/stock. It does, however, bode well for the long term, as his picks are usually spot on.
