News overdue here. Possible reasons for delay.

1. News was a fake pump to begin with (highly unlikely)

2. A deal they were working on fell through (possible)

3. News is significant (a merger or acquisition), and requires extra time to vet/execute properly (most likely)

I'm sticking with #3

Ever talk to anyone from this Co? I left a voice mail earlier .. seems like a filing is due since their FY end is 12/31 but OTC markets hasn't slapped on a yield sign.. I just hate how nowadays if a co falls behind then it goes on the expert market and I haven't figured out how to trade those yet. Someone gets all the shares cheap, then if the co files again, automatic price jump up back to pink current

I figure with them not following thru on the LOI...maybe a big opportunity presented itself where they could raise money to either buy into Swiss Clean Battery for a minority stake to get a piece...or have some cash sitting in this ticker so SCB rolls into the shell all together..almost how a spac would operate? IF non dilutive fund raising was going well...they really must have pitched a great story to someone...because that doesn't just happen...if they have in fact inked some funding deals.
