I find it odd that Lerman would compose any such thing while the case is still ongoing, especially with her name being behind quite a few aliases according to the documents filed.

From Lawyer Lerman's blog "You see Nemes, Kim, and their cohorts are simply using the delusional “smear campaign” as an excuse to hide the failure of Renuen because of their own mismanagement (terminating the dealer program which is the only money making program they ever had) and looting of company assets. Shareholders of Renuen need to request an SEC investigation and audit of Renuen assets because I believe a whole lot of cash went out the back door and into the pockets of the officers, directors and silent partners of Renuen which caused its failure. Perhaps the IRS should also be notified.

All Renuen shareholders should review Renuen’s September 2014 10-Q, in which Renuen stated that it had sold 13% “of its future receivables to an unrelated third party allowing the company to continue operations” on September 11, 2014. The same 10-Q also stated that on September 29, 2014, Renuen had sold “6.53% of its future receivables to an unrelated third party allowing the company to continue operations.” According to their own publicly filed documents, Renuen was insolvent beginning in September of 2014, just 6 weeks after terminating its dealer program. Enough Said."

I believed in this company, in their record sales numbers, in their business model which allowed them to profit without having "employees," then in version 2.0 after that. Cmon Jeff, remember this companies shareholders who have been here despite the let downs and who not only didn't sell but added because you made us believe you turned things around. Don't let the haters win. Your always only one more phone call, one more cold call, one more idea away from greatness. If the smear campaign was just that, don't let the bad guys win.

I have contacted ir. What I heard was not positive. Have you heard any good news? Either they are closing shop and we are toast or there is a plan. Good time for a pr from our ceo. Did they move location? Do we have a new number? Are we doing any installs? How are we keeping the lights on? Are the lights on?

As far as today's trading goes , your right it was on the bid. It also cleared out whomever has been sitting on the ask for weeks/months. If we could get some good news or any news the L2 is showing a much clearer picture. Possibly they moved from the Jupiter location, maybe a new phone number as well??? Idk, thought I saw someone post something about a change of location awhile back??

Unfortunately almost all the volume was at the bid. The company phone is not being answered and all extensions lead to a generic mailbox as was recently stated. This probably means shop is closed imo. Looks like the bad guys win and I have a lot invested here. If we still have any sliver of hope, our ceo needs to let shareholders know what is happening. Are we finished? We need to sue the police department for allowing that false info onto their site. That is what gave credibility to the smear campaign.

And the good news is it came off the ask.....after the 132k sold the ask jumped to .045 and stayed there.

What's up with phone system past 2 days?

I've tried calling in to known extensions and get that they don't exist. And using the directory just automatically goes to "general mailbox." Hope it's not a bad sign.

Looks like it can be a very complex task in identifying an individual behind the alias at times. Also looks like they have accomplished that goal at least in part according to document 95(I believe it was) waiting for the document #??? With the reasoning or weaseling. Can't wait for that "explanation".


Hopefully they can get this case moving so all can get back to business.......as a viable company with increasing customers and products and increased awareness from shareholders/potential shareholders due to company performance.


Been seeing a lot more larger scale solar projects in the last year or so here......small solar fields popping up, churches cover with solar rooftop panels and so on........hoping renu can get a piece of the pie and run with it eventually.

I highly suggest reading document #95 if no other document......last few pages spells it out. A few unfamiliar names to me......some good weekend research material.


If those are 100% accurate I simply don't see how this judge won't drop the hammer and DROP IT HARD on what appears to be the REAL ringleader in this mess.

I would say no. Getting a PACER account set up is free and easy. They do no charge a thing until you download a certain amount of pages per quarter(I've never hit that threshold).

Absolutely no reverse split in the works or applied for. As indicated previously, RenuEn will not reverse split or issue any discounted stock as a means to raise capital.

That's what might be coming, asked my broker, he seemed to offer a few explanations and I am just going with the reverse split and got burned in the past with that one, wash rinse repeat, sad isn't it.

I found some interesting stuff on "corporation wiki" stuff like renuen is now in Safety Harbor Fl. As opposed to Jupiter, this is a big move from the Atlantic to the Gulf and Tampa area, also on the wiki site are the links too True Blue Solar LLC and SDI Solar, true blue recently became active as of 2.09.2015, there is also links to a Secrets Management still in Jupiter, other things is I can only imagine that in time we will have more clarity as to weather we are a dead corporation or profitable.

Well Jayyy~ the drop in sp I have seen appears to be on low volume and appears to coincide EXACTLY with the time frame of an online smear campaign against the company.....not to mention a lawsuit Renu has filed that is still pending. Lots of uncertainty until the lawsuit is resolved one way or the other...


If that's considered a pump and dump then so be it......I, for one , certainly don't see it that way.
