It did not change hands for day. A tax lien is the best lien to have though because it primes even the mortgage. It gets collected FIRST if the property goes to sale. Tax lien after 3 years un-redeemed then and only then, does title transfer to the tax lien owner of almost 4 years prior.

Utilities for a day ?

Keys/access for a day ?

Responsible for repairs, maintenance for a day ?

Did the new “owner” live there for a day ? Walked through it for a day ? Had a party there for a day ? Paid for a day’s operational costs ?

Think of a tax lien like a supplier/vendor/labor lien with super powers. And the lien pays handsome interest. If you get an owner that can’t pay, it’s a great deal, but only after 4 years.

After 4 years the property might be in rather serious decay as if the owner can’t pay the taxes, he probably can’t pay the maintenance either.

Please know what you talk about before you post stupid shit you have no idea what about its meaning.

Could your new “owner” change the locks ?

Could you new “owner” control the future of the property and has ANY say so about the operation of the property ?

Your new “owner” owned it so much, Semen walks into the Sheriff’s office, pays off the tax lien and the new “owner” is paid for the amount of the lien and interest, and no longer “owns” any tax lien to the property.

Let me ask you this question ? Can this new tax lien owner sell the property tomorrow ? NO

Can he sell it next year ? NO

The year after ? NO

Can the new tax lien holder renovate the property ? NO

Can the new tax lien holder get the utilities in his name ? NO

Can the new tax lien holder rent the property to new tenants ? NO

The new tax lien holder has a tax lien, that has a prescriptive period, yes, but not anytime soon.

Have you ever tried getting insurance on a structure as a tax lien holder ? Good luck and if you can it’s extraordinary expensive, it’s like buying vacant building insurance.

Is the new tax lien owner doing maintenance? Is the new tax lien holder responsible for common area maintenance fees ?

There hasn't ever been a better time to be in the OTC, than the present... My thought... And it's just a thought! I believe there is going to be a second "cut" just like in organized sports if you're not good enough you watch from the stands.

I believe there are still many tickers on the OTC that are perpetrating a fraud. Meaning they aren't real businesses but are trying to stay in existence long enough to take advantage of what's incoming.

I believe the SEC is doing all they can to prevent this, don't want to add to the already thousands of zombie companies. Not to mention defrauding investors. (In short)

Yes per Fentress County RNVA Assesor did lose control of Jamestown and the new owner had no ties to the medical field. And yes RNVA had $220k at the ready to clean up the mess and regain control of the asset.

Heard that a million times. I do believe this was shorted on the way down post R/S BUT trust me many of those positions have been covered. That's why we had those short lived "runs" with billions traded. Other than the cellar boxed theory please explain to me how to short a no bid stock. That kinda defeats the purpose of shorting. The fact that they had immediate access to $220K+ on call gives a lot of confidence that they are either in some kind of quiet period for one reason or another...or that its just maybe they got a late jump on the audit etc...? But its clear they have access to cash. :)

I would imagine if anything is in negotiations they wouldn't release anything that could potentially change the price 10k or otherwise. So it could even be a potentially intentional delay ?
