RNVA can't do unlimited reverse splits at least while on the NASDAQ. Stick with NYSE stocks and you won't have these problems. There's tons of junk on the NASDAQ-CM, its lowest tier where RNVA resides (until delisted)

Most of my stocks are NYSE for a damn good reason.

"DNV CMS will issue a Medicare number..." Yes a protected Forward Looking Statement. So much better if they had waited until the number had been issued and then supplied a gov't source for verification.

In any event, this tiny hospital will never be a real money maker. No wonder RNVA stock keeps falling.

Actuall it says; After receiving the final report from DNV CMS will issue a Medicare number that is needed to secure payment from Medicare and Medicaid. Approximately 60% of the services provided in the hospital are payable by federal payers and this number is required to receive payments and get credentialed with other insurers.

"This is the final hurdle to reopening this hospital and it will enable us to collect payment for services provided," said Seamus Lagan, CEO of Rennova. Big deal, they've completed the survey. It doesn't say they've been approved. In any event it's unlikely this tiny hospital in a poor rural area will ever be very profitable.
