Prob not the best time to publicly out the employer, if one really needs that job? As unfortunate as the situation is, they were still being paid and the issue is being resolved.

I do truly hope things have calmed down for the few involved or truly hope they have found something better. Rural hospital worker career life cannot be easy. Hopefully after this deal closes and all the severe pain these people have endured will be gone for good, for the future. Based on the 10K numbers released, and this deal, it looks like it will be to me.

What percentage of employees? Obvi none are happy with late payments, but again cooler heads have to come into play.

Most of these employees probably dont even have a starbucks to turn too for work nearby, or a medical related job without moving far away. Its clear there were big improvements the past year or so, along with the big material event in the works as we speak.

That’s not entirely true. I have several tickers moving well. When I look at all the tickers being posted on X, there is at least a 6-10% move daily. Stocks go up and they go down. Got to watch the rhythm and take advantage. I’ll hold this ticker a while longer, as I feel pretty good with a merger coming.
