Then please tell me how much is left.....
Ok, what was it then? Regardless, doesn't really matter to me, debt getting paid off and things looking up here.
This hog's been at the dilution trough for six years and isn't stopping any time soon. Trying to deny the obvious is a fool's game.
T trades are dilution straight up. The "avg" you see is an abbreviation of the word average which denotes that the final entry being made to balance the books at the end of the day is an average of the buys and sells that were not reported during trading hours.
Trying to figure out the value of the shares that were diluted by the amount of the T trade is pointless. The T trade is going to include the sales price of the shares that noteholders sold which is not the conversion price.
Noteholders convert their rights into shares at low prices and sell those shares at highs. These transactions are backend transactions reported after hours as T trades.
It wasn’t a t trade but ok
T-trade of 1,526,804 at .03546 for a total of $54,140. Good price allows for minimal dilution. Debts get paid and we maintain solid share price. Closer and closer to sales start. I bet ResMed will be watching:)
Believe me i have all the patience in the world . I have no problem having invested in RMSL. I dont need the money that i invested so its stress free and look forward to this journey.
you obviously do not understand how convertible debt works. some of us have been trading for decades. you need to learn something. yes, noteholders can in fact convert shares before the "maturity date." that date is simply the date by which the note comes due and by which it must be paid. it is not the date by which noteholders have to wait to convert shares. lol lol lol i really cannot believe how many amateur traders out there don't know this or understand how convertible debt works.
Interesting testimonial from people using delta wave. Scroll all the way down and you will see a video and click on it. Enjoy

T trade brings us even for the close. Beautiful!
I'm happy to see the price holding steady. The impatient trader are their own worst enemies. Sit back and wait for the party to start. RMSL time ??????????????
No. That's the entire point of the maturity date. If the note doesn't convert by the maturity date then it has to be repaid with interest.
Anyone can verify that by looking at the notes and their maturity dates on the financials each quarter to see when they converted.
They can not sell until the maturity date. Stop spreading false information
rmsl will be a multi-dollar stock. patience required but not for too much longer. will be one of the otc's biggest runners this year.
it is a noteholder, but they are almost done. learn to read filings. not much convertible debt here. $1 coming.
Also good to check OTCmarkets for the Authorized Share count which indicates the company's intentions to dilute. In this case the A/S was raised from 1 billion to 3 billion just recently.
Best way to keep on top of the notes is to look at the financials to see what notes are there and what notes have converted from the prior period.
Also look at the Subsequent Events section in the notes of the financials to see what notes converted after the reporting period.
There could be new notes issued after the financials were issued. No one knows if there are any new notes that have been issued for Q1 for example because those financials have not been issued.
it's not always a noteholder. the MM's also have buyers they work for. Another poster did mention he's been keeping track of the dilution numbers and said it is minuscule. The share price is on its way up so even if what you are saying is true (which I think is unlikely) then by all means.
Also, the end game of the CEO according to what you have been saying is to dilute shares. From correspondence with the CEO the various people have posted on social media you can see the CEO is interested in the welfare of people when he sends them free Deltawave masks and takes the time to explain the why and what are peoples insomnia problems. My intuition tells me this is a long term keeper.
The MMs "client" on the backend of the transactions that represent the T trade is the noteholder. The MMs are converting the noteholders rights into shares at the lows and selling at the highs at various times within the maturity period.
T trades + increasing share price = ?
T trades could be the amount of shares accumulated by an MM for their client too from what I read
I can give my opinion, I think T-trade of about 1.6 mill at .03116. Someone else can correct me if I am wrong.
So was it AVG or T, I did not go look end of day. GLTY
T trade is the average of buys and sells used to balance the books at the end of the day of transactions that did not hit the tape during trading hours.
They could be a combination of either of two parts of the note conversion process so there is no way to deduce the value of the notes that were converted.
T trades are your slam dunk sign of dilution.
There has been some dilution because I have been keeping track of it, but it is very miniscule overall and our os is still very low. We are in a great position right now. The share price is up which means even less shares will hit the market, debt will be getting paid. Those shares are being bought up and still having green days. These are the opportunities I look for in a stock. They give investors a chance to accumulate shares, then after that comes the BOOM.
I don’t think it’s dilution bc it wasn’t a t trade just an average. If it was dilution the 6 mil they got wed was $190k
The ask price 2 hours before opening is 0.75 - if only that would be the real PPS. Hopefully soon:)
What was the sell to buy ratio today on $RMSL, After the was 1.5mil and yesterday after the bell was 1.5, that's 3 mil. How many shares would need to be sold to cover the 2 notes
The news of the Patent being issued on the 27th of April should tell the story newbies, packaging is complete as verified, all we need now is Distribution and most of all, the FDA APPROVAL, which could be any day now.
Another T trade after the bell and OTCX and PAUL positioning themselves to bring it down on the low volume rug pull for the next round of note conversions.
For the rookies, there are two stages in the convertible note conversion process. Note holders convert their rights into shares when the prices are dirt cheap then use the CEO's updates to capitalize on volume and price to sell the shares at an enormous profit.
RMSL is eons away from an FDA clearance to market and sell the DeltaWave and the pumpers are straight up lying to tell you otherwise. They tell you to know what you own and do your DD but they don't even read the PRs. Price action will follow what's left of their credibility.
the way it was trading today...like it really wants to go!... i wouldnt be surprised if we see 0.05 tomorrow!
From my experience dealing with Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea i will welcome the product and so many others in my position will follow. Locked and Loaded.
$RMSL gonna shot up like a missile. All my shares are locked and ready to go.
I'm excited, today closed nice. Can't what to see what happen tomorrow.
Be nice if FDA Approval come out tomorrow. Hope everyone got you some $RMSL. GLTA.
Nice day here. Building a nice base to jump up from.
So they should have a warehouse and a Distributor ready to go, so all we need, is the FDA Approval, thx for the reminder. I forgot about that.
RMSL has had DeltaWave packaging since 2019 PR:
Distribution coming, FDA coming, get read $RMSL GOING NORTH , GO $RMSL
Patent will be issued APRIL 27TH NEWBIES and more news to come
This is why the CEO kept shareholders in the dark for six years until the DeltaWave 510k was rejected in November.
I looked on Twitter, didnt see anyone saying anything about $RMSL.
Desperado pumping taking place on Twitter and StockTwits is highly entertaining.
Could the email supposedly from Tom claiming deliveries of the DeltaWave look any more fake. Pretty sure literally everyone knows by now that they can't ship anything with being FDA kosher.
My fave though is the guy touting the archaic Laminair 510k. I hope he posts a photo of the drawings because it would be like pumping a flip phone on the Apple board.
6 mil Ttrade flashing the neon Hot Dilution sign
Agreed, added this dip near close, the whole market getting a shake again. Keep cash to buy these dips. GLTY
major deal or merger.
3 billion A/S raise from one billion A/S.
Toxic dilution stew coming in hot.
that is nothing considering that the past 20 trading days, rmsl has basically been trading at or near .01. like i said, it will require about 30 mil shares to repay. that is peanuts given the pps in the preceding 20 days.
