That’s a perfect way of stating it! That back pressure can be brutal at times!!!
It's not about comfort it's about compliance. The deltawave lets me adjust my pressure down to 5 which has way less back pressure. On all other masks I have to set the pressre to 11-12 and it makes me throw the mask off while sleeping because the back pressure makes me feel like I am suffocating. IMO

Agree hope to see PR this week re filing.
It's a long process but I can see how you would see it that way if you were in this way back when. They are nearly at the finish line IMO. Won't be much longer before this finally pays big.
They've been pumping FDA!! for years while they sold stock. All that anybody has to do is look at the variety of very comfortable and effective masks from real companies on CPAP online sales companies to know they're just milking this for stock sales.
Still on the FDA SRO list!

If filed this week you are looking at mid March to end of March. This is not a new application and FDA will review what’s left pretty quick, they have around 30 ish days to reply.
I'm looking at around May that we hear back from FDA.I often find that stock holders expectations on timelines are way off,and things usually take about three times longer than stockholders think. We are talking about a government agency here after all.
Agreed. They likely want to avoid any further back and forth with FDA at this point, so are making sure everything is in order to make the decision an easy one for the FDA.
My target is by mid March they have a decision one way or the other. Stock should move up in anticipation of things later this month. This sub .02 dip was the last I think.
The average response is between 30-45 days. Could be sooner though

While we anticipated submitting all

we are still patiently waiting on

been completed. $RMSL
Looks like company that has 100% record of getting filings past FDA is reviewing this before submission.
My understanding is that because most of the work has already been reviewed by the FDA then additional information they requested re starts the clock at around 30 days or so.
How long does it take the FDA to make a decision once RMSL submits the data? A month or many months?
Sorry to hear that and I know it to be a fact many pass away as a result of sleep apnea. Having a mask and sleep apnea myself it’s amazing how much one’s quality of sleep can improve with treatment
I wish my mother-in-law had this mask. She was given a new device and mask that she could not get on with. She went to bed one night and did not put the mask on, sadly she is no longer with us passing away in her sleep just a few months back. Pretty sure there are many people who have similar stories.
THE REAL REASON TO BUY:
Many investors and flippers still seem to be watching the charts here at

vs diving deeper & actually looking at the potentially disruptive impact the 20 year patented DeltaWave mask can have on the sleep apnea market.
With just a 10% market penetration you are looking at $300-400MM/yr in revenue from just the mask. That is only at one mask per year. It is recommended to use 2-3 masks per year.
The soon to be FDA approved DeltaWave masks hits the key 14BPM which mimics the average natural, nighttime breathing rate. Most other masks from competitors come in generally between 6-8 which leads to the many issues and negative side effects for users.
This is not just a sleep apnea mask, it will also be the first and only mask that will be FDA approved to treat sleep apnea but also passes the baseline tests to treat COPD and congestive heart failure.
There is much to be excited about in the coming days, weeks, and months!!!
Well this is always good to hear.
The Company does NOT intend to do a reverse split. $RMSL

I agree would like to see a filing confirming this.
A filing will help ensure that it is indeed closing. I still think there are some conversions taking place here. Lots of warrants issued at much lower prices that may still be getting converted and sold into the open market. Bottom line is that RMSL needs to get a handle on the dilution. Reg A is one thing, but anything else that is contributing to the growing O/S needs to be addressed. If they can do that, and get FDA approval in the coming weeks, this could be a home run.
Not sure I'm buying the closure of the Reg A offering announced by the company last week via Twitter. I believe they need to file something to officially close it and nothing as of yet. More selling in fact, which you would think wouldn't be the case if that was getting closed. Will wait and see what if anything comes of this.
Grabbed some more EOD near the lows.
That is absolutely huge! I want to see a filing confirming it was closed but if they can follow through with that, this will be set up for a big move once they do get the FDA approval.
Fed announcement caused that I bet!

“We have completed our condensation testing. We have also completed our cleaning protocol and validation (instructions on how to properly clean our device). We anticipate submitting these results to the FDA some time next week”
Already 2 messages from them this morning;

We will no longer be looking to raise capital through RegA. We will be closing our offering.
ASCM on bid covering short. Won’t be long
Offering usually set a max price but are always done at the market. They probably need cash to move forward if and after they get FDA approval.
A lot of my good stocks had the same chart yesterday - good climb and then a downturn. Hopefully we head back up to where we were. Still holding in the .02s which is fantastic.
Isn’t the offering price .03? Why buy them when you can get them for.022?
I think there is an active offering still open here, so some dilution should be expected until that is complete.

It was for 526,229,517 shares
Did they partner with this new company to help them dilute or what?
No idea but quick opportunity to add some more.
Who had 10 mln shares to sell this morning?
It looks like they are done selling.
Agree 100%! GLTU
I've played this one quite a few times, usually buy .01-.015 range but it would always fall short before .03. Looks like we'll beat that this time. We're in the best position for news that we've been in just about ever IMO. The fact that it is staying over .02 for a few days is a really good sign.
I fell you, I bought sme .14's way back when the SS was very small. I have a pile much cheaper now. but still would love to see .20's
The thought of this going up to .12 again....I'd be doing alright!
Those days are in our future!
Ask stacker!!! This thing was on a rocket straight up.
