RELM Holdings Inc., was incorporated in Tennessee May 2, 1994 as a holding company to acquire businesses.  The company's principal subsidiary is Relm Real Estate Holdings Inc.

Relm Real Estate Holdings Inc., was incorporated in Delaware on April 6, 2005, as a holding company to acquire real estate through subsidiaries in the form of limited liability companies.

RELM Holdings Inc. executed a spin-off of its subsidiary, First Access Partners Inc. to a newly formed company, Access Versalign, Inc. ("AVI"), which acquired Versalign Inc. on February 20, 2009. Versalign is an information technology company that delivers technology and consultative solutions for hardware and software.
Marc Greenberg is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of RELM. He is an Information Technology Executive with over 25 years of diverse experience in real estate, Information Technology services and business application solutions. In addition to his duties with RELM, Mr. Greenberg is Chief Executive of Versalign, Inc, one of Delaware's leading IT service providers and Value Added Resellers. Prior to co-founding Small Systems Management, Inc. in 1985, which later became AmeriStar Technologies, Mr. Greenberg was a Personal Computer Specialist with the IBM Corporation. After 2000, his company became Versalign, Inc., which provides targeted solutions for corporate, professional and governmental clients in the Mid-Atlantic region. Recently, Mr. Greenberg and his former partner sold Versalign to Access Versalign Inc.

Prior to co-founding Small Systems Management

, Inc. (Wilmington, Delaware) in 1985, Mr. Greenberg was a Personal Computer Specialist with the IBM Corporation. SSM quickly grew from a two person start-up to a full service 300+ person IT Value Added Reseller and support company providing technical support services, network support services, IT product

sales, structured cabling and application development services for clients that included First USA Bank, J.P. Morgan, and the State of Delaware. In the early 1990s, the company had outgrown the Small Systems Management name and became AmeriStar Technologies, Inc., with peak annual revenues of approximately $90 million and operations in over ten states. SSM / AmeriStar achieved the rare distinction of earning a spot on the Inc. 500 magazine listing of the nation's fastest growing companies for six consecutive years.

"versalign delivers effective, innovative technology and consultative solutions. By intimately understanding our clients and remaining creative and versatile, we will closely align the expertise of our organization with our client's evolving business needs."

Access Versalign is expanding its Computer Recycling and Information security offerings. Demand for "Green" recycling options is increasing and Access Versalign is seeing an increased opportunity in its offerings for these services. "We are investing in multiple technologies within the Secure Data Destruction space," said Greenberg. "We see the most growth within this segment and the highest barriers of entry for our competition in order to meet our clients' strictest criteria."

AVI was recently awarded an $18,000 contract for the upgrade and maintenance of the computer network and infrastructure of a local Delaware Charter School. In addition, AVI is continuing its on-going relationship with another Delaware School District and has begun a project to install upgraded file servers and network infrastructure equipment with an approximate value of $6000. AVI is aggressively expanding its Information Technology Disposal and Data Security offerings. AVI recently completed a hard disk drive data eradication and physical destruction project for a national bank under an existing contract at a project cost of $20,000. Finally, AVI has responded to and is a finalist for an RFP for US Technology Recycling, Disposal and Data Destruction issued by another large national bank. If awarded, this contract will result in an increase in staff and internal infrastructure.
