How is this guy legally allowed to make money on Kickstarter (current project is already at $83K with 12 days to go) while hanging shareholders of the public company out to dry? The Red Giant website leads directly into the Kickstarter campaign. What a crook. Seems like it's time for a class action lawsuit on REDG for shady business practices.

You don't know whats going on behind closed door. I don't know either. we are all just speculating what is in the heart of BP and associates. He has spoken much about considering reactivating the listing and trading of the REDG stock. Perhaps his lawyers told him that is the most profitable way to go. Plus it will be good business ethics/policy to do so. To rip us off will leave a bad taste in future investors mind and if he tries to clean us out of any Red Giant products as a new company, he will be cursed by us the old shareholders for doing so. I am sure he is not that dumb/stupid. Who would want to do business with a tiny fledgling business that its only existence is based on the passion of its fans and shareholders looking to make a few extra dollars in profit. He does not have the goose that lays the golden egg and thus cannot piss us off or he will never get to first base in trying to run any new tiny comic book, superhero related business. I am confident that if BP wants to make a go of it in this business he will have to reinstate us as full partners/shareholders. That is what he said in Feb. 2019 in his state of the union address video and I am sure he was not kidding. He had nothing to lose/gain at that time to make those comments since the business is essentially shut down for the foreseeable future. Why would he say the old REDG investors will be part of any future business dealing with Red Giant Entertainment? Why did he spend over 1 hour talking about all the progress made with the fledgling business with White Widow comics? He also said then that we as REDG shareholders own a percentage of White Widow comics business. Why would he make such comments if he wanted to dump us out of the picture?

I really think he wants to bring back the old REDG business which includes the OTC trading of these stocks we are all holding.

Instead of being his enemies about it we should be promoting and helping him get the boat back in the water. Its to all of our advantage/benefit/profit to do so. So I hope any of you still on this board understand the common sense of it all.

OK, fine you can vent and cry all you want how you lost money in REDG investment. Remember you have not lost any money untill you sell the stock or remove it from your ownership. So the time has come to wake up and smell the coffee, lick your wounds and help BP make it work by promoting the idea of not destroying it before it has a chance to start up again. Bitching and complaining about how much BP is a crook does not put money in your/my pocket and get the REDG stock trading again.

You have no legal reason to justify saying the stock will never trade again. Unless you are a lawyer and you know SEC laws. In fact, I believe we have a good chance of trading again if the powers at be want to make it so. Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think there is any SEC rule/law that says REDG can not be listed and traded again on any exchange.

I'm sure it was all done in a legal way. We never got to see all the contracts and how all the deals worked that he made. I do not think he is stupid and I'm sure he did everything in a legal way where everything always benefited him. He is a scam artist. They know how to work the system in there favor..

My bet is the OTC has not seen the last of him but it will not be with this ticker. He killed it with the OTC and scammers always go back to where the easy money is. Benny is a good story teller and that's what creates the most interest in penny land. Stay tuned for the next scam!

You might want to check to see if there are any statue of limitations. And, I doubt any lawyer would be interested in the case unless, Benny has money or D&O insurance.

I believe the shell is gone for good. I would think he would have to find a new shell to use and prob would never want this one back any ways with all it's problems. Not real sure how delisting and relisting works. I have been in a few that were delisted never to be listed again.


So if a CEO builds a public company with lots of assets and lets the ticker get delisted dose he get to keep everything the public company paid for and walk away with a nice private company to keep for himself? That dose not sound right. He must have scammed shareholders on that the assets were ever part of REDG as well as scammed them out of there money. He got all the assets as well.

He is a real bandit. He need to make a comic called "Benny the bandit" and show how he scammed all his loyal share holders for many years..

Cant he get it listed again. I hear talk in other boards about relisting stocks that were delisted. I even seen one get relisted and returned to trading from the Gray Markets.

It was delisted. That means it will not trade again. The only thing left for shareholders is this board and a lot of good and not so good memories. My favorite one was the Toys R Us one. We were all eating out of his hands back then..


Benny screwed everyone in the end. He is still doing the same thing he was doing before REDG was delisted. He just can't steal our money anymore when doing it. FINRA made sure of that. Surprised he has not been arrested yet..

Most people will know that Red Giant had no profit all those years. It should only take 1 minute to do their DD. Look at the stock price and you know the answer. Most people buy a stock trading in $.00s or $.000s in the hope/prayer in that some day they will get it right and make some serious profit/money and make them serious money. Like I said before the day traders are just playing the stock for some percentage movement in the price. One can make 50% or 100% return on a stock that trading in the $.000s. you know that, I know that and most people know that. So whats the point of SEC 10Qs its just an obvious thing and there is nothing there to tell the shareholders what they don't already know. If you need a 10Q to tell you the company is in financial distress at a stock trading for $.00s or $.000s then you are in trouble as an investor. You should not be investing in this kind of stock since there is no fundamental value. You are investing in the hope/prayer for the future and nothing more. Its like buying a lotto ticket and hope you get the right numbers and win the big one with these companies. So who are you kidding when you say the company should report to the shareholders.
The only time companies this small report to shareholders with 10Q when there is significant growth with the company in many ways to show people what they don't already know that they are indeed getting out of financial trouble.
Being holy then thou and asking companies to report 10Qs when there is nothing to say is just being stupid about it.

I suppose it inspires shareholder confidence in the company and CEO-president. It keeps shareholders informed about the well-being of the company against the industry. It's information shareholders need to decide whether they want to remain shareholders, instead of being stuck shareholders.

Maybe REDG is one of those scam companies you talk about. REDG has just exploit an IP market that is cheap to get into.

Stan Lee was not, nor was ever, one of the owners of Marvel. Stan Lee's cousin was married to Martin Goodman (who started Timely, name used before it became Marvel). And, I did know Marvel went through bankruptcy. I was a Toy Biz shareholder during that period. Toy Biz is the company that brought Marvel out of bankruptcy. They also had a royalty free license to make action figures from Marvel's heroes and villains.

But, you made a good argument for REDG to go through bankruptcy...

Well if REDG is losing money as a company and has no profit to show what is the point in filing any financial report (10Q) with SEC. It will just seal the casket sooner for the company and all its shareholders. I know worthless OTC companies and there are hundreds of them that never report earnings because all they have to show for their existence is the stock. They are literally stock selling scams. BP has real products, like cartoon movies, comic books, and other entertainment paraphernalia. He is just not hitting it big on making respectable profits. How much profit do you think White Widow is bringing in. It would be lucky if it made enough to pay for BP's yearly salary. What these guys are waiting for is the big popularity and overnight interest by the fans to drive up the demand and make them make real money they can live on like what happens at comic cons around the country. Right now these mickey mouse companies are nothing more than hobbies. That people like BP have a passion for. If BP went on Shark Tank the sharks would tell him you have no business because you don't have enough sales and profits make it worth their while to invest. Plus you have investors here holding a big percentage of the Red Giant business who got in like you and I when it was trading in the $.00s and $.000s. So what do you expect. Can't squeeze a blood out of a turnip there is none. I brought the shares on the hope and prayer this Red Giant Entertainment Co got popular with the fans and Hollywood took an interest in its IP products and moved the needle forward to make it a big success like Marvel Entertainment. Did you know that Stan Lee one of the owners of Marvel filed chapter 11 bankruptcy and wiped out all the shareholders and then turned around and made billions with the Marvel Superhero movies with the famous Marvel comic book super heroes. Well you know the rest of the story right?
