Not sure. I am in since few years without any company activity. By OTC Markets now a new RBTI Website online and last days some trades after years without any activity. Before close strong slaps out of ask with 004 close. Something happens. Not wonder if RBTI blow up next days. Only 200m A/S and O/S Maxed. Company can't dilute shares. If Merger filings really coming RBTI can fast multiple share price by this ultra low float. looking forward.
