TPB is now RLBDs largest customer. RLBD has a new brand Phaze and TPB owns Zig Zag and has a huge distribution network.. I tho k they said something like over 200k points of distribution!!

The real story is Turning Point Brands (TPB NYSE) owns 25% of RLBD now and TPB is owned 51% by a huge hedge fund Standard General! (See TPB Chairman) These guys aren't playing they have plans and unlimited funding!
