The "E" was added on the 28th of DEC. the stock went up 150% right after lol...... the fins were reported a tad bit late. the fins are audited. by RULE the SEC will remove the "E" now. there's just a turn over period with submissions.

I have yet to see and added "E' have a positive effect on short term share price. But I have yet to see a fresh push on a fresh "E" add.
I would be concerned. Just look at management history.

The reports came in past the dead line. Happens all the time. Look at the i-box though, it's got links to the audited fins. We're good man! RZORE aint going nowhere. i'd certainly like to get joepenny's thoughts on this as well though.

It's best we fly under the radar like Tardis suggested... at least for awhile. and, we're going to have a hard time getting any orders filled at the bid. I'm not sure how many new eyes are on this stock, so if you really want to get in, it may be smarter to buy at the ask first thing tuesday. I'm not just saying that, because I found out for myself the only way to get shares was to buy at the ask. The people that are already here, most of you are my friends, so IF you get some shares lower than .01, i'll be happy for you. At the same time, I don't think it's going to happen, and if you mess around too long Tuesday morning I think you will be sorry as you'll see there will be a heavy price to get in. .01 is nothing, watch and learn. My prediction is this PPS will be over 2.5 cents before 11 AM tuesday. That being said, i think we should be satisfied buying at .01 for the first 20 or 30 minutes Tuesday IF possible. Just imagine what this thing is going to do you guys! By Friday this week, once that RZORE youtube video is circulating around i-hub and yahoo.. there's going to be some heavy investing in this stock. It trades super thin too. I'm convinced this stock will be over .10 in no time flat. Going to be a fun ride! Glad I found this gem

Like what was already said. Even without a mine look at something like ABOT and how they are trading. They are busting rocks still and running on speculation, with only a grand in the bank. This stock is already a 1000 times better.

Eh, ok good to know! In the past I haven't done much DD on mining, gold, etc. So this is a learning process for me as well as I believe a great short/long term investment. I'm sure I'll be finding out a lot about precious metals and mining from this board. Looking forward to it

Would just like to make one correction. All gold mines have other precious metals in small amount. Their focus is on gold, but I'm sure they will process silver too.

It trades thin because only 100M shares are outstanding and the float is only 68M. In the quarterly the company stated they anticipate mineral sales will be $80,000 per month in 2012. So, just like Smalltimetrader said earlier, with the SS so low and the fact this company already has 100K cash on hand, plus production underway, we shouldn't have a problem jumping right up to .15 cents right now. Remember, the Ticker change just happened this week, and fins just came out, too. Huge potential here.

Yeah Ron Paul all the way UNLESS he's part of the agenda. See, Paul wants to end the Fed. But the private bankers who own the Fed, and who, like a web, own every central bank around the world, ultimately WANT just ONE (1) single bank, and ONE single currency. That is the truth. AND SO, "They" ALSO want to end the fed, and ultimately set up a "one world bank" most likely in the City of London. So is Ron Paul our perfect president? Up until recently RZORE traded upwards of 50 cents. It broke into the 60+ cent range at one point I believe early last year. The stock went on a sharp decline for no real reason, perhaps because the company has still not built a golden palace in Egypt? Heh, just a joke. But, if you notice the trades... this baby is ready to fly. I hate to say it for those who don't have shares, but I highly doubt you will get an executed order unless you place it on the Ask price. I wish you all the luck in the world getting in cheaper. But, from what I know there are VERY few shares available. It will only take a few hundred dollars from here to clear .05 most likely. and THAT my friends, is crazy. So get in, and enjoy the ride
